The front desk is not very helpful/attentive, but she was not rude. There was a sign in the door for beach towels, but when you went to ask about it , then it seems she was completely unaware . For the price we paid - which was very low compared to other accommodations - it was OK; however, it's not convenient to get there at night, and getting back from Phi Phi town is between 800-2000bahts (which you could save by booking a more expensive place). There's a free ride in the morning at 9:30am if there are not a lot of people checking out. It's more quiet, more relaxed, and with less tourists than Phi Phi Town; however, there's a bar across the guest house that is very loud and open until late at night. The bathrooms do not have a bug net, so if you don't block the "vents" with something bugs will get in your room....we found a humongous spider, a centipede, a gecko, and a huge cockroach. After, we blocked the vents there were no more visitors; however, the bathroom started to stink because there was no ventilation. For the price is OK, if you're staying 1-2 nights and you are out and about all day.

Rooms are alright, cleanliness was ok but nothing more, staff was not unfriendly but also not very helpful. The problem is that the hotel is only accessible via longboat taxi. For check in and check out the boat is for free from Tonsai Pier. If you want to go to Tonsai during another time, it costs 600 Baht one way.
