Visited Wednesday 01/06/2021. The two employees were not wearing masks. There were also 2 customers talking to the employees when I entered. They were also not wearing a mask. Despite this store’s 20,000 square foot of space to social distance, ad mentioned by the owner in previous responses, the group of four maskless people were huddled together talking about politics. After the two customers left, another man came in and went behind the desk with his domino’s pizza boxes. He, an employee as well, had no mask and was less than 6 feet away from the other two employees. This crude paper was on the check out counter says (see photo): “40 years worth of research for HIV...no vaccine. At least 100 years of research for cancer...no vaccine. Ongoing research for common cold...no vaccine. Less than a year for COVID-19 vaccine. I’ll pass that shot!! Wake up people!!” This is not only ignorant but is missinformative. I suspect no employee at this business is a licensed healthcare professional and should not be encouraging the public to NOT receive a vaccine. Phoenix COVID cases are on the rise, and according to the CDC (01/06/2021) Arizona was #1 in the world for highest COVID infection rate. Wake up people to that! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

One of my favorite things to do when I’m not shooting guns, flying my drone, creating YouTube video content, or writing Google reviews, is to go antiquing. And my favorite place to do this is at Antique Gatherings. It’s a place where I can let my curious eyeballs roam free and take my mind and body back in time to when life was less cumbersome. I place the blame for my antiquing addiction squarely on the puny shoulders of my long-gone mom. When I was a kid, she’d drag me to every flea market, garage sale and antique store in our town. Many years later antiquing flows so deeply in my veins that a thousand blood transfusions couldn’t make me kick the crazy habit. One thing I would recommend to the owners at AG is to embrace a younger crowd of antique enthusiasts/sellers by adding more mid-century modern furniture and more 1960s – 1980s items. Many of the booths still sport stuff from the 1920s – 1950s; stuff that will certainly make the eyeballs of most millennial’s glaze over as they power sprint for the exit doors. Meantime, whenever the antique shopping urge strikes, I always find myself back at Antique Gatherings where I can give my jaded eyeballs an opportunity to see the world as it used to be.

High end antique shop. Lots of consignment sections. What a cool place to find in the middle of the city. Every corner is packed with items, look closely and around each corner. Items priced a little higher than most but the selection is worth it. Items from hundreds of years to recent classic items like purses. People walk around and are happy to help, it’s nice to take a stroll around such a diverse and quality collection.

I usually don’t write reviews but after reading a couple and seen a few people sharing the same experience I would like to give mine too. Not to long ago I went to this antique store for the first time ever, I was very exited to go since I love going to the brass armadillo near where I live. I had high hopes for this store but unfortunately left within 30 mins from being so uncomfortable. I came in as soon as they opened, once I step in 3 workers were at the front and not one person said anything they all just looked at me, I thought okay whatever. As I’m browsing each isle I noticed a woman not sure if she was a worker or a seller but she was very friendly with the staff and she had seemed to be working there, I’m not sure what her name was but she kept passing by me every corner of the isle. after what felt like the 10th time this woman had passed me I started to feel anxious so I started to sped walk in hopes of losing her that way I can be at my own peace. Once I finally lost her about 5 mins I find her sitting on I believe a small bench with a man talking, again not thinking much of it I continue browsing. there was another customer coming down the same isle when the woman had acknowledged her and greeted her. It took me back for a moment because not once did she greet me BUT she had followed me since the moment I came in. I wanted to leave but I did not want the staff to think that I had just came in the store to steal or if I had no intention buying anything so I bought a few jewelry pieces. Once I had came to the register that’s when they wanted to talk to me. It felt as though now since I’m buying something, whatever speculation they’ve had of me in the beginning clearly aren’t true. I’ve never came back to the store since and I am so sorry to anybody else who’ve have had this same experience because clearly this isn’t the first time :(

Really nice antique store, lots of variety of different types of vintage items. Shop is currently running lots of sales as they prepare for a move from their current location on Indian School. Different booths offer different types of selection as per usual with an antique store. Fun place to spend an hour or two looking for treasures.

Some really great finds can be found here. So much to look at though; give yourself extra time to see everything! Avoid the surly older lady at the front counter. Too much attitude for this guy.

