If you would ask me 10 years ago about Phayao, I would have said, skip this place and continue on your journey, today we're really enjoying this town, there are more hotels & More restaurant to choose from, and we love the evening stroll by the lake, But it's still a one-night stop on our way to somewhere. Very relaxed village on the lake . Hardly any tourists around . Nice evening market near the lake . Good fish restaurants . Worth a visit .

Beautiful place where you feel like you are by the sea. :) You can walk around the lake, buy coconut ice cream and enjoy that atmosphere.
