Our hotel experience was pleasant. The room was a bit cramped with a rather hard mattress (common in SE Asia) and very flat pillows. There were no outlets next to the bed but there were plenty scattered elsewhere around the room. The WiFi was strong, the showers had fair water pressure and warm water. Being backpackers for the last 8 months we got more than our moneys worth on the buffet breakfast! The breakfast included eggs cooked to your preference, ham, bacon, sausage, rice, noodles, fruit, vegetables, toast, muffins, cold cereal, and yogurt. From the looks of different moderately prices hotels around the island, this definitely seemed to be the nicest, with a pool and restaurant at your fingertips! Not to mention you didn't have to climb any hills to get there. However, we typically don't complain, or take points off of a review about things that are out of a hotels control... BUT the noises throughout the night were infuriating and loud enough to lose hours of sleep over. From the noise of drunk tourists sauntering in at the early hours of the morning across the boardwalks, to the amount of birds, frogs and wildlife which felt like they were living directly on your pillow was absolutely frustrating. Again, we hate taking points away for things out of their control, but quality of sleep in a hotel is important and that is something we got very little of at this resort.

If we came back to Koh Phi Phi, we'd stay here again! We stayed in a bungalow and didn't have any problem with our a/c, though the shower temperature was only sometimes hot. Close to beach, markets and food, this location is great. We're not party people, so we went to bed earlier than most, and though we could hear bass from the beach parties, it was muffled and didn't keep us from sleeping well. Service is great, our door ambiance is amazing. Breakfast had a great variety also, and the food is always hot. Definitely recommend this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. The hotel is ideally located and easily accessible from any parts of the island. The rooms are clean and quiet with good AC and clean showers. The hotel has a tropical vibe and the staff are lovely. The pool is small but adequate. Happy to stay again!

This place was an excellent surprise in Phi Phi. We found a great deal on a bungalow here and decided to take a chance. The location is great first of all. You are very near everything you want to be near and the bungalows are located just far enough off of the street so you don't get all the noise. It's like staying in your own little jungle. The rooms were perfectly situated with everything that we needed. They were clean and efficient. WiFi was GREAT here which is awesome. Staff were very kind and accommodating. They actually have staff waiting on you to get off of the ferry. Would totally recommend and stay again.

Beautiful very small cabins instead of the conventional hotel rooms which in my opinion is better, very clean all over, the reception area is modest and can get overcrowded as tourists arrive almost at the same time , due to the ferry ⛴ that has a set schedule, they offer breakfast 🍳 buffet style which was excellent , not sure if there’s lunch and dinner 🥘. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel! It's just far enough from the hustle and bustle of phi phi to be relaxing, but close enough if you want to go out. Very close to the beach. Pool is very nice and well maintained. There's also a swim up bar! Rooms are clean, a bit dated but I think that's normal for the island. Aircon worked AMAZINGLY WELL. The greenery around the resort is beautiful, definitely walk around and enjoy it. Staff were very friendly, especially the nighttime security guard.

Was very happy with my stay here. In the hectic bustle of Phi Phi Don, this place functions well as an oasis where you can just relax. The location is pretty much perfect, close to everything including the beach (even though i didn't particularly enjoy that beach). We were there during shoulder season and the rooms came at a good value in my opinion. Really nice bungalows, cozy and spacious with a small terrace that acted as the perfect place to have a few cold ones from 7-eleven. The staff were for the most part friendly and helpful. Staff were very polite and efficient. Bungalow rooms look great from the outside, but need renovation as the design/furnishings and decor seem dated. AC in our room was just about right. Never woke up for breakfast, which is a testament to the quiet surroundings!

We had an amazing stay here! Both check in and out were smooth as butter, staff was friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean, spacious and although it could use a bit of renovation (TV, hairdryer,..) it did not bother us. Bed was super comfy and AC worked like it should. Breakfast is definitely one of the better ones when I compare it to other places we stayed in Thailand. The place can get noisy especially at night, but that is not a fault of the hotel, in the end, it is a party island. Highly Recommend.

Very nice staff and the rooms were okay. The breakfast was amazing, great variety of local and western food, fruit and also some fried options. Nice pool with sitting areas. We also enjoyed the location. The only thing I did not like is that the outdoor surfaces were dark and became very hot when the sun was out so it was impossible to smoke in front of the cabin.

Very good hotel to stay. The rooms were great. I booked superior room which were separate huts. Nice Swimming pool. One have to walk a bit but it's manageable. 7/11 is just outside the hotel. Good Service. Nice Breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights, the bed was big and comfy, room was a good size, bathroom was clean. They offer cleaning every morning with fresh towels and coffee/tea supplies. Also provided a drying rack to use outside, so when we washed some clothes in the room, we could hang them there. Close to the beach, viewpoint and useful shops. Would recommend and stay here again!

Not sure how this place has such a high rating. Worst place we have stayed in Thailand, by quite a distance. Room is so old- outdated sockets and TV that may be one of the first that was created. The room was also pretty dirty and there was a half-full water in our fridge. We found this especially surprisingly considering the maids are hard (and loud) at work from sunrise, meaning you can’t sleep past 7:00am. Breakfast and Swimming pool were okay, hence the generous extra star.

Breakfast isn't great, rooms are showing their age and are very small for two people. Perfect location though, and a decent pool so fine for the price

Very noisy, no Thailand sockets in the rooms (which makes no sense), there was water left in our fridge that someone had already drank from, stains all over the room. It’s cheap and in a good location so giving it 2 stars.

Great location, bedroom, wifi and pool area. Worth the price.
