This place is AWESOME!!! We had so much fun! The donut slide is cool and kids loved it. The trampolines were fantastic. The play area is really big and colorful! I read some of the bad reviews, there will always be things that need to get repaired. Everything I read about that people complained about that was broken was fixed. It's a wild fun physical playground. Kids are going to get hurt, it's life. Get over it. Don't blame the place for trying to give you a fun place to play. The food was good. It's NOT a 5 star restaurant! My wife, kids and i ate all of our food. It was good. Thank you rush for trying to create a fun family place for all of us to enjoy.

My children and Niece were happy!! There was sooooo much to do. That is all that matters. The waiver process could be more streamlined and the prices for drinks shouldn't be so high. $2.44 for Aquafina water is a bit much. We'll come again but I will make sure our party eats first. The staff could be a little more polite. There was one gentleman who did the bulk of the cleaning and helping. I appreciate him so much!! His name is Damien. He's pictured here. 🙂🙂 Such a wonderful person. I started to give a 4 star review but to be honest, it is a 5 because of him.

We had the best time! So many fun things to do for all ages. When you thought you had seen everything there was more! The staff was super nice! The bathrooms were SO clean!! On the way out we had a slushee. Try the vanilla it’s amazing!!!

Wow, my grandkids loved this park. I've taken them to several different jump parks and this was clearly their favorite. Check in was very easy; wasn't very crowded; plenty clean and LOTS of fun activities for differing ages. Great job by Chyann, Zoraida, Zitlalit, Jovan, Salomon and Charles.

My family love this place!! We got the membership and what a steal! All day any day with all the holiday breaks coming up is gonna be great for the kids! Charles, Liam, Nicole, Zitlalti, Krystal and Joshua are a great crew! Meltdown was so fun thank you everyone!

I was checked in by a super helpful and friendly staff member named Chyann. She made check in a breeze, helped with the waivers and kept smiling while juggling other customers and the phone. This place has a lot more than the standard jumping places. The ninja course is amazing! I came on a Pogo pass but I definitely plan on buying passes and coming back often.

It was my first time here and the staff were amazing. They were friendly and so very helpful. I’ll definitely be returning. Cherie and Joshua helped us on the rock wall and even though the other kids were wild they made sure everyone was safe and had a great time. Marley and Zoraida greeted us when we walked in and were so helpful at the counter.

Wow wow wow!!! I was watching my niece for a day and wanted to do something fun and safe because she’s only 14 months and Rush Fun Park did not disappoint! They have a toddler area for younger kids where she was so happy and able to run around! The entire facility was so clean and the staff was warm and welcoming! Definitely telling all my friends about this place because we will be coming back again and again!

I love it here ! My kids and i have so much fun here . I love how they have a special area for babies/toddlers .. so they can enjoy as well as the big kids . Very clean and nice employees 👍

My fiancé and I decided to spend our daughters 4th birthday here at the rush park along with our 3 year old , as soon as we entered we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff who attended us name Michelle along with another employee name Joshua , they satisfied us with all our needs . A great indoor place to take the kids. Check in was easy and efficient. It is very clean inside and there are a variety of fun activities. There is also a gated area for the toddlers which is a plus. Plenty of parking in the plaza. The membership is a great deal if you are planning to go regularly. On top of that there plenty of fun activities such as climbing area ,soft play structures ,super racing slides ,toddlers corner, trampolines, flying hoops , dodgeball zone , Arcade games 🕹️ , obstacle courses, snacks /shacks , stairway to heaven , extreme wall !!! What else can beat that ?!!! I give it a 5 star ⭐️ review!!! Definitely worth the wait , time , and my money!! Will be coming back soon once again thank you so much Michelle and Joshua ❤️💯🙌🏼

I have to give the staff Two thumbs up for my visit to Rush yesterday with a large party. I have worked at multiple restaurants and a catering company (all locally). The parents were all a bit lost and they helped us out all along the way, from helping guests check in and navigate to the right area, to bringing great pizza (really), to cutting the birthday cake and serving it to guests. These high school kids know what they're doing. Everyone had a great time and there were no incidents. A few parents were patrolling to make sure the kids were OK. They are not going to supervise the kids (far as I could tell). For birthday parties you check in IN back, not at the front. So you don't have to wait in line. Also, we cleaned up all our plates, garbage, cups and napkins and got some special treatment. I won't say what, but it pays to be nice to people!

Highly recommend Rush Fun Park for a fun day out!! The staff is very friendly and the facility was clean! We loved how much there was to do and seriously fun for all ages- even adults!! Definitely a place we will go back to!

Chyann was very helpful helping me setting up a membership. Very knowledgeable. I watched her train and help her fellow employees. Past 3 days I have been to the rush Park I am always greeted with a warm welcome. This is the cleanest location I have been to. It's always fully staffed. The playground is very clean. No trash or any gum! Edit: always fun times with the staff.

This is an amazing place! I took my granddaughter here for the first time and couldn't believe all of the things there are for kids of all ages to do. You could spend all day here! It was very affordable. The Fun Park is very clean. Spotless from the floors to the equipment, and restrooms. Liam was doing a great job constantly cleaning the whole time we were there. The other staff was very pleasant and helpful since it was our 1st visit. Thank you Jahayra, Kaysha, and Nicole for your help. You were great with the kids too. Well be back!

First time going here. It was our daughter's birthday and she had a blast. The staff was amazing we had the best employee named Charles helping us he was super nice and helpful best experience we had here. Definitely coming back and yes definitely recommend taking your little kids here and even your adult self will have fun ☺️

We ended up driving up from Chandler to use our pogo passes and were met at the door by Cherie. She was so kind and helped us figure out how to sign waivers, how to use our pogo passes, and she never stopped helping customers with any need they had the whole time we were there. I was so impressed by her running all over! The kids had a great time- we will be back !

