This is a very nice and clean hostel in a great location with all you’ll need. It also has a great group of staff. It’s nothing special for a fairly high price but I’ve head a few horror stories about people getting pink eye etc in other places on the island so I’d say it’s worth the security of knowing you’ll be fine. That being said it’s definitely not the only clean hostel here so you can probably get the same thing for half the price. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free BBQ 1 evening as well. Lovely cats. Thank you for the help with tours and a refund on 1 of them due to illness. WiFi is fast when it works but frequently won't let you connect or knocks you off. Very annoying. No kitchen or anything which is annoying if you need a bowl or hot water for noodles. The beds are very very loud and squeaky. Also the mattresses are too hard and sore. It's 1 big room dorm with maybe 40 people in it. 2 toilets without going downstairs. From 2am the young drunk returners start being noisy and messy (vomit all over the toilet floor - and it's loud so everyone can hear in bed). No staff on site in the evening so no policing. Someone actually tried to get into my travelling companion's bed in the middle of the night! There are outside toilets and showers too so it's fine but not an amazing sleeping experience. I wouldn't stay here again but if you're planning on not sleeping much it's all good.

The staff are some of the kindest, warmest people you’ll meet on your travels! They keep the hostel very clean and are more than happy to recommend things to do around the island (especially for places that have fewer crowds). They offered laundry, coffee, tea, and bananas to their guests. This place has hot water showers and a place for you to hang your wet clothes to dry. The WiFi was fast, and I had no issues messaging and Skyping friends and family from both the dorms and the common area. It’s a short walk from the pier, and while it is in the middle of the hustle and bustle, it’s quiet at night, so you can get a good rest in before your next day of adventure. I could not more highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay during their visit to paradise💕

Nice Hostel. Quietly situated but good access to beaches. Owner ladies are nice and funny, they take care it's clean. Only downside are the four toilets and the two showers for more than 50 guests. Although I never had problems to get a free shower because I rise early, I could imagine this sometimes is annoying. If you have problems with airconditions during sleep, don't book this hostel!! Me and a couple of others got sick of it. I think the temperature is set to 21 degree, air flow is fast in the dorm. And you only get a thin and itchy cover. But I have to say I could change bed to another more far away from the Aircon, which helped. The lady also offered me lime and honey for teatime as nice gesture. Recommend for people with no Aircondition issues, otherwise book something else.

Lovely staff & an extremely clean hostel. Beds are nice & comfy while the entire hostel is very well kept. Cleanliness is a big focus as well. The staff are a great source of recommendation for any dietary restriction as well. The only complaint is really tiny washroom & toilet.

Amazing place to stay when on Phi Phi Island. The 2 ladies who run the hostel are super nice, speak perfect English, and help wherever they can. The location of the hostel is perfect (just ~ 3 min walk from the ferry pier) so centrally located but away from the part hostel so you can sleep comfortably at night. The facilities are very clean.

Staff are very rude, assaulted me then shut the roller door and wouldn’t let me leave until I paid them 7000 baht just because I came back with my friend grab something from my locker. Trust me, avoid this hostel!!! You’ll thank me later. Reported to the police

the hostel is away from the noise but still has a great location to reach busy areas. The rooms are full but it’s not too loud and because of the curtains you get some privacy. the staff is very friendly. there are not a lot of bathrooms though, so you have to wait a bit.

One of the best hostels I stayed at in Thailand. The location is perfect. The staff is so nice, they even invited us to a free BBQ party on the street. Nui is a very funny guy. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. They also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and fruits. I strongly recommend this hostel if you want a comfortable bed and the opportunity to engage in conversations with locals.

Good Hostel excellent service

The women who operate the place are there 24/7 and constantly cleaning. It's right by the pier which is convenient and a short walk to the beach or bars. If you're not looking for a trashy party hostel you can stay here and still choose to go out or not. Good A/C, towels provided, and they help book travel.

Amazing hostel!!! Super great staff and a perfect location. The beds are nice and bathrooms were good except that we couldn’t get any hot water for a shower.

