Do not stay here if you need sleep before 3am. But, if you're a party animal, this is the place for you! Great beach location. 11 min walk from ferry. Super close walk to the main food/entertainment/ market area. We loved booking our half day snorkeling tour through Blanco. We saw some of the most gorgeous places we'd ever seen.

It's a party hostel where you can't go to sleep before 2 am. If that's your goal, Blanco is the perfect place. The rooms are not very clean but that's because the hostel is basically a wood structure on the sand. The staff is amazing, very helpful and professional! I can tell they try to keep it as clean as possible, which is very hard considering that is located on the sand, and that the major part of the tourists don't care about keeping the beach clean. Pros: it's the perfect location to party, meet a lot of people, waking up in the morning with that view is amazing, you are basically sleeping in a beach in Thailand. Cons: the AC in the rooms is really cold at night, the cocktails are very very watery for the price they have, the lockers are small.

Good if you want to party or are happy going to bed with blaring music, although most people party at the bars next door (Stones). So sandy, dirty and only 4 showers for the whole hostel - we stayed for 2 nights then moved to somewhere half the price only a 2 min walk away. Blanco on Railay is so so much better than the Phi Phi one.

The hostel was literally a part of the beach. The lobby of the hostel was the beach. The water reached the entrance of the hostel during high tide. And little emphasis was put to keep the rooms sand-free. The first thing we were told on reaching the hostel was to go to the pool party in the hostel next door, and that kinda worked against the hostel as even later the mood never got set up at the hostel. The bathrooms are somewhat more clean than expected but the whole bathroom and toilet area has an unclean vibe.

Rooms are small, smelly, no bins, no AC between 11 and 5 and you don’t even get the AC remote back during the night so can’t control the temperature (I was freezing). Literally only 1 usable shower on the ground floor, the rest were either broken or had broken locks on them. And there was only 1 hot shower. Half the hostel is just sand and there’s barely any common areas to hang out which is especially annoying because the rooms are so meh. The reps are really nice, the vibes at night were fun and they gave free shots every night. The location was good to be fair. But yeh the general vibes were just dirty and smelly.

The perfect mix of chill all day party all night. By far the best bar on the beach. Nice staff who are always happy to talk and recommend things to do or places to eat. The beds are comfy and the facilities are clean. Great boat tour. Would recommend to anyone travelling through Thailand.

I knew it was a party hostel, on a party island, right on the beach, so the loud music until 2am and the sand did not bother me. What did bother me is Blanco’s continued lack of consideration for BASIC facilities. I’m not even talking free drinking water or a common area to chill in, but just a locker to put a bag in (the lockers are tiny) or installing some curtains, a bedside shelf and a light. Not sure why they take passports as a deposit too. Bathrooms aren’t very nice, it smells in certain areas. Oh and the boat party, whilst fun, was not worth the money (1300 baht) not including even a free drink. We went to 2 locations for 15 minutes at a time then jumped off the boat for a swim. Sort it out, Blanco. Invest in some curtains and basic room amenities. It’s not difficult.

Nice party hostel although just like other people reviewed, the bar / reception is part of the Beach and the beds are always sandy and they play lout music until 2am. Also, there were a whole lot of mosquitos around… wouldn’t personally stay here again, but thank you anyway!!!

Starting with the good things free shots every hour from 8pm, good music till 2am, front of house staff are very friendly and the cleaners do a great job. Though it does always feel sandy(expected for a beach hostel) the facilities are okay I guess nothing special everything works. Air con is decent. The beds are not comfy at all but I’m guessing if you’re drunk you won’t care. With all the being said I would still consider coming back here again although it’s not mega cheap it’s not badly priced plus the beach location is pretty nice.

Complete dump, rooms are freezing cold at night then boiling hot in the middle of the day. Staff behind the desk charged us for Towels we never got given. Toilets gross and bar drinks gave everyone food poisoning! Nice social atmosphere and location but otherwise terrible!

Good for party but toilets and showers aren’t very clean. Also I saw a broken shower and broken toilet which wasn’t cleaned up. On day of arrival they said that the prices were increased so we had to pay more then the price we booked for at Hostelworld. A lot of sand in the beds and the building looked like it could fall down every moment.

Great party hostel. Aircon, comfy bed, Netflix room and a bar and it’s right on the beach!! There was a super friendly atmosphere with events which was good to make friends. I did their boat party, highlight of my trip so far!

Amazing party hostel with helpful staff! An easy place to meet fun people. The hostel is not new but has a cozy vibe and is located perfectly with parties at the beach, dinking games and free shots!! I also made good memories on their party boat, I really recommend this hostel if you wanna have fun on Phi Phi!