As a mom/(aunt) to a special needs child, it is hard to find places that they can run around and not feel pressured! It was nice to see the staff being so accommodating and they all were smiling and very comforting!! I am so happy that we got to experience and walking into an amazing place where my boy can just laugh and enjoy himself!! I went twice back to back and both times he left with a huge smile on his face thank you guys for being the best!!

Super fun time here and the staff is awesome! Michelle was the best. Super friendly and professional. We had a large group and she handled it like a champ. We’ve been to the Chandler location also and it’s just as good.

The business tries to have a little bit of everything for everyone, but would be so much better if it would choose half of those and focus on them. Video game selection is mediocre and has been ravaged by unattended children with about half turned off for repair. Was excited about the wipe out area only to find it broken. Little kid ball area had some food it in. The rest of the place was good, but the 2 workers there were too busy cleaning to open the climbing wall area. Half of the drinking fountains were shut off as well, which is annoying in the middle of summer.

Liam and Charles were some of the most outstanding employees I have ever interacted with in my life. A few weeks back I came into this location with my daughter. Their hands on approach with assisting me and my daughter led to a safe, fun, and interactive experience. Not only were both employees extremely respectful, but they took the extra step to ensure that this experience would be memorable for the both of us. Charles at one point saw we were a few tickets shy of getting the prize my daughter wanted. My daughter understood that we didn't have the right amount but Charles insisted, "which guitar do you want sweetie?" My daughter pointed and without hesitation, Charles grabbed the guitar. Times have been tough for my family so this was a beautiful moment that she bragged about in the days following our time at the rush fun park. Liam also noticed we were going through difficult times and made sure we stayed hydrated and continually asked if there was anything we needed. Both these employees deserve to be patted on the back. This is what you look for when you are trying to create a fun experience for the whole family. Customer service was outstanding and the humanity amongst these two individuals gave hope to some moments of darkness in our personal lives. Thank you guys!!!

We took our grandchildren who were here visiting from Virginia, ages 4, 7, 11, 12. They all had a great time. There were activities that appealed to all ages. We went to the Chandler location and it was clean, spacious and well-maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We came to RushFun Park while on vacation with my 17, 6, and 4 year old. What a fantastic experience! There was something for all of my kids to do. They each loved the challenge course and trampolines. The center play structure was fun for them as well. The arcade was also a hit w many games to choose from. When we arrived we were greeted with friendly employees as well as all areas were clean! Liam, the manager, was so kind and helped make sure we had a fantastic first visit! We will be back!

THE STAFF MAKES IT WORTH IT. As someone who struggles with loud noises crowds an bright lights it's difficult for me to be comfortable at these types of places, but I come here because my son loves it and the staff is amazing. Every time we have come here they have been accommodating and hospitable. They always let us keep our stuff upfront that we don't want to get stolen and their customer service is impeccable. Special thanks to Liam, & my heart goes out to the family of the staff member who recently passed<3

Our girls ( 10 & 7 ) had a great time!! There's a large trampoline area, rock wall, and a huge playplace! Their arcade is ehh okay bunch of games are out of order, and their snacks are overpriced for just a couple different options. Overall a great place for the kids to have fun inside during this extreme summer.

This location can be described in one word…Trashy!!!! The staff is more concerned about being on their cell phones they are about taking care of the facility… We purchased a Groupon and when we arrive we found out we had to purchase their grip socks, even though we had our own and it was “for insurance reasons“ The place is absolutely rundown.. look at the pictures…. And borderline unsafe for kids. We will never! Never! Ever come back to this facility again!

So play at your own risk bc even if they fail to maintain the equipment and if it's broken it is covered by the waiver you sign! My son and daughter got hurt by these that are broken and the padding on the sides are non existent! Hard as rock! Will not come to this one again

Worst experience with our kids in years. First they don’t honor the Groupons. Second they are rude and disrespectful to guests. Third they wasted our time by forcing all kids to wear rush socks that are $5 each kid when all the grip socks work the same. Respect your customers and their hard earned money.

Came here for a birthday party with some friends. Overall, it was pretty fun for the kids. There is a wide variety of activities for them to do-slides, trampolines, climbing, arcade, etc. Everything seemed clean. The reason for 3 stars is that a lot of the facilities seemed in disrepair. Nothing dangerous, really, but they should spend a day or two really repairing the loose padding, missing pieces, and disconnected ropes. Anyway, it didn't ruin the experience. It was a nice laid back place. They let us bring in our own food and sticky socks (required!), so that was nice. All in all, it was a good time.

I could only imagine how much of a hoppin, fun place this was before Covid hit. It was still fun, but, just not the same. First time that I took my daughter here and she loved it, had a blast. Go on Groupon to save a little $$. We will definitely go a second time.

Absolutely not coming back, the toddler area is bigger than most and I adored that at first but the fact that they have the facility running today with no running water! I had to purchase a bottle of water to wash my toddlers hands! I’m seriously upset and no sign whatsoever indicating that the water was not running either. Better off at going to Uptown Jungle on 32nd street at least they keep that facility up to date.

HAD MY GRANDSON 5TH BDAY THEIR AND THE KIDS LOVED IT I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE STAFF WAS AWESOME VERY HELPFUL AND NICE.....

Great place for the kids. As the others have mentioned, it does need to be clean regularly. But a nonetheless a fun place for kid and adults(still kids at heart).
