I lived in Optima Kierland over three years and am really going to miss it! The staff go above and beyond to make the building feel like a community (shoutout to Monica, Simona, and Ben for being especially helpful). In addition to the great amenities (rooftop pool and gym are top-notch), the events are what set Optima apart. My favorite events were the weekly fitness classes hosted by Swyft Fitness. I made two life-long friends through the classes and hikes we did with Swyft. If you're trying to make friends and/or are new to the area, the building parties and fitness classes make Optima Kierland a great choice!

I was not impressed with this place at all. They do have beautiful amenities but unfortunately their unwelcoming and cold property staff definitely turned me away from this community. Upon touring we were treated as though we did not belong there and the office team seemed extremely unhappy to have to waste their time touring with me and my partner. The leasing office was locked to begin with and very hard to find and when we did try to use their call system to get ahold of someone, our call was quickly declined. We weren't even offered quotes for homes or asked for an email to send us more information and our LC was extremely focused on what she thought our budget would be. We weren't even offered to come back into the office after our tour to get details on homes and she cut us off and ended the tour with telling us we could call if we were serious about leasing. Totally unprofessional and a breach of fair housing.

What a brilliant apartment! I could live here forever. Amazing amenities, spacious floor plans and the views are simply stunning.

We had the pleasure of working with a “magical lady” Monica Stupar. She is very knowledgeable about the optima complex & very patient with people who want to look at the property more then once. This building and the amenities are spectacular! Though there is much to do in the area, it’s difficult to leave the house when there are such wonderful places to walk, reflect, work, and relax! Thank you to the staff and neighbors for being so cool, and we’d recommend this complex to anyone looking to relocate to Scottsdale.

We have lived here at both 7160 and 7140 and both times it’s been an amazing experience. The pool areas at both buildings and amenities are wonderful. 7140 had an obvious better rooftop and newer amenities but both buildings are still leaps and bounds ahead of most other places. What sets this place apart is the customer service. It’s been a couple years now but I can’t imagine that’s changed. Parking was great, walkability was great, and the grounds were impeccable. The only thing I absolutely despised here was the ventless washer and dryers. Never have understood the point but small annoyance for an overall awesome building.

EXCELLENT management and maintenance definitely make the difference here. This apartment complex is also made of QUALITY materials like concrete floors so the apartments are quiet. The location, amenities, and resident events and experiences are top tier. I can’t say enough about this place. Barbie and Ben are some of the best in the business. My family and I have lived here for many years and love it. Thank you for setting the standard for luxury apartment living in Scottsdale

I absolutely love this place already and it's only been a week! The sense of community here is wildly attractive as well as the building's beautiful structures and amenities. The maintenance team, security guards, and staff are all so happy and I feel like that says a lot about a place - I'm very proud to call this place home.

Brittany has been instrumental in helping us navigate the portal and secure the perfect apartment for my son, Brian Ibe. She consistently kept us updated and informed about changes. I would highly recommend Optima Kierland Apartments 10/10.

The management team at Optima is phenomenal and they truly care about your onboarding experience. I had the pleasure of working with Aleks, Christa and Barbie and they were so helpful, every step of the way. Waking up here every morning is a dream come true.
