Great Breakfast and Dinner. Rooms are very nice, pool is great with a fantastic view. Great 24/7 Gym aswell. Service and Staff incredible. Location is superb!

Very nice location, center of the city and all night life around in walking distance (if one loves walking). Good variety of breakfast and other meal range in restaurants. Specially I loved variety of ice creams. Very high standards maintained.

Very nice afternoon tea but the actual tea was served in a "proper builders mug". Hilarious, I was expecting a teapot and nice China teacup and saucer. Atmosphere is lovely and we stayed for more food. Masaman curry was delicious.

3.5 stars for room and service. During my recent stay at Hilton Hotel, I had an overall satisfactory experience. Good big room with king sized bed, well kept and clean. Pity about the TV which seems about to fall off. Else everything is very good. Even has body lotion free to use. And a good big tub but the tub didn't look very clean.

My husband and I stopped in Bangkok for 2 nights on our way to Phuket. The location was very good and the rooms were comfortable and clean but it was the service that blew me away. We checked out of the hotel on the 3rd morning at 5:45am for an 8:00am flight. On the way to the airport I realized that I had left my travel folder in the hotel room. We panicked and decided to go back but there wasn’t enough time to do a round trip. We called the hotel and spoke to the concierge Mr Pu. Not only did he go up personally and retrieve my folder but organized a taxi to carry my passport to the airport. 35 minutes later a driver had reached the airport with my travel folder with the passport and the foreign currency intact. Thank you Mr Pu for the prompt service. I was able to board my flight on time!!!! 🙏🏽

During checkin we were suddenly informed about a refurbishment and noise. Not so great, since it’s not mentioned on the website. The ‘lounge’ is a sad area in the lobby. There are better places to spend your money.

The room was just as expected, clean, well prepared as we were 3 in the room. All was perfect, 3 beds, 3 towels, 3 bottles etc. Super clean, beds are very good even the +1. Staff is super nice and helpful. I’d say the best part is this amazing buffet breakfast that they offer totally worth it. I would 100 recommend. Thanks to the concierge team who are just so helpful and know what they are doing.

I would highly recommend the Hilton in Bankkok. Pros: Staff is super kind and helpful. Location is great and close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. Views of the city are great. The breakfast is endless supporting all types of cuisines Cons: Gym is not that great and really small. Traffic on the street is non stop and can be dangerous. There are some dangerous areas on or two blocks over.

I love this hotel. First, the staff are excellent here as well as the DoubleTree next door. They are consistently happy and professional. Rooms are gorgeous and clean. Breakfast is consistently great with international options. Exec lounge is very nice and a good spot to work from, with great food in the evenings. Pool looks like the photos. Gym is open 24/7. Location is great and nice that it's connected to another Hilton property, and there's good restaurants nearby as well as the BTS. Also thanks to the staff for being patient with my terrible Thai and helping me out. I'll be back soon!

The hotel is as nice as I remember it but I guess it the rooms are started to look dated, although they are very well maintained. I had an issue with my bill but it was sorted efficiently and I received three emails to apologise. All in all I would definitely return and recommend

The hotel had a nice ambiance, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The breakfast offered a good variety of mixed food options, which was a great way to start the day. The staff at breakfast were particularly nice and friendly, providing excellent service. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The rooms in the hotel were also good, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. However, we did encounter an issue with the cleanliness of the lobby bathroom. Due to a long travel journey, we had to use the facilities upon arrival, but we found the bathroom to be dirty and stinky. Unfortunately, this made me hesitant to use it again during my stay. On a positive note, the staff at the reception were efficient and responsive to any requests or inquiries we had. The concierge service was helpful in arranging taxis for us on a daily basis, making it convenient to explore the area. The size of the room was still average and provided enough space for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was quite convenient as the BTS was within walking distance. Additionally, the Emporium mall, which offered a plethora of food options, was just a minute's walk away. However, it is worth mentioning that the area around the hotel was very busy, especially during rush hour, with heavy traffic congestion. Despite the issue with the lobby bathroom and the bustling location, I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The nice ambiance, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, and convenient amenities made my overall experience positive.

Stayed for a business trip. Check-in and out were smooth. Staffs really make sure guest knows their benefits n privileges. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done on time and met my request. Breakfast was normal, but staffs in the Breakfast lounge were great. Overall, a great stay

I stayed 3 nights here. You can expect Hilton standards here, so everything went well. Rooms quality is great. Breakfast quality is good. Service was quick and superb. Location is good. It's very near to 2 big malls ! And nearby you can find some street food vendor and also massage place.

The location is the best. The service is very nice. Food is great i love food here. I stayed in the King executive suite. The room is large and there are many plugs. The bed was super comfy. I satisfied staying there a lot.

Staff are friendly during my one week stay. The bed was alittle hard for my comfort and I asked for their help on my third day. The house keeper assisted to place two duvets to make it better. Their feather pillows are relatively soft and I requested for contour pillows instead. Overall a pleasant stay. Staff Oat is always smiley and friendly.

Felt like a run down property. The room reeked of a smoked infused/diffused aroma, which felt pungent every time we entered the room - truly upsetting and disappointing. The staff were mechanically courteous, which wasn’t a problem. Great breakfast options, and prompt seating. Good location too. Book for the location, not the quality or ambience. I’d recommend Mercure too if you’re looking for a stay in the area. It’s right next door, lower price and a convenient 7 eleven next to the lobby.

