Almost all electronics stores offer the same products. The difference from store to store is the price and warranty. I purchased a 4k TV here (central festival location) and saved over 4k Baht. They also included a 3 year warranty. Some of the other stores only offered 1 year warranty. You wouldn't think that you would save shopping at the mall but, I definitely did. I will shop here again.

Bought various electrical items for my home and the washing machine developed a fault on day 2.. Called there useless help line and was assured this would be dealt with as an emergency!!.. That was a month ago and never heard anything back from Powerbuy... They would have no business if they operated like that in most other countries..I will never shop there again and would never recommend anyone else to buy from them.. Typical Thailand!!!

Visited a few home appliances shop. But Power Buy gave the best discount. Delivery was only a day later than the usual, probably because of many orders.

Did have what I wanted but did have a very friendly staff member help me. Under remodeling now, great parking.

As with all major retailers, a posse of staff await your entrance, and the most experienced in the item you want to buy, will show you the available options. Very helpful and spoke good English.

This is the jomtien beach nearby the central festival pattaya. It's a lovely beach with clear water and white sand. It is just opened after the pandemic. If you notice this place, it looks like Miami beach in Florida. 🤣

They do mostly not know what they have and are not very knowledgeable about the items. You need to know what you are looking for and you will find it. Prices are usually good and competitive.

The tv broke after two months using and i went to give them guarantee document and they said we will call samsung technician to come to your house and see the tv today in 6-7pm. Guess what? They Never came! Also their phone number is turned off and the call center number is repeating some marketing and never gives you to speak with the service.

Delivered and fitted my Aircon very quickly. Did great job of fitting the Aircon the pipes of the Aircon had to go round a post typically used in Thai houses. The installation took about an hour

Dont buy Panasonic TVs there service is useless I paid 20000 for a TV which I was told had blue tooth but didn't I found out 6 weeks later to bad too sad then the screen got bubbles and it took 2 months to fix and now has a black line down the center and they say another 2 months the TV is only8 months old and the screen has to be replaced twice NOT GOOD

they scam me asking for 460 baht for "taxi service" but the shop worker took the TV from my home to repair it and to bring it back. the TV had guarantee 1 year and i bought it just two months ago from Power Buy, and the tv started having software problems so i reported to get fixed cause i have one year guarantee.. They never said there will be taxi payment until the worker delivered it back to my home, and he left and then he called my wife asking for taxi money and my wife paid him cause she dont want problems.. This is clear scam - be careful with this shop.