Antique Gatherings is one of the more eclectic and reasonably-priced antique markets I’ve been to in some time. The neighborhood is lovely as well. Amanda, the owner, cares about the neighborhood and the value she brings. Likewise, the tenants of each parcel are willing to help and negotiate. I’ve had wonderful experiences-looking forward to many more!

If you’re looking for antiques that your grandma would like, this is the place. If there was a scale with quaint on one end and quirky on the other, this is way closer to quaint. Lots of high end items with high end pricing. Great parking situation.

Excellent quality merch. Woman at front desk is cold and unfriendly. Hardly welcoming. Heard her tell a consignee to be quiet while I was purchasing an item. Must be losing many sales because so many items are locked in display cases and help is not easy to find.

WITHOUT QUESTION, ONE OF THE BEST ANTIQUE/ COLLECTABLE STORES IN THE VALLEY. AMANDA AND CAROL ARE VERY WARM AND WELCOMING TO ALL WHO SHOP THERE, AND CAN HELP YOU FIND JUST WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR. SOME OF THE OLD THINGS I'VE FOUND ARE SCATTERED ALL OVER MY HOME, ADDING THEIR SUBTLE CHARM. IF YOU LOVE TO MIX THE OLD WITH THE NEW, AS I DO, YOU WILL CERTAINLY FIND SOMETHING YOU'LL TREASURE AT ANTIQUE GATHERINGS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Absolutely rude staff. My mom and I just walked in there with our purses and we didn’t get 15 feet in the store before we were told we had to leave our purses at the front desk!!! Are you kidding me!? Leave my purse with my wallet and everything at the front of the store while I shop!!! DONT GO TO THIS RIDICULOUS ANTIQUE STORE!!! RUDE STAFF!!! And from the 15 feet of items I saw nothing but over priced trash!!! Shop here if you want to feel like a criminal right when you walk in the door!!!

I gave this antique store 1 star because when I visited today for the very first time I was constantly followed through out the store by a thin, tall, brown haired female employee. I did absolutely nothing suspicious to warrant such behavior and not once did she stop to ask if she could help me with anything nor was she performing a specific task, just watching me. Sadly after half an hour I left as it was unsettling to be treated like a potential criminal. They lost a $200 sale because of it and I won't be back. If they are so paranoid about thieves they might want to think about electronic inventory tags or maybe an armed guard at the door! ***That wasn't me Amanda, I was alone. I completely expected your denial based on your previous responses to people who gave you less than a 5 star rating and of people who also have experienced the same treatment I did on other occasions in your store. I'll just happily take my business and money where I feel welcomed and respected and not treated as a potential criminal!

Lots of jewelry. Maybe one or two racist statues. The shop people will follow you around if you look too poor. Stuff is beautiful but very expensive.

They have a lot of stuff. This is a consignment store (sell other peoples stuff). Great place to go look for that special item. My only issue, high prices and almost no bartering.

Fantastic antiques, but they will cost ya. Really unique finds, however I was hoping for more vintage finds - not necessarily high ticket.

Surprisingly diverse collection of antiques. Booths were curated extremely well. Prices are mostly on the high-end; sometimes justified, sometimes unexplainable. Very modest amount of booths offering discounts. Lots to see and worth checking out if you’re looking for unique items!

I like going to this store to see a variety of really nice furniture and decorations or collectibles. It's bit more higher priced then I usually see in antique stores. If you like what they have, I guess people will pay it.

All I can say is wow! The front booth with the French throne room banner has amazing pieces and is presented beautifully!!

Antiques and vintage treasures galore! Though I didn't find a mirror of the size and style I was looking for, the store had many mirrors to chose from had my requirements been more flexible. The selection of furniture, decor, and antique jewelry was outstanding, akin to visiting dozens of estate sales all under one roof. I spotted some special items: a Baccarat decanter, a Steuben compote, and some mid-century lucite grapes. Definitely a place to visit more than once, as you can't take it all in during one visit.

I always find little trinkets of some kind! It’s such a nice antique store. They have a very nice selection of beautiful antiques. No junk! My son and I, have been going to this shop for years! Always a pleasure to shop there!
