My
husband
and
I
came
here
on
our
honeymoon.
Prior
to
us
arriving,
the
hotel
reached
out
to
us
to
ask
what
time
we
will
arrive
so
they
can
prepare
for
us.
I
let
them
know
our
speedboat
was
arriving
around
9:30
or
10:00
am.
However
when
we
arrived
at
phi
phi,
there
was
no
one
to
help
us
to
the
hotel
with
our
luggage.
We
had
to
drag
our
suitcases
through
the
sand
and
mud
all
the
way
to
the
hotel.
when
we
arrived
at
the
hotel,
the
receptionist
told
us
we
couldnāt
check
into
our
room
until
2pm
(4
hours
later).
I
showed
her
the
email
that
was
sent
to
me
by
the
hotel
but
it
didnāt
change
her
mind.
So
we
were
left
to
wander
for
4
hours
with
our
backpacks.
When
we
came
back
at
2,
they
gave
us
the
key
to
our
room
and
we
checked
it
out.
When
we
got
there
the
room
was
still
dirty,
so
I
had
to
go
back
and
get
another
room.
At
one
point
we
needed
more
toilet
paper,
so
my
husband
asked
the
receptionist
for
some
to
which
they
responded
they
would
ābring
it
to
your
room.ā
An
hour
later,
still
no
toilet
paper.
None
of
them
appeared
to
be
busy
when
he
asked,
so
he
just
had
to
use
the
bathroom
in
the
lobby.
Apart
from
the
subpar
customer
service,
the
bungalow
walls
are
very
thin
and
you
can
hear
everyone
else
in
their
rooms.
The
people
next
to
us
were
blasting
music
and
partying
late
into
the
night
and
we
couldnāt
sleep.
When
I
let
the
front
desk
know,
they
did
nothing.
Otherwise,
the
hotel
is
very
beautiful
and
sits
right
on
the
beach.
We
even
got
to
see
monkeys
as
they
would
come
out
onto
the
beach
when
the
tide
was
low.
The
pool
is
gorgeous
and
the
breakfast
buffet
was
good
as
well.
If
the
customer
service
hadnāt
been
so
bad,
I
wouldāve
given
this
place
5
stars,
but
they
kind
of
ruined
it
for
us.
I
hope
this
helps
some
people
when
considering
staying
here.
