Nice public park, somewhere to walk and enjoy the ruins and small lakes. Would have been better if the "self-entitled" were prevented from destroying the grass and disturbing pedestrians by using an unofficial entrance and driving minivans around.

I like the peaceful scenery here and it has something alluring versus temples in Bangkok area. Also love that it is easy to park your car or motorcycle in and around the park and temples. I would recommend coming in early, especially if you are planning on making pictures. The later you go, the bigger the crowd. During a hot and sunny day, queing up to make a picture can be very annoying. Plenty of things to do in the nearby area as well. I would say it can be enjoyable alone, as a couple or with a family, from old to young. One thing what could be improved is to have more trash bins in the surrounding area, combined with a hefty fine for people who litter..

A beautiful park composed around a wiggly pond providing a great setting for an ancient complex of temples. The best way to explore the entirety of this amazing place is to hire a bike.

Good for resting a bit of the multiple temples in the zone. With lakes, grass fields and beautiful views of the temples as it is located between them. Another important points: it is free and has also some pagodas and ruins (little ones).

Nice park to take a stroll and marvel at some of the ruins of the old capital. There are some trash now and then. There are also dogs roaming around and some are vicious.

Amazing. You can feel the history walking through the streets and ruins. There's great variety of food available, and you get the sense people have been doing the same thing here for thousands of years. Relaxing with loved ones and enjoying the slow life.

A beautiful glimpse of its former stature. A walk around the historical park in the morning was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend a stay in Ayyuthaya to enjoy cycling around and very nice people.

We enjoyed a long evening walk in the park. We saw a huge monitor lizard in a tree near one of the ponds. At dusk we saw a large number of bats fly out of one of the nearby ruins. The park was easy to navigate and a calm place to wind down the day.

You can stroll through this pretty park on the way between temples. It's shady and scenic. A little bit of trash here and there, but overall pretty clean. Not a destination in itself, just something to walk through.
