A small hostel on Phi Phi island 5 mins walk from all activities, the area is quieter allowing to get some rest. Clean and comfortable beds, free tea, coffee and biscuits. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The social area could be bigger and beds could have curtains for privacy.

I‘m so happy here! Eddie and Bee are the most amazing hosts you can imagine, they care like parents. The accommodation itself is basic but absolutely enough. Due to COVID only one dorm room is open, so you directly know each other and get part of the group. It’s close to the other hostels and the party beach but bit more quiet than the other places. Before going out everybody is talkings and drinking on the veranda. The other day the hosts teached us how to cook green curry and went trekking with us. Best hostel I’ve ever been, love it!!!! xoxo

It wasn't the usual charm I had read about. The pics that pop up are likely old or at season high while I visited in July. I got a bed in 6-bed dorm. Except the sleeping bed, nothing much to write about. A small table at the front that could accommodate 2-3 people. What works well: 1) Free tea and coffee sachets with hot water is a plus 2) Cleanliness was good. Sheets well maintained and bathroom well kept. Hot water was readily available 3) Distance to beach and popular shacks is the biggest positive however when you walk from Phi Phi pier to hostel, it's a bit of a long walk. Good thing is you get to see most shops in the alleys. 4) Value for money deal when booked online I would suggest to try out hostels in the beach shacks like Blanco etc. But this is a good back up option.

This was a 5+* experience for me. Don't expect any fancy accomodation or utilities. The atmosphere is what makes this place special. The host, Mr. Singh is the best host you'll ever have. There are only two dorms available which makes all guests meet instantly in front area where everybody chills. It's very quiet, even though beach is only 50 meters away where all the parties happen. I am sure this is the place to go if you're on phi phi. You'll end up prolonging your stay just because of this place.

A super bare bones hostel, but it's inexpensive for a reason. Nice staff, actually quiet despite the massive sound systems the beach bars nearby use. Easy walk to everything, good location. Showers need some repair, the showerhead holders are broken so they sit low and spray straight down. Free tea and cookies.

All the staff are amazing, Much thanks to Bee - very kind owner that helps the guests no matter what. Stayed here 3 nights and then even extended more. This hostel is for mostly Backpackers and really social and easy to meet people

Best hostel on the whole island! Always clean and incredibly friendly staff. 1 min to the beach and to beach bars but also enough distance to have a long and calm nights sleep. Can recommend 100/100 times :)

Had a great time here! Great location on the other side of the island close enough to the action and still get some rest. Really friendly staff and very clean. Like 3 times a day the rooms are cleaned. Good aircon! Perfect for this heat ATM. Cheers from Australia!

This hostel was right near the party area or beach but was super quiet. Met loads of lovely people here and the lady that works there helps booking everything for much cheaper prices. Ac worked great and there was a little pet goat that lived nearby which my gf loved. All in all, a joy to stay there.

One of the best hostel in phi phi…hospitality was really great…people are really humble and helpfull…rooms are neat and clean…must recommended

Perfect hostel to stay close to the beach. Day time, rooms become a bit humid and stuffy.

i was really satisied with accomodation but i left my shirt there and i asked them several times to send it to address bangkok but they are ignorant and they dont care - tried contact them on booking and via phone calls, iam really sad about this behaviour. In case hangover hostel gets back to me and sends it i will change my rating. But so far iam really disappointed :((( i liked this place a lot but i dont understand this behaviour

Fantstic hostel. Mr. Singh (the owner) is one of the kindest and most generous people I've met while travelling. He accommodates you in every way he can. He is friendly and tries to get people to meet each other and make friends. He will always go out of his way to improve your stay and make you feel at home. For example, he let me keep my stuff there any past check out and just hang out, and he gave free raincoats when it rained. He even gave us some drinks at night. Highly recommend this hostel.

Mr Singh! Exceptional hospitality! Big mixed dorm rooms with a college crowd feel. Powerful AC and clean bathrooms. All well run and supervised by Mr Singh who most of the time is sitting at the big front desk always ready with a smile or advice or a sympathetic ear. A tight knit clean and we'll run hostel. Highly recommended!

Staying at the hostel was an incredible experience! Mama is such a warm and welcoming person, and leo the guy who helps her is an absolute legend! In only 3 nights there I gained a whole new family. Very recommended, a must go place!

I don't typically write reviews beaches I'm far too lazy but Mr. Singh deserves a shout out. Like the location as it's right bear the main beach and party but far enough that you'll go in the rooms and slept without the party noise. The rooms and washrooms are clean and Mr Singh provides some little comforts like soaps, toothpaste, hairdryer, towels etc. He's such a great guy and super helpful! There's a small patio in front for some socialising too. Definitely will come back.

Hangover hostel is run by one very friendly guy, Mr. Singh. He is basically sitting in front of the hostel 24/7 to help you with anything you need (day trips, laundry, boat tickets, literally anything) and for security. Mr. Singh is an absolute legend! The dorm itself is clean and every bed has a small electronic safe for your valuables. Showers and toilets are clean but a little bit old. The location is convenient if you like to party as it is located next to the beach with all the parties. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're traveling solo or with friends.

I personally have not stayed in this hostel, but I regret not booking here! The owner of this hostel is the sweetest man on earth. He takes care of his guests as if they were his own by making sure they have water by their beds every single night, feeding everyone his dinner and his deserts, even before feeding himself, he takes care of people who get sick and is a constant sweetheart. Next time I come to Phi Phi Islands, I am staying there 100%! Thank you Mr. Singh for amazing nights and endless laughter. You're the best!
