I stopped in because of a mint green trike I saw on display in the parking lot. Josh was very helpful and informative. Made me want to come back if I ever was serious about a purchase. Fast forward a couple months, and the time came for my wife to buy a bike. She stopped in and Joe was very straightforward, no pressure, informative, and helpful. Really looked out for us, and went above and beyond to show his appreciation for our business. Seems like every last employee is passionate about biking in one form or another, like it must be a prerequisite to work there. Makes for an awesome, helpful, and well informed staff. These guys will have my business for anything cyclery going forward!

If you've followed by reviewers, you know it's incredibly rare to have me rate any business with five stars. This is one of those rare occasions. Customer service is absolute with these guys. Expertise, compassion, and no one tries to sell you anything you don't need. Zack has been nothing but a blessing and they now have a customer for life. Do I drive by other bike shops to get here? Multiple! Worth the drive? Hands down yes!

Had a flat tire to get repaired and called up late in the day and they were closing at 5: 00pm. Having arrived by 4:30 Cesar who spoke with me on the phone was ready to go and helped me take the wheel off which I was supposed to do myself and successfully got a new inner tube, proper air pressure in both and and most importantly a wealth of information about tires maintenance add-ons and any question I had about my bicycle (Jim was also very helpful and knowledgeable with the advice). This is the kind of thing you would never get had you ordered it from Amazon or some other place over the web.

They have everything for everyone- roadies, mtb, kids, trikes and recumbents. Staff is super friendly and helpful.. Amazing selection of tires too, just picked up these 3in!

Josh is EXCELLENT!!, He spent all the time needed making sure we purchased the correct Trikes. This is the best Trike shop in all of AZ! Highly recommend for your next Trike purchase or servicing!

This is one of the best bike shops in Phoenix super chill buying experience and excellent service on repairs and and accessories. No pressure or hassle from the employees. I’ve purchased 4 bikes from Sun Cyclery in the past and they currently service all my family bikes. I just purchased my 5th bike from Sun. I won’t go anywhere else because I know I won’t be given the same experience that I get every time I walk through the door. Eventually you start coming in enough and employees remember you and your bikes. It’s always a good time a Sun Cyclery. Check it out!

Josh, Caesar and the rest of the crew have excellent customer service along with sales knowledge to spare. They listened to our requests,and even though we couldn't get everything we wanted, a complete check tune; we got everything we needed and bought a couple of smaller items for the rode ahead. They're Very comfortably Professiona 😊l about the styles, make, and branded models of any kind of bike and would repair your bike at a price YOU the rider of the non-motorized Vehicle have Option to which you either pay more to get it repaired than replaced or just get it thrown away since some bikes may have more costly damages and may Lightly waste everyone's time : well at least that's what I had felt to had done here 😅 lol THEY'RE quite compassionate about Your wants and needs for haveing a safely rideable bike and would of course offer as many services as you the consumer would need and can afford to purchase ! 10/9 in my book ! #have a good day

We went to Sun Cyclery to learn about recumbents and trikes. Joe was great and took the time with us to fit the trikes and show us how they worked. My sister-in-law who has a hard time riding bicycles had a great experience. This is a well stocked, professional, and friendly bike shop.

Just picked up my Catrike 559 from Sun Cyclery!! The guys are absolutely awesome! Their knowledge is impeccable. Everyone has to make a trip to Sun Cyclery and when you leave, I’ll see you on the canal or who knows where?? Always ride with “safety first.” Enjoy!!!

As an older women looking for an E-Trike I don’t hang out in bike shops.. I felt very welcome & they did a great job getting just what I wanted. The staff was very helpful and I love my Trike! Highly recommend these guys!

Great selection of bikes, local business. Bought a cannondale here, portly assembled. Crankshaft came loose, and front brake tension set poorly and incorrectly installed. Another bike shop was able to fix it for me. Sadly, will not be returning.

Nice peeps. My adult son has Autism, and is an avid bike rider. He's been taken advantage of plenty of times when in need of flat tire/chain/ wobbly rims, etc. Sun Cyclery has consistently been kind, honest, and completely devoted to handling his needs with empathy and dedication. 2nd awesome experience at SUN Cyclery. I bought my bike one year ago and today needed a tire tube replaced. They met me as I walked in, took care of it in minutes and explained everything and what type of tube would be best for my style of riding. I should add one year ago I walked into a different bike shop first because it was closer to my home, 3 staff members at the other shop looked at me, walked by and never said hello or get out. So I left and ended up at SUN Cyclery and I'm really glad I did!
