DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! Their staff is the rudest ever, no customer service and they are all computerized, they say the same thing over ad over and don't care about their tenets. You'll never be able to find out who owns or manages this property. We were here 6 years and this year were not given an option to renew our lease do to "Business Needs" WTH is that. We have been good tenants, have we been late with rent, yes we were, as everyone we went through lose of our great paying jobs during the pandemic, but we always paid with all applicable fees. You only get an apartment here or a renewal notice if you sit outside your porch smoking pot, not judging but this place has lost its aggof value and things go missing. Our storage was broken into multiple times as well as our garage, their response ..OOPPS it's not out fault. They had the audacity to tell me, "that's why we tell you joy to keep stuff in there" HELLLLOO this is my home and I've been here 6 years where should I keep my stuff! I had spent months asking if they could please tell me if my lease would it wouldn't be renewed, because my baby is due the same our lease is up, who needs to be moving in this crazy economy and deliver a baby all at the same time. They are heartless people with no professionalism and simply mediocre people. Outdated, nothing is their fault, break in, things breaking takes them forever to fix and it's not even fully fixed. Yes, we did stay here for 6 years because we had too.

I gave one star because I can’t give zero. Do NOT rent here!! The office staff is rude and lazy. You have to call at minimum 8 times in a row to even get someone to answer the phone. When you go in the office to speak with them they’re clueless. The “security” they have here is a joke, I have seen multiple break ins into garages, cars and even the mailbox, nothing here is safe. The maintenance team takes forever to fix things. They claim luxury but it’s giving projects. Please save yourself the frustration and your money because living here is not worth it. I literally can not wait until my lease is up so I can leave.

Overall I would not recommend that anyone lives here. Cons are very expensive and far outweigh the pros. Pros: The front office staff is friendly and kind. The move in process was smooth as was the move out process. I have insomnia and was having trouble with my upstairs neighbors, and their 24-hour security helped me out. Every work order I put in was taken care of very quickly. Cons: I can’t stress this enough. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CAR. Don’t do it. They did not build enough parking. I routinely had to park on 101st Ave out back because my roommate parked in our assigned spot. My outside storage was broken into and some expensive hiking gear was stolen. This happens routinely. My sisters car was hit in the parking lot. Cops couldn’t do anything cause it’s private property and the Villas couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything to help her. This also happens routinely. When I moved out, I was charged $1,144 in additional fees. They wouldn’t provide a copy of my lease by print or email and didn’t give me an alternative to access my lease agreement, like contacting their management company. I think that some of the charges ($300 for resurfacing a master tub) should have fallen under normal wear and tear since we lived there for two years, but no such luck. Instead of charging $250 to clean our carpets they charged us $730 to replace all the carpet even though the only pet soil area was in one area of the carpet and not throughout the whole unit.

i have lived at the Villas for six months and love it here. Unfortunately i/m having to move due to health conditions. The Ladies in the office have been the greatest. I personally have had no bad experiences as others have stated. Going to miss this place. A special thanks to Tre, Ashley, and Nikkie, for all of your r help during my stay. Sincerely, Jeremy Bodger

I'm sorry but my experience at the Villas has not been bad at all. My apartment is pretty decent for the price and I really like the area.Parking can be an issue if you have multiple cars but you are given one assigned covered parking space. However, the entrance gate was broken at one point of time and it took them a long time to fix it I will admit. There was also an issue with the mailboxes and every tenant was required to get a new key but once I received my new key, I had no issue getting into my mailbox. The one time I had a maintenance emergency, I called the number and received a response back in like 15 minutes. The maintenance worker did live off property but he was at my apartment within 30 minutes. I haven't experienced any break ins. Actually, funny story, when I was first moved in I left the trunk of my car open overnight unknowingly. When I came out the next morning, all my stuff was still there. I notice some people talking about the office staff changing every couple of weeks or so and I have noticed that too but every time I go into the office I treated with respect and my questions are answered so I can't complain. Also, they gave me a small (but thoughtful!) birthday present and I never experienced that from any other apartment complex I lived in. Overall, my experience has been pleasant and I would recommend the villas to anyone moving to this side of town.

I’d give zero stars if I could! If I can save one person from going here! I moved in and 2 appliances didn’t work and I had large gabbing holes between the frame and both exterior doors! The place was filthy. As a new tenant it still took them over a month to fix!! I went in everyday for weeks and was constantly lied to and treated poorly. I had over 10 maintenance issues in a year and each time well over 2 weeks and sometimes over a month! There was a homeless guy living in the fitness center who was also vandalizing the property in November and they didn’t do a damn thing! We didn’t have our mailboxes for over two months around the holidays because they were broken into. Forget parking if you have a second vehicle! People were constantly getting broken into and things stolen. Cars were vandalized. Kids go around and knock on doors and if you’re not home break in. Very unsafe complex! They constantly shut off the water sometimes even during prime meal times like 5:00pm. The pool is constantly closed for maintenance. In the year I was there the office staff switched over three times....if that doesn’t say something! When you leave they will keep your deposit after making up lies to keep the money. Yes the place looks nice from the outside and at first meet but these are the issues that the tenants see. Also notice how they are one of very few places who doesn’t even reply to these reviews or try to makes things right. I am so glad I am gone from there and just want to save another person from making a miserable mistake.

Save your money and time....DON'T MOVE HERE!! Loud neighbors, weed smoke smells all the time, no parking if you have more than one vehicle, vehicles of tenants being hit and towed, and leasing office does nothing to resolve the noise issues. Staff is ok but I'm sure I will not get any of my deposit back per previous posts. Overall experience could have been better. I should've listened to the tenant that told me not to move here when I was signing my lease.

Just renewed my lease not only because of the great location but because of the new management in the front office. It’s like night and day from my personal experience. Things actually get done and the great customer service is refreshing! Thank you Samantha and your team for taking care of me.

I do not recommend living at these apartments. It doesn’t make you feel like home. They lie when they are giving you information about the building and it’s parking. I could never invite friends or family for dinners because there was never any parking available at any time of the day and it would take a minimum of 30-45minutes to hopefully find parking. I have never had such a horrible experience with apartments. I regret signing a lease for a year. Now that I have left, I’m sure I probably won’t get my deposit, either. This place is not worth it for the money your paying and for the problems it causes.

I really like these apartments. They keep it well manicured..and they don't let cars just sit in the parking lot looking abandoned. I know cause my tags expired and I was gonna get my car towed unless I get my new tags. I like that. My one bedroom fits me perfect. Love the space and I have been living there for 5 years and I haven't had any neighbor issues. I even had a roach problem from neighbors though and it was fixed..no roaches for 2 years now. The only thing is the parking spaces are not that great for visitors because people have multiple cars in a unit and that takes up the visitor parking. But other than that I like my unit. I plan to stay there longer if I continue to have a pleasant outcome in this community. Ohhh the apt. Staff is great ...very pleasant to me all the time.

👍👍 As an avid reviewer, I’d like to say I’ve not had a better apartment. The staff has always been supportive and caring. 😠 If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. My husband, his friend, and myself moved in last July.
