We had a fantastic stay here and even ended up extending a night! The room was very clean and the receptionist was the sweetest woman. She gave us a lot of tips about the island, great food recommendations, and helped us book a tour for the same day. They also provided a hair dryer when I asked and beach towels for us to use. The only areas for improvement are that you have to take off your shoes before going up the stairs to your room and there is no reception at night (however, there is an emergency contact for nighttime issues that we did not have to use).

Sadly we had a really BAD experience in this accommodation. We booked and pay online on their website for two nights. One night before arriving they send us an email saying that they were overbooked and that we needed to find a new place to stay. The communication was not clear (as it kept being the rest of this journey with them…) They first said that they were going to provide the new accommodation and after they asked me to do it and get a cash refund when arriving. I booked another hotel (PP Insula 5/5⭐️ highly recommended). The next day I received another email from them saying that MAYBE they had a room…. and that I should go to the hotel after arriving and see. I already had another booking as they recommended. The bad communication continues… I just was able to get my refund 3 days later after I said I was going to talk with the police… To not make the story long: you might have a reservation with them but is not sure if you have a room… and the communication with them via email and call is not clear and terrible.

We stayed here for a week and great time. Juni (lady at the reception) is very lovely and helpful. She gave us inspirations for our time there. The rooms are minimalistic but you have everything what you need. All in all we can recommend to stay here if you want to visit Ko Phi Phi.

Lovely room with working air con and shower. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. Hotel is a short walk from Tonsai Pier and only a short walk from most thing in Phi Phi. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant, really friendly from the minute we got there, she told us the best beaches, bars and restaurants in Phi Phi. She also drew all of this onto a map for us. 100% would recommend staying here if you're coming to Phi Phi.

The rooms were small but clean and well maintained. Good location near the pier and center of Phi Phi without being too noisy. Great for one night if you are in transit. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful letting us check in early even though we hadn't booked.

We just spent 3 amazing nights at the Ivory Phi Phi. The host was amazing. Really lovely and caring. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is right in the heart of Phi Phi, but still nice and quiet at night time. We had nothing to complain about and would 100% book again.

I think as long as you know what you’re getting, this is a great place to stay on Phi Phi. You’re getting an efficient, minimal hotel that’s right in the middle of the main hustle and bustle. Is it annoying being limited on data and devices on the wifi? Yes, however I will say that the internet was faster than almost anywhere else we’ve stayed in Thailand, so there may be some benefit there if you’re using it to do research and plan, vs just streaming away at Netflix. The rooms are clean, the staff is really helpful, and unless you’re looking for beachfront, the location is awesome. Absolutely good value for the money, and we ended up extended our stay.

Just for sleep... 😕 We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the island. The only positive aspect is its convenient location; all key places are very close by. The room is very uncomfortable and small with limited natural light. There is very poor sound insulation, making it impossible for me to sleep properly due to constant street noise. The host is friendly and nice. In fact, she described the room herself with the phrase: "just for sleep..."

We stayed here for 3 nights and would stay again. The rooms are simple but they are all you need as the location is perfect and you won’t spend much time in your room. The bed is comfy. The host is so lovely and helpful! Thank you!

I stayed here for 3 nights. I think it is located on the best location on Phi Phi Island. The rooms are clean and you will get a good night sleep even though the hotel is located at a busy part of the island. My only issue was that toilet and the shower could be better, but receptionist/manager is really helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the island.

Great budget accommodation on Phi Phi. No frills but we didn’t need that. Noona was extremely welcoming and helpful with recommendations for what to do. Great location close to Tonsai pier, markets, mini Marts, and the beach. Not noisy at night which was great! This is one of the cheaper places on the island, but it was always clean and great staff.

Great location, a quick walk to the pier, Loh Dalum Beach, many restaurants, bars and dive shops. In the hustle and bustle, but the street itself is quiet at night so easy to sleep. Very clean, floors were spotless. Stored our bags for us before we checked in and after. Hot shower. Would stay here again.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are on a tight budget and can get a good deal. Things I liked: great location (close to pier, market, restaurants and beach; quiet in the evenings after the food market closes); clean rooms; comfortable bed; good A/C. There were some basic things I missed: a bedside table (there was only a desk), a bedside lamp (there was only 1 bright ceiling light), a wall socket near the bed, some space in the bathroom to put toiletries on. I stayed in two different rooms: one on the ground floor (called Leela Wadee), and a room one floor up. The difference was huge. Upstairs was bright with natural light. Downstairs was dark, humid, depressing and smelled of damp. The rooms were generally in a state of disrepair. The shower head leaked and the water drained very slowly. The walls had humid/mould stains and flaking paint. The owner was friendly and accommodating: he helped with luggage, allowed me to stay in a room upstairs for 1 night (although he tried to charge me extra for this), and listened to my feedback. When I asked him why he didn't maintain the rooms and the hotel, he said he had other businesses and travelled to/from Bangkok regularly. If this hotel invested a bit more in maintenance, I think it could be a really nice place. If you really must stay here, I recommend you ask for a room on the second floor.

