They don't have generator for electricity, electricity went off in the morning, so no fan or AC for hours, as well as water, think about it! Staff told me it should come around 4 pm, it was 11 a.m. No help from the staff, they basically told me to leave. No refunds as well

This place was like heaven. We also meet first owner - ‘Bau’ father of actual owner. He was a realy kind and has amazing family. If you looking for peace go here. We also order coffee and breakfast and its was the best one on island. Family can recomend local carry for trips around the island and you will get discount if you sleep here. So this place is in balance. For me and my wife is this place topest on our trip thru Thailand. Cat name is Juro. Its like Euro. When is Euro on house, tourist are coming :)

Decent place for the price, just the rooms are noisy you can hear everything next door. Bathroom is awesome! However we found 2 dead cockroaches under our beds 😬 but for budget backpackers it did the trick!

In the bathroom there was this potent odor of moisture like mushroom invasion the room had nothing to put the stuff or wallplug to charge your cellphone but the lady was really friendly helpfull !! I recommend but the odor in the bathroon is strong be aware

Good for the low price I paid. It's within walking distance to town centre, but fsrso you're not being kept all night from the beach parties. This is a family run business. The stairs to viewpoint 1 is very close. Rooms are basic. Bathroom is a bit outdoors, so you might see a gecko or 2, but I knew this in advance. It does mean the walls are not very soundproof. The room next door actually woke me up the first night for starting a very loud call at 2am, till I knocked on the wall so he became more quiet. They were doing some construction works, but always stopped before sleeping time. Ok budget option

Nice clean place that actually is a garden with reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom are pretty cool looking with indoor plants. A very calm, relaxing and comfortable place close to the main town and viewpoints. Hari the owner is a very nice person who also arranges tours and ferry tickets and gave the best prices to us. Worth the money booking here!

Wonderful experience! Harry and his family are lovely. She is always smiling and the three of them speak very good English. The room was clean and neat. We stayed in a 3 pp bungalow (1 king & 1 twin bed) for $1250 bath per night. He said it was a lower price than usual because during the full moon a lot of people go to Koh Phangan.. It’s a cosy bungalow with simple but lovely decortication. There’s a varanda at the front with a hammock and a bench to enjoy the jungle atmosphere of the stay. As to the location, it’s far enough from the party noise but still walkable distance to the main attractions. Last but not least, Harry gave us cheaper prices for tours and ferry tickets. Of course ask a few agency operators around but overall he was giving us lower prices than others. I would recommend taking the 6 AM - 10 AM boat tour (long tail boat) if you want to avoid the crowds. We had all Maya Bay for ourselves at 7 AM. Enjoy!

Excellent place to stay and more reasonable than others on the island. The lady that we booked the tour and room through was very friendly. Her daughter was especially cute as well