Do not stay here. The staff are completely incompetent & have no idea what they are doing. No one is medically trained and the 2 nights I stayed there 2 people were hospitalised. Do not go on the boat party - no health and safety at all, they literally told us if you drown they cannot help us. They play a terrible, extremely pressurising drinking game called Buffalo where every time you have your drink in your right hand you have to down it or they will shout and put a siren in your face. They don’t let you drink at your own pace or enjoy it how you want to. So unsafe and absolutely ridiculous. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. The rooms are horrible, floors stained with blood and toilets disgusting. Music blasting until 2am so if you are not out you cannot sleep. Horrible horrible place - DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

Stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. Air con was so nice at night after a long day of partying, the staff is also super nice and helpful. They had amazing suggestions for food and they offer a boat party (it was my favourite day by far) highly Recommend if you want to be right beside the party!

Honestly it wasn’t the worst but it was far from good. The AC doesn’t turn on until 5pm and shuts off at 10am. The music BLASTS until 2-3am. If you want sleep this isn’t the place. If you want to party every night it’s your kind of place.

Nice location and very helpful staff. If you're looking for party people on this island you definitely should book your hostel here. The locker was a little bit small, but other than that I had a nice stay.

I originally booked to stay at Blanco at Phi Phi for 1-2 nights and ended up there a week!! Incredible views and nature and the staff and people. Would 100% go back such beautiful life experiences

Awful place. Showers dont work, staff were too busy scrubbing tiles to refill the toilet paper and the music blasts until morning. I also didnt like that the passport is mandatory deposit.

Warning!! Be careful!! Stay away!! I would definitely NOT recommend staying here. Blanco runs a scam where they give guests an enemorous bill of drinks and food they did not order and are not responsible for paying for. If the guest questions the accuracy of the false bill given to the customer, Blanco staff become threatening and aggressive with the customer to pressure them into paying a bill that is not theirs. If the customer refuses to pay the fake bill, Blanco assaults the customer. Blanco commits theft, extortion and assault. Members of staff at this hostel are violent and assault guests. Blanco is dangerous for tourists and threatens the good standing reputation of all the other business establishments on Koh Phi Phi, who obey the law. Be careful and have fun on your trip in Thailand!

Had such a great time. This hostel is the place to be and I had such an amazing time on their boat party. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is amazing and right on the beach. They do a pub crawl, beer pong tournaments and theme nights which made it easy to meet people! Will definitely come back again!

As a party hostel blanco is a good place to stay. There are free shots, good music and it’s very social with plenty of party bars nearby. The facilities and rooms are not the best but they do the job and are worth it for the location. However, never in all my experience travelling and staying in hostels have I been treated so horrendously by the reception staff. On our 2nd of our 5 nights staying at blanco, someone burst into our room at 10:30 telling us to check out. We thought a mistake had been made so went to the receptionist called Frong to let her know. She told us that we said we were checking out after two nights, when in fact the day before we just asked about their cancellation policy incase we wanted to explore the other islands - we told her specifically at the time to not check us out as it was just hypothetical. We never confirmed and she proceeded to check us out anyway. We had no where to stay and they were very reluctant to give us a refund - we spoke to the manager who was just as rude and unaccommodating and wouldn’t accept that they were clearly the ones who were at fault. Do not stay here unless you want to be shouted at and called stupid by the staff and left stranded with no accomodation on an island.

Not one of a kind place to stay. But if u are looking for a party place/hostel to stay then this a the right place. Just on the beach. They even organize boat party, that's expensive, same thing can be done half the price, except the party thing. At night the entire hostel is on the party mode. Majority of the staff are not thai people, they them self are tourist who are working for free stay food and fun, so that's a little problematic thing, because they doesn't seem to care anything much and are not that friendly until u are a group of beautiful chick.

Fun party hostel right on the beach. Staff is friendly and puts on events during the day and at night. Not the cleanest but it’s what you’d expect of a party hostel. Overall would recommend!

I had the best stay at this hostel, the staff are super friendly and the hostel definitely knows how to throw a party! Beer pong tournaments with other events on each night and their boat party was epic! I’m definitely going to be staying again when I return! We love you blanco!

First things first this is a party hostel, it doesn't try to hide this fact, and the party scene there is great!. Also if you do try to go to sleep early the music stops around 2/2:30am so that's ideal too! The rooms were clean and they are cleaned of sand multiple times each day. Good value hostel and right on the beach. The one negative is that there is frequently litter and rubbish on the beach that is part of the hostel that appears to be just left, I found myself cleaning the beach and the reception area of plastic and a few shards of glass which was slightly worrying.

Best place to party in phi phi, location is perfect as the hostel is right on the beach. Good prices food and drink especially as it’s the place to be for nightlife. Best part of the trip was the Blanco boat tour

Cant recommend this Hostel enough, if your looking for a party hostel this is it! Great atmosphere every night, they have beer pong tournaments, flip cup and other drinking games. Tours to Maya Bay throughout the week. Its located right on the beach. All the staff are extremely sound and know how to get the party started. Will definitely be staying here when I'm back 😊