Of course it is a bit expensive for a hostel but I came here after staying in a very bad one so it was basically heaven, they have clean bathrooms with actual hot water and the lockers are very spacious and come with a lock already! Also they have curtains and a light and power point in every little cabin :)

Firstly, the location of the hostel is excellent. Right by the pier, away from noise but still had close proximity to lively shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff are great and hardworking - the place was always pretty clean. One staff member was particularly attentive and helpful, asking me every time I returned to the property how my day went and providing suggestions/assistance with restaurants and my ferry booking, which was much appreciated as a solo traveler. Some minor criticisms (WiFi password could be more prominent on check in, AC was perhaps a little too cold) but these are trivial points. Quick note, shower/toilet facilities are fairly limited at the hostel (I think 4 showers and 5 toilets in total). It wasn't a big deal for me as there were maybe only ~20 other guests at the time I stayed, but I can imagine in high season when this place is much busier this might be a bigger issue. Just something to consider if booking in these months.

The dorm was good and clean. However the bathroom doors do not have a lock, and they are sort of outside (at least the ones on the ground floor where we stayed), which was a bit strange.

Really nice and friendly staff. I stayed in the 16 bed dorm, but it didn’t feel crowded at all and it was always quiet and calm at night. Good location on the island.

Beds are very comfy, staff are super friendly and accommodating, hostel is a minute walk from the beach and pier and about 5 from the centre of town, only thing I would say is there there are 2 toilets for 32 people upstairs but it is less of an issue than you think, would recommend this hostel 100%

Glad I chose to stay with Pier 519. Nuiy is a very cool staff member. He hung out with us and made sure everyone has a good time. Even the staff girls were awesome. Cool roommates. Right next to 7 Eleven. Away from loud music. Cozy rooms. Shared toilets, wish it had a washer but there are laundromats all around the island that deliver back to the hostel. Will definitely be back when solo backpacking through phi phi. Thank you.

Nice hostel with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff speaks decent English, which seems to be rare in Thailand. The showers and toilets are perhaps a bit uncomfortable due to their size. Lockers are big enough and access to the rooms is with RFID tag, so quite secure.

It has been only 2 months since the hostel is opened. There are very few hostels on the island and this hostel is one of a kind. The staff are very friendly and kind. Hostel is well maintained and very clean. It is also very near to the main pier. I just never want to leave this hostel. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a hostel.

Loved this hostel! The staff are probably some of the best hostel staff I've encountered along my many travels with Nhui and Vida being extremely vivacious and creating an awesome social atmosphere. The rooms are nice. The aircon isn't a single unit on one wall, but rather a large ceiling unit that blows down which is much better. Free coffee and bananas were provided every morning which was a very welcome addition to the stay. Can't wait to come back here.

Stayed here for a week as I had so much fun. The staff are lovely and very sociable. Great experience.

Newer hostel kept clean by very nice staff. Most convienant location if you are coming on and off the ferry's/speedboats can walk to it In 2 minutes., it's literally right on the pier. Not directly in the central party zone so fairly quiet at night. (3-5 minute walk and you are in it tho) Good wifi and given bottle of water and banana upon check in. 2 big hostel rooms with keypad access upstairs with many beds/ppl in each room but bunks are spacious with curtians and everyone gets a locker big enough for your bacpack and carry ons. Nice hot water in the showers, only 2 enclosed shower/toilets ..rest are open air..with mosquitos. Over all great affordable place to catch some rest on a quick phi phi stop over.

Immaculately clean for a hostel, I was very impressed. Only downside was I ended up getting bedbugs from this place :( but it was likely brought by another Traveller than because of the hostel. However not very social, good if looking for quiet comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay because if how helpful and friendly the staff were. The rooms are kept very clean unless a sandy guest happens to slip through the staff. This design of the hostel isn't going to win any awards but it is nice enough to feel comfortable in.

The hostel is super clean and the beds are sorta capsule like, but comfortable nonetheless. My favourite part however was the staff! These guys are super funny and are ready to help out. You can book ferry tickets and island tours and what not straight from them. Another awesome thing is that it's super close to the pier as well as the main beach, so you can get off the ferry and immediately be at the hostel after your journey, and then hit the beach right after!
