Big room, with kettle, two waters, two juice boxes included and instant coffee in the room with couple of small sweet cakes. Clean room with tile floor, and shower room with toilet has a glass divider so water does not go everywhere. Nice clean bed and overall great value on the lake for 790 baht per night. Breakfast was available for an extra 80 baht but we did not require that as there was lots of stuff outside in city.

Good views of the lake. However, not the best built facility. Toilet door already falling apart, charger plugs only on one side of the bed, huge Aircon unit filling balcony. Staff were friendly but a bit clueless when asked about tourist stuff in the town and area. That said, may still be one of the better hotels in Phayao which doesn't have much tourist throughput, so standards are generally lower than the main tourist hubs of Chiang Mai and Bangkok.

Nice modern hotel at far end of the lake, only slight downside is you need transport to the other end of the lake where market etc is

One of the best hotel in Phayao city. New clean and perfect Phayao Lake view. Helpful and friendly staffs. Price was cheap and reasonable. Room was a bit small but functional. You can choose the lake view and top floor. Mini bar daily free. Must come to stay here.

strength : clean bedroom, but toilet is dirty weakness: - the air conditioner is not working as expected, take a long time for adjustment the air in the room - bad mattress, feels like sleeping on the flat board not a bed - lack of toiletries, there is no toothpaste & toothbrush, only provide a bottle soap & shampoo, it should a couple for double occupancy

A great new hotel overlooking the lake. Very clean rooms and an excellent breakfast was provided. I will be back.

Hotel is at the lake front, many rooms facing the lake. Location is a bit remote from restaurants and shops. Rooms are very modern, average size, well equipped and clean. Beds are comfortable. Many parking spaces, elevator to top floors. Breakfast buffet is available for just 80B/person extra Two downsides: - The aircon is located so that it blows straight to one site of the bed, meaning that one person will be cold, the other too warm. - The noise from corridors woke me up. People were talking loudly in the corridor as they were gathering to go for breakfast, and the hallway reflected/amplified the sound. Overall, a good value at 535B (Agoda), I will probably stay again when in Phayao.
