An old Buddhist temple repurposed as a hotel is definitely worth an experience. Don’t expect posh high tech, rather a very local and unique experience with lovely rooms and all the convenience you are looking for. Hotel is quiet, has a pool and restaurant.

Booked two nights initially but loved it so much have extended another night at this stage, maybe more 🤔 . Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone. Very relaxing and Luxurious setting, great place, great staff always very friendly. Room is beautiful and whole resort incredibly. Absolutely love it.

Nice hotel in the style of a traditional old thai house. It is like sleeping in a museum! Every room or place is nicely decorated! Breakfast is served at a small pond. Breakfast was delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff! The massage was also very good!

What an extremely pleasant 5 days. A very special place with charming, helpful staff, wonderful clean and cool room, splendid food - amazing breakfast, lovely pool. We were there in April, super hot, while visiting the remarkable old temples. Coming back "home" to the retreat in the evenings was so pleasant and we were made to feel so welcome - thank you all very very much! We'll be back!

We stayed for 4 nights . On the first night it rained heavily The water came through the wall causing the wall at the entrance to be wet and as I’m in my mid sixties, I was worried of slipping. They said they will give another towel for the floor. My son and I were shocked. And the owner said the rain will stop soon. (It didn’t) I was pretty angry by then . But being a Saturday there were no hotel rooms available anywhere. They also said that they were full. So they gave us a room that they have not used . It was not ready for guests , as we had no choice as it was almost midnight. We waited while they cleaned it. It had two enormous geckos in it, scary but we put up with it. The next day the owner apologized for being unsympathetic. We couldnt be bothered to move to another place after that only because the restaurant at the retreat was amazing. Great Thai food and amazing pizza and pasta by their Italian chef. Their choice of desserts were good. Restaurant staffs were 10/10. The relaxation atmosphere around the restaurant was great. The pool was small but good enough. They also had foot massage which we had and body massage (we did not have)Would I stay there again absolutely not. But I will go for the restaurant which is open for the public. No safe to put valuables in the rooms. Location is about 20 minutes from the city. I would have been happy to leave some tips but i was not even given a discount for all the trouble we went through on our first night, we didn’t settle in our room until after 1 am. As they had to clean it. No compensation at all.

We spend 2 hours here. Good food, yummy fresh fish and somtum is pretty good, pineapple fried rice too. Coffee is common, a cozy place for relaxing.

We were on a family trip, have booked for two rooms. Everything went perfectly well: the checkin was great, serviced with great manners: the rooms were also great, very clean and fully equitted: the atmosphere was great and we absolutely love the thai traditional style the place is remained: the restaurant was also great too, delicious and fresh. I went here two times because I like the style hardly to find traditional thai house, quiet and also have good food and dessert, good for people rent scooters ride around Aytthaya and want to get some break. Not far from famous temples there.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere but the food is not good. Fried fish was not freshly cooked and the garlic that came with it was not crispy at all. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends.

I was there in late afternoon, but this shop is still busy, many tables were reserved. I got a waitress, she is very active and helpful. It seems like the shop owner hires less people, I notices just around 3 staffs ran around! This caused me in a long waiting time. I picked a La carte dish, rice with shrimp paste set. It costs 150 baht, quite expensive. Taste is average. Signature coffee is also average, just put fairy frost on top as a gimmick.

Like - good atmosphere - tasty - services Dislike - not cheap - does not accepting credit card So so restaurant. If you have no idea for lunch or dinner, this place should be one of your choice.

We loved staying here. We stayed for our wedding anniversary. Service is beyond amazing and friendly. We had a lovely cat that hung around outside our bungalow. The food is delicious. Complimentary breakfast is very good. I also recommend the pizza highly. It was very relaxing. Only down side is that’s a bit out of the way so there isn’t anything really within walking distance. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beautiful place. Again I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they were all super friendly and helpful.

This place is fantastic! And only a short drive out of town. Lots of comfortable seating around a central pond for a relaxing afternoon or evening. The rooms were well appointed and nicely decorated. I'll definitely return for another stay.

Went to the restaurant for cake and drinks. Coffee was good, the bluepea tea mix and Italian soda mix were good as well. Coconut cake is a must try. A very breezy semi outdoor place perfect for stopover when you are in Ayutthaya.
