Stayed in a deluxe room facing the lake and was a very pleasant stay in this newer hotel in Phayao. Room is not huge but nicely appointed. Comfortable bed and the views from the balcony were stunning. Nice bathtub on the balcony which comes with a scented bath ball. Small clean pool located just outside the hotel parking with views of the lake. Beautiful restaurant/bar on the roof with covered and outdoor seating with views of the lake. Breakfast was served buffet style with a Starbucks coffee which is a nice touch. Several good restaurants near the hotel. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

M2 Modern and comfortable rooms. Pragmatic functional uncharacteristic design and no loose furniture fixtures except for 1 chair. Without a bed side table/ shelf I wonder if by minimalism the need for parking a book/watch glass of water was over looked and floor space suffice’s . Avoid a road side facing room , as the road noise is disturbing.Dinner options and quality good, but breakfast very basic. Get there early as otherwise the fried eggs may be fossilized.

Stayed at their suite room for two nights, the room comes with a beautiful lake view and sunset, and a big big bathtub, they have Starbucks drinks as well at 7th floor, love the whole vibes of the hotel, would come back here again!

Beautiful hotel with a spectacular view of the lake, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Was not expensive for a not lakeside room.

If you're looking for a breathtaking view of Kwan Phayao (Phayao Lake), especially during sunset, this is the perfect spot. In addition to the stunning scenery, the food served here is of excellent quality and prepared with skillful culinary techniques, ensuring that your taste buds are satisfied.

I absolutely love this! The room is clean, comfy, and pretty. You will get the ‘welcome ice-cream’ instead of the welcome drink which is very awesome. The location is close to Payao lake, the view is stunning. Too bad that my room didn’t have the nice view 🥲 Only the parking is very limited. They also have starbucks on the 7th floor with the lakeview restaurant.

This hotel has the perfect view of Kwan Phayao. Go up to the 7th floor you can view the entire lake. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is beautiful and very clean. I recommend going!

Stayed for 1 night. Probably the best view from the rooftop to the lake. Do not recommend restaurant at the rooftop.

Upstairs restaurant is lovely. Good choice of food, as in huge choice and beer also. Great views across the lake

Position is good, in front of the lake. Room design is very nice, also the modern bathroom with a large shower. Unlucky they have some bug issues, there were tiny ants in our room and in our friends' room.

At Atmosphere sky bar & restaurant. If you want to order western foods, you need to wait more 20mins++ as the waitress informed us after we waited more 40 mins for our orders (Pork Kurobuta steak & Spaghettti Carbonara) and when the orders served the steak was cold and pork was very sticky. Spaghetti also not much good taste. Nice for the atmosphere but i didn't try for Thai menu. Very upset for this.
