Although is a good bar the honesty of the bar girls can be bought into question. Earlier in the day i had been to Superrich to change money and was given all thousand Baht notes. You probably all know what comes next. Rose Bar Chiang Rai...... Bar Girl says as I'm paying my bill "You only gave me 500 baht. I had heard of this but until then had never experienced it. I didn't have any 500 Baht notes to give I explained. But hey better to not argue take the hit and tell you all to beware.

Great bar in Chiang Rai Open from 4ish until late. Staff sre attentive but not over bearing. Mostly expats drink here and welcome visiting travelers. Some food available on request.
