Hawk (like the bird) is quite the individual. Friendly, informative, approachable. And his collection is nothing more than a reflection of the man himself. His space is inviting. Full of odd ends, beautiful plants, and pleasant vibes, Hawk Salvage is a must-see on Grand Ave. Rumors have it that a coffee scene is the works. If he devotes a portion of his passion for antiques towards coffee, this will be a place you won’t want to miss.

AWESOME SHOP! Something for everyone. You'll need some time to see it all, there's stuff everywhere. The owner gave us a tour and was available to answer all our questions on the items we purchased. Friendly atmosphere, great prices, lots of fun. Definitely not your average antique store. You won't be disappointed!

What an incredible find!! I was attending an event across the street and was encouraged to take a peek inside. What I found was a treasure trove of the unusual, the interesting, and the provocative. After talking to the owner, I realized this is not your average antique store by a long shot but a curation of experiences found through the travels of a collector and one who likes to share in what is found. Hawk Salvage is a must see!!!!!

Do you love old, strange, and/unique things? If so this is the place to check out. My husband and I have been buying things from Hawk at Junk in the Trunk in past years. We’re so happy he has his own space. Hawk has a great eye for interesting pieces, and he’s so informative and easy to talk to. He’s looking into making his store a place where people can gather and create. I love his ideas! I highly recommend checking this place out.

Greg's shop is the coolest! He always has new, cool stuff every time we go in. Everything is reasonably priced for the value of the items, and I almost always walk out having purchased something. My friend and I love going in and looking at his newest selection of art. Greg has been there every time we go, and is always happy to answer questions about the art and how to care for the plants I buy.

Hawk is a really innovative and artistic person with an eye for the rare and unique pieces he has in his shop. Oh, and there are cool plants too... the vibe alone is worth the visit.

What a great shop to find the rarest, most obscure items from across the globe. We have all seen junkers and storage wars etc. well this shop is a great local place that actually lives those shows and sells it to “us”. The consumer. Great place, great atmosphere and awesome customer service!

Awesome hand-picked selection of unusual and unique items for any decorating and collectable purpose. This store is never stale and the inventory changes frequently. Definitely worth the visit!
