I went to this clinic today 2/9/21, and was a little nervous due to the mixed reviews. But in my experience I had an uneventful time. I walked in, had my temperature checked, and was directed to get in line to talk with the people at the front desk. Talked to the front desk woman, she gave me a clipboard with two forms and a number that would be called. She then directed me to a room behind her. I sat down, filled out the two forms and waited. My number was called, I turned in my forms paid the fee, then was told to wait in the lobby area for my number to be called again. Number was called, I went an got my test done, and then left. l arrived at the clinic at 9:12am, left at 10:30am. I also got my results back the same day as well. They mentioned it would be about 24-48 hours for the results. All the personnel working at the clinic were polite, and professional. They probably see a lot of people a day, and don't have a lot of time to be personable with every single person. Follow the directions, listen for your number, and bring your headphones if you're going to watch YouTube or listen to music while you wait. $20 well spent!

The clinic was very nice and I went in early enough to where I didn’t have to wait. I got in and out within 30 minutes. The only 2 Downsides I had about this place was the false advertisement that I would get results within one to two days. I got all my results in five days. Then also the person drawing my blood was very rough. They were super nice and knowledgeable as a doctor, but when it came to the blood draw, it hurt way more than it should have. I have two pretty big gnarly bruises on my arm and it’s been well over a week now, but honestly, that’s cheap public health. I don’t want to oust that doctor, I just want them to be aware to be a little more gentle in the future. I would post a photo as proof but it won’t allow me to. All in all, a good clinic.

Was such a quick and easy process! Everyone in there was super friendly. Lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She gave me a form to sign and give back when I was finished. Went into a different room for more signatures and payment. After payment I went to a different waiting room but realized I was in the wrong waiting room, everyone was super helpful in helping me find the right waiting room! It took about 40 minutes and I arrived at 9:30 on a Wednesday! Will definitely be going back for Testing when needed😊

When I checked the website for results. One of the results was missing. Called in to get results. 1st person picked up had to transfer me to someone else. And that person I was transfered to had such a bad attitude. It was obvious that he hates his job. Dude was so sarcastic to any questions I asked. As if I'm automatically suppose to know how things work with this center.

So I was definitely preparing myself for a pretty awful experience here based on all the reviews I read. I guess each person has their own experience. Mine was great. I can only speak for the first half of my visit though. I still have to wait two days. Fingers crossed I don’t struggle to get my results. The employees were great. Every female was in a good mood and had a positive attitude. No one was rude to me or made me feel uncomfortable. I came in and waited my turn and got out. Saved myself a lot of money going here.

Three stars the experience. I was pretty iffy going to a state clinic since, in my experience, the care was never great. I got in and out within an hour an a half arriving an hour after opening. "Intake" papers are available online to print which makes the process quicker. ONLY downfall.. my provider.. Marcela I think was her name, was pretty heavy handed with inserting the needle and left a bruise on my arm that's about the size of a golf ball which is the reason for the 3 stars. I've had IV's in the past & never bruised. But otherwise, for $20 I can't complain. Still waiting on results.

I came here today for a normal check up, and was in and out quicker than I expected. I received some of the best client service from the nurse or provider who took care of me I believe her name was spelled “Tanya” . She was gentle, fast and actually made my day. Also I received some of my results in a quick turnaround time!

Everyone is usually very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Results are quick and I usually get in and out within an hour or so
