The hotel is really nice and it is around 10 minutes from the beach. The street is not noisy at all. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are beautiful and the air condition is great. There is a pool and you can use the gym of another hotel in the nearby. You can have free towels and flip flop for the beach. Every day you get free bottles of water. They are very guest oriented, I can only recommend them. :)

I stayed for two days and the staff was very friendly and helpful, including free luggage storage and printing out our ferry tickets. Breakfast was included and the gym you have free access to was great and had machines and weights down the road. The pool was much nicer than what i saw at other friends’ resorts and the location was a few buildings off of the main strip, so it was great enough location but also not right on the noisy bars and restaurants into late night. One con was that there was a strange smell coming from between the bathroom and the air conditioner (not sure where the source was from; was not directly traceable). I would stay here again if I visited.

Room was old, dusty, dark and noisy. Tried to arrange a late checkout (to pay) but was rudely told no and shouted out when I questioned why there wasn’t an option to extend for one hour. When I came to reception to ask why the man was shouting at me he lied and said it wasn’t him, I tried to then check out and he told me I couldn’t because the reception staff wasn’t there and started shouting again (proving it was him). We then checked out and carried our bags onto the diving boat rather than leaving them at the hotel as we didn’t trust them. Breakfast was awful as were the showers. The only good thing was the location.

Nice place to stay while in Phi Phi. In the middle of all the restaurants and bars and shops. The swimming pool and the bar are nice. The rooms are not that big but everything is acceptable considering you’re staying in the island.

Good location, pool was fine but not many loungers, breakfast was good. We had a room on the 3rd floor, it had everything we needed. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the power in our room, it went out at 1am so no air con. After trying the card for a while and changing to the other one it came back on at about 2am. We only had one night here in between other accomodation, but when I tried to explain the situation so that other guests wouldn’t have the same experience the person at reception said that it was fine (maybe she didn’t quite understand). Was difficult to choose 3 or 4 stars.

Was a lovely place with a old style / traditional style rooms. Nice and central, and had a pool with swim up bar. All the lights were powered by a tablet so you didn’t have to leave the bed. They even noticed it was my birthday and brought me a cake to my room as a surprise

Rooms are old but clean, issue is the AC units are tired, dirty and worn out, barely able to keep the room cool, mine wasn't working correctly, they sent the cleaner to check, who informed front desk it's fine when the room was hot after 2hrs of operation on full! Finally after I insisted front desk to come and check for themselves, who came along with engineers, they found the unit faulty and asked for 2hrs to fix. I came back 3hrs later to find AC on full power cooling the room but no remote control functionality, no adjustments just a unit stuck on full power meaning my 3 nights stay was going to be a noisy cold experience!!! Overall ruining my stay on beautiful island.

This is my first google review, I'd like to dedicate this honor to P.P. Palm Tree Resort 😉 we had a great stay in this resort good location by walk everywhere near to the pier there is a decent coffee shop right next to the hotel our room was clean and the view from our rooms and the swimming pool deck areas were lovely nice pool clean and fine sized highly recommend. and thanks to all lovely staffs special mention to a man carried our luggage to pier while heavy raining... (in the photo) again so appreciate it. you made our day one of the best options in Phi Phi Island very happy with my stay I would be back there again :)

Dont get confused by the bad reviews. The hotel is really great. Breakfast has plenty of options for westeners, the rooms might be a bit old but who spends time inside on ko phiphi? The rooms are clean and everything you need is there. Staff is incredible friendly . 5/5 can recommend without any issues. It is not too loud

The rooms are very nice. They are styled with a lot of detail. And the rooms are pretty clean. But the hotel is pretty noisy (you can hear a lot from neighboring rooms). And the breakfast is not the best. But from what I hear about other hotels in Phi Phi, this is a pretty good one 😀

The location of the hotel is in the Center, only 3 minutes away from the pier. The rooms are very old fashioned and okay clean. We had a room with Pool access and no other windows accept for the one where everyone can see through from the pool side. The room had a special spell due to the humidity. All in all for the price and only two nights stay it was an okay experience.

