The experience I had here was horrible they took over $4,000 from me and still tried to charge late don’t fix anything on time and there was an infestation of roaches and they did not send out pest control on time. Horrible place to live. Left me with a broken dryer in my hallway for hours and hours with me having children

Place moved us in with roaches to begin with and didn’t use pest control we came outta pocket to handle it yet we pay for pest control on the rent. Also apartment was graffitied and the counter tops chipped and on top of all that there’s no room parking too pricey for equipment that they bought in 2005 at least that’s what I was told. wouldn’t recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good apartment home.

This place gave me a place when I had just moved here and for that I’ll always be grateful but that said. The apartments are old with old appliances that they refuse to replace. They have polite people in the office that politely refuse to properly address your concerns. I have a washing machine in my apartment that turns my clothes blue that they refuse to replace so I pay for a laundromat in addition to exorbitant rent. None of the kitchen outlets work but after I watched their maintenance man stick metal into the breaker and sparks fly I decided that I would rather use my air fryer on the carpet rather than him set my apartment on fire. How the HELLL there ain’t no parking this is ridiculous I never struggle to find a parking now it’s just like plain dumb . It’s take HOURS . I see ppl have cars there that don’t even live HERE ! They crusty cars be there the same spot.

Every apartment has electrical issues, old appliances, The maintenance service is terrible because they will take 2 or 3 months to actually do the order. But nice staff. Nice community and nice apartments.

Sarah and Vanessa were amazing. They provided me with a ton of information that made my move in so easy and comfortable. They’re a duo who provides great customer service and creates a warm inviting environment. They also helped me move in same day on arrival! Thank you ladies!!!

My family and I want to thank Vanessa from the Arrezo front office with this 5 star review. She was kind, helpful and very patient with all my family questions. She helped us throughout the application process and were able to get accepted the same day. We are so exited to move in next month :)

This is a terrible place to live, they don't care about the protection of their tenants, they also rushed to get our apartment ready to move in not checking the work of the maintenance staff. They never fix our broken window, they are trying to steal our deposit saying that we never cleaned our apartment. They never informed us that the air conditioning for the entire building was out then their solution to cool off the apartment was a nosey blower. I told the office over 4 times about my stove not working right, and they still haven't fixed it properly, they finally replaced my dryer only after I smelled burning almost caught fire. They overcharge for the area that they are in for the sub par apartment that they rent out. I had to call the security number to many times because of the kids breaking in to the pool area and destroying the pool area. Homeless people always on site. If you have a family this is not the place to live. Save your money and don't move in here.

I have been here for almost 1 year and I would not like to leave since the apartments are very good, the rooms and closets have tremendous space for your clothes, I recommend them 100%, the models of these apartments are as if you were in a house. The girls in the office are always there to help you with any questions you have, they are very friendly Thanks to vannesa, maritza, zaira. Here you will always see many activities for your children, that is a nice detail for our children. I feel good living here, I have no complaints