Very good and well kept guesthouse. They clean the rooms and everyone takes off there shoes when entering. The hotel receptionist, Juni and Cho, does they're very best to keep everything clean and they are very helpful and friendly.

The service is the highlight of Ivory. The woman at the reception is incredibly kind and friendly. She genuinely cares about the well-being of the guests. The location is central and the rooms are clean.

The rooms here are basic but exactly what you need; you aren’t coming to Ko Phi Phi to hang out in the room. The location is super central, close to a lot, and close to the pier. The real standout at this hostel is the service. June, the receptionist, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We went to her dinner recommendation every night we were in Ko Phi Phi cause it was so good. She also arranged a tour for us and was there to answer any questions we had.

We loved our stay here! The woman at reception was extremely helpful and kind. The private room was clean and spacious. AC and plugs worked great too! The location is also fantastic. You must try the donut stand that is directly outside of this hostel - we went back everyday for the coconut buns and the sugar donuts! Phi Phi town is small enough that everywhere is walking distance. Ivory is close to the beach, the pier, and food/bars, but is far enough away from the party places that it is quiet (about 10 minutes to walk). Highly recommend!!

We stayed here a couple of nights and had a nice time. The room was decent with good aircon, plenty of light and was actually quiet as it faced the market which closed in the evening. Bathroom was basic but fine. Owner friendly but quite up-tight and slightly fussy - needs to take a step back and try to relax a bit (I say this as a fellow stressful business owner!). It's in a great location and we also booked a boat trip from them which was fun. Can recommend! 🙏

I stayed at Ivory one week and had a great time! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed very comfortable. The location is perfec, 5 min from the Pier and 10 from the party zone which is far enough not to be disturbed by the music. June, the manager, is the most helpful, friendly and kind person ever! Thanks for everything!

We stayed well in this hotel. Is not very nice and no windows in our room that was maybe one of the reasons why our room was very humid and smelly. Despite of this we found great stuff here. The lady at the reception was very kind and the hotel is very clean. What's more the location is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the markets, 2 minutes walk from the pier and in the best area of phi phi don. Here you'll not find the expensive resort or the reach people and is not the economic area where are located the hostels and clubs where a lot of young people make noise till night time. Here you breathe the typical Thai market area with restaurants street food and all the kinds of things that you'll buy in a Thailand's island.

Ivory is a great no frills hotel. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a good AC and hot shower. It’s location is one of its best qualities as you’re in the middle of town, a 3 min walk to the pier for easy transport and another 3 mins from the north beach. June, the receptionist, is incredibly helpful and accommodating. She’ll let you know about the area and the different tours available.

I stayed 3 nights in Ivory Phi Phi. From the very first moment i felt really welcomed by the staff, which was really kind and helpful all the time. The accomodation is located on the very center of the town, close to the beach and close to the port. Therefore, the location is really good. Furthermore, the room was really clean and calm, far from the noise of the beach bars. I could rest really well. I am really grateful for the hospitality I have received, I really recommend staying at this place.

It was my second time staying here and it was fantastic. Julie was super friendly at the front desk and was full of local knowledge. Awesome location, cheap price, and clean rooms. I’ll be back again!

Rooms are average, a little on the smaller side but everything was clean and shower had great water pressure. Decent price and the lady at the front desk was the sweetest woman.

Ivory's location is incredible for the price. Judy, the woman at the front desk is such a sweet human being. She printed out a map of the island for us upon arrival, and even aided us with switching rooms due to us wanting a bigger room with a fridge. Any questions you have about the island, she has all the answers and many connections on the island with great discounts. Next time we come to Phi Phi Island, we hope to see Judy again :)

Perfect stayed! Customer service outstanding! They just need to clean the AC filter, I think it’s a bit dusty and I had bad allergies. But overall the place is perfect location, good night sleep, and perfect price.

Good value for money. Bed was clean, AC new and quiet. Location is perfect, right in front of a small street food market. Very helpful host. Only downside was a mild smell from moisture and absence of a kettle. We really enjoyed our stay.

The lady was sooo nice and super helpful when we arrived she told us exactly what we can do on the island and gave us a map with lots of information. The location is just amazing, in the middle of the city but not too loud. The rooms where clean so we didn’t have any issues. The only thing not so perfect was the WiFi but there are lots of restaurants around there with really good WiFi so it wasn’t that bad.

We were very happy to stay in the Ivory. Very clean, very central, quiet (there are no bars around) and fairly priced. Staff was helpful and nice, has laundry service and free towels for beach and mineral water. Great, central and budget stay, very much recommended.