Great location, close to everything and in the middle of the party scene, but super quiet. You réalise where you are only once you go out of the resort. Friendly staff, great value for the price.

Smell of drains in room and had issues with lighting and fuse box in room. Breakfast is good and location. If you want cheap and cheerful this is fine. But if you want relaxing vacation, I would go elsewhere.

Strict anti-smoker hotel, you have to leave their property completely for a smoke. No smoking outside the room/balcony allowed. Not any smoking area here. Omg, never experienced such a strict place and really hard to understand. Actually a good Hotel to stay in the center, big breakfast buffet, a bit overpriced , but under this circumstances only recommend for non-smokers!! And the rooms are definitely not 35m² as advertised. I think they just gave us a 20m² room for the price of 35m²

Perfectly located in the center of Phi Phi, it allows for tons of restaurant and bar options all around. Tidy and clean rooms (although already a bit older), clean pool and good breakfast. Pickup at the pier is included in the rent. Recommend the tour office right outside the hotel entrance - very competitive prices without need for negotiation.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because everything was mediocre and I don’t see the point on giving 2-3 stars but then they charged us 300 baht for a missing key card (nearly $10!). What pains me the most is seeing such unhappy staff. In a country where even the most humble always find a reason to be kind and smile, the vibe in this hotel was weird. Some other things didn’t help either: - Rock hard beds (and we took the most expensive suite) - The music in the swimming pool area sounds like it’s being played on a phone or a 90’s radio cassette - Only one rough toilet paper roll a day - No shower gel

We had an excellent experience at the hotel. Rooms cleaned every day, cleanliness and organization of the hotel always impeccable. Wonderful and well served breakfast. Location is the best. All staff very friendly, but one employee in particular enchanted us. His name is Pandhow or Ruff (nickname) he helped us with the bags and his friendliness is simply endearing. I will return to this hotel so I can have the pleasure of meeting this friendly and polite employee again.

The location is good and unlike other resorts in Phi Phi, this one has better facilities under budget.

It's a decent place. I had informed about my honeymoon travel and they had done amazing decor with complimentary fruits. Breakfast was good. But I couldn't use the pool. It was raining in the days I stayed. Hence can't comment on that.

Very friendly welcoming staff with efficient checking in and out .Lovely breakfasts. Great swim up pool bar with a good selection of cocktails. Clean hotel. Location perfect as short distance from Pier.

Good and bad. The rooms are fine, clean and stocked. The breakfast is forgettable, but filling and the omelet bar is a nice touch. The pool isn’t as nice as the photos and closes too early (they stop serving drinks at the pool bar at 6:00PM). The location of this place is phenomenal, just close enough to get to everything in a jiff but far enough away where you can actually sleep.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel, the worst of the 6 we've visited in this journey. the staff is not friendly and not helpful at all. Not allowed to smoke even in your own balcony, need to exit the hotel for that. Had a room with pool access, and the lader to the pool was broken, so I fell and hurt myself, not an apology, not a concern from the hotel. There's a pool bar, but you have to pay after every order in cash not being possible to add the bill to the room. There was a building construction site just next to hotel that woke us up early in the morning, but asked for a room change and got that. On the positive note, the hotel is well located, clean and decent breakfast. Wouldn't go back, not worth the money.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Don't believe the fake reviews. Tiny cramped rooms, even the expense Deluxe Pool Access room is only 24m2 not the 35m2 it is advertised as. Not enough room for a place for open suitcases. Old and run down, mould in the shower, black sticky mould coning out of the air cond. Surrounded by two storey dilapidated buildings. Poor but expensive breakfast. My advice, don't stay here. Our most disappointing hotel in Thailand. Plenty of better places nearer to the beach.

This is a very nice hotel located central. Everything is nearby and it is in walking distance from the port (even with luggage although your luggage will be brought to the hotel by as a service). The hotel itself is clean, proper and nicely set up. Our room had a small fridge and a TV and the Bathroom has enough warm water (though you might not need it with the temperatures around here). The room also has an air conditioner.
