The success of the Haidilao Chain is due to the consistencies of its refresh ingredients, top-notch customer service, large selection of food items and all the small details that are present in every one of their restaurants. I always appreciate the taste and authenticity of their food. This new branch in Central Rama 3 is no exception and I enjoyed my meal very much. We talked to our server and he came from the Central World branch and the service he and other staff provided was perfect and made the meal much more enjoyable. This was my first time trying the abalones in Haidilao and it was worth every baht. Their opening hours are shorter at the beginning (closes at 8 PM) and I hope they have switched to longer operating hours; I believe it would be 2 AM closing time.

My Haidilao in the third country! I love the atmosphere of Haidilao and the soups - highly recommend mushroom 菌汤, tomato 番茄汤 and herbal 三鲜汤 soup. You can add minced pork to the tomato soup too! We always get Kungfu noodles, not just for the show, but because they taste really good. The condiments buffet bar is a bit of a bet since you don't know what side dishes and fruits they'll serve but there's usually going to be a carb-based side dish like vermicelli. Last time we ate there, they had boiled soybeans, which were amazing with chili sauce and minced meat. Portion size wise, it's pretty small and definitely can't beat the value of buffets, but Haidilao is for the experience. You can also get a manicure while waiting:) Don't forget to use the secret code to get a freebie! Each table can get a free soup base, a toy or a fairy wand (mine sparkles!). You can also tell the staff that it's someone's birthday and they will usually prepare something special, and bring a flashing placard to your table while singing HBD to you:)

You can be thoroughly impressed by every aspect of this restaurant. From the waiting time in the queue, they offer snacks, drinks, and desserts for you. The service is impeccable, with a focus on even the smallest details. Additionally, the food is exceptionally delicious and of high quality.

Authentic Hot-Pot flavors! Lovely varieties, good selection of sides and sauces. Love their soups, the Mala soup is so good, you’ll want some to take back home.
