Donât
ever
move
here!!!
This
must
be
said
right
at
the
beginning
because
our
stay
here
was
the
worst
experience
weâve
ever
had
with
hostels,
rbnbs,
hotels,
whatever.
I
donât
even
now
where
to
start.
After
finding
our
hostel
in
a
pretty
uggly
alley
which
definetly
doesnât
match
with
the
pictures
posted
on
HostelWorld,
we
were
welcomed
by
a
european
girl
that
seemed
to
be
extremly
stoned.
The
girl
started
to
smalltalk
but
because
of
her
condition
we
felt
pretty
uncomftortable.
Then
the
lady
that
seemed
to
be
the
boss
arrived
and
did
the
check-in
with
us.
For
the
price
she
was
tipping
anything
in
the
calculator,
so
that
my
friend
received
less
change
than
he
should
have
gotten.
Her
reaction
on
us
telling
her
that
she
made
a
mistake
made
us
feel
pretty
uncomftortable
again.
First
she
relied
on
being
right
and
just
as
we
showed
her
the
correct
price
with
the
HostelWorld
App
and
the
booking
confirmation
she
handed
the
rest
of
the
money
to
my
friend.
Then
it
got
even
worse.
She
asked
us
for
our
passports
as
a
deposit
which
is
ridicoulos.
At
every
Hostel
weâve
been
so
far
we
had
the
chance
to
leave
chash
as
a
deposit
but
there
was
no
other
option
and
our
hestitating
seemed
to
annoy
the
boss.
The
european
girl
told
us
that
we
can
read
it
on
the
website
an
on
HostelWorld.
And
actually
it
is
written
down
there
but
the
short
sentence
between
thousands
of
bad
translated
words
easy
can
be
missed.
Next
we
were
guided
to
our
room
and
as
the
door
was
opened
a
bad
smell
came
towards
us.
The
beds
felt
moisty
and
the
bedroom
was
very
dirty,
we
donât
want
imagine
when
it
was
cleaned
last.
Staff
comes
into
the
room
every
day
to
empty
the
trash
can
and
switch
on
AC,
but
the
device
was
adjusted
very
bad
so
that
I
was
freezing
the
whole
night.
After
talking
about
leaving
our
passports
with
somebody
we
really
feel
uncomftortable
with,
we
bove
were
sure
that
this
might
be
the
worst
thing
we
did
during
our
whole
travelling.
Than
we
read
some
bad
reviews
and
people
were
writing
about
never
getting
their
passport
back.
So
I
went
back
to
the
reception
and
asked
for
a
bill
that
confirms
that
weâve
already
paid,
the
boss
was
visible
upset
with
our
trust
issues.
But
he
gave
me
the
check
and
for
the
next
to
nights
weâve
always
acted
friendly
because
we
were
afraid
that
we
wonât
get
back
our
passports
eitherwise.
Overall:
-
reality
doesnât
match
with
pictures
-
bad
and
rude
staff
-
bad
service
-
dirtieness
-
bad
place
for
a
hostel
-
ridicoulus
deposit
rules
When
we
got
back
out
passports
we
were
absloutely
relieved.
So
luckily
for
uns
in
the
end
everything
worked.
There
are
enough
other
options
for
you
to
stay
on
Phi
Phi.
Donât
go
here
an
make
the
same
bad
experience
we
did.
Kindly,
Ben

Muki