It's hard to beat Hilton... Our experience at the Hilton Sukhumvit was excellent in every way. The front desk checked us in with a smile. The concierge was very helpful in booking restaurants and even recommended a golf course. The rooms were spotless. The morning breakfast was outstanding. Great selection, great service all with a smile. The location is also ideal. Close to the SkyTrain which can take you directly to the top tourist attractions. What else do you need to make your experience perfect in Bangkok!🤙🙏

stayed there for a week, apart from the lack of cold water from cold tap (everyday...seriously) I must say everything else was very good. the service from reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always there ready to help. rooms was spacious, comfortable beds etc. and clean every time we came back. selection on buffet breakfast was sufficient, servers and chefs was there ready to assist to special needs. location as always, top notch, everything within a min ute to two by foot

This is a wonderful place to stay in Bangkok is it’s near to the places that you want to go. The rooms are fine; clean, quiet, big enough. Breakfast buffet is good for almost every cuisine preference. I loved the bread pudding although I guess that’s not really a breakfast item. Pool is nice - on the roof which is fun ATM in the lobby - it’s the best exchange rate and easy to use. I had left my BP meds at home and so found a great pharmacy 5 minutes away where the people were awesome and spoke perfect English. Took me 5 minutes to get the meds. Highly recommended due to the super nice people

Strategic location. But the service is "speechless". The room was not cleaned properly before giving to us. Bathroom floor full of stains and sticky. The shampoo, handwash liquid were empty. The cook are patient and friendly. The check in counter attendants are sweet.

I stayed 12 nights in this hotel. Pros the staff! Yui in the restaurant, Ake and the Korean chef and his team are doing a great job. Above average service I experience usually. Also Jay and the lounge team are doing great. Many thanks again. Breakfast is good. Contra. Beds are to hard for this standard I had pain in the mornings, no foam toppers available to make it better. I told several times but nobody cares. Old carpets need to be renewed. Pool area is average most chairs are not comfortable. Gym is basic ok. Location near BTS is convenient.

Amazing property with its sister property in the adjoining building, the staff were super professional and friendly, esp the Korean Executive Chef who made sure I had grisini the following morning and throughout the entire stay. The GM is this super attentive and very attractive Australian woman and the Director of Operations always on the ball even clearing tables in his elegant suit, I did not see him on my last day when he was supposed to give me his card as I'll be booking a month long stay as their property at the back is pet friendly (one of very few posh hotels in BKK where pets can stay in the guestrooms)

Good room with very good bathroom amenities. Bathtub is inside bathroom which no water will be flowing out of the tub. Smart design Mattress is super comfortable. Pillows are firm. Good desk and chair to work on. However hotel location less of an ideal, have to walk abit of distance to the BTS which is not pedestrian-friendly

Lovely hotel and great location. My room was lovely with amazingly comfortable bed. Massive bath tub and lovely toiletries. Breakfast selection and quality were fantastic and all the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in deluxe room with Japanese toilet. The room was great, quite large, clean, large beds even there were twin bed room. The bathroom was fantastic but shower gel wasn't enough for 2 people. The staffs are nice. But there were some problems on my check-in process and took a very long time. So I got my room at the late evening.

The best afternoon tea in town. Great service and good food. Our family often visit there and always appreciate. Thank you Khun Koy the manager for taking care of us as always.

It’s quite old hotel with nice and helpful staff Room was clean and comfortable. I’m surprised they didn’t have Corkscrew in room and they charge us 60 baht to open the wine bottle! The pool wasn’t that good but anyway they can’t change it!

Hotel is under renovation until June 2022 and Executive lounge relocated to the lobby. Both of these issues are not in the hotel website. I would not recommend staying until complete. Checked out after 1 night of a 10 stay. Diamond status

This hotel is truly great place to relax. The location is fantastic as it is very close to the BTS train station, the breakfast is fantastic, the cocktail hour is quite nice, and the service is unparalleled. I would certainly recommend this place for individuals or couples who are on vacation/business and would like a nice peaceful place in the center of Bangkok.

The room is clean and the staff is accommodating. The location is near a lot of restaurants and services. It is a short distance to the train station and mall. There are a mix of small mom and pop stores and fancy establishments around to explore.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The service was perfect and the staffs were very nice with service mind. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. I really liked the pillows. The place was so nice and easy to go to shopping and any place on Sukhumvit road.

The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of options (don't miss the eggs benedict) and the pool was open with a bar. Will definitely go back to this hotel if I'm in Bangkok again!

Good and stable 5star hotel with all you wish to have on a decent stay. Executive lounge is under renovation, so the allow you to use part of the lobby, even better choice in my opinion. Nice pool, could be located somewhat higher floor.

Everything about the hotel is great. Staff were friendly and room service was efficient. Called for in house lunch and meal arrived within 30 minutes. Only comment would be the absence of a bidet. Would've been a perfect stay, for me, if a bidet was available. Nonetheless, it was a great place to stay

Wonderful service, excellent location. Executive floor evening cocktails amazing- wine, beer, spirits and cocktails with fabulous finger food. Breakfast buffet very good. Eggs any way, cereals, noodles, hot foods, fresh fruits, yoghurts and fantastic bakery section. Definitely great value for money.

Clean and Comfortable with a modern feel to the decor. Staff was extremally polite and helpful. the rail system is a short walk away, really the fastest way to get around. I would definitely stay again, everyone there was great!

There's not much more to be said than what the previous reviews have already stated. Fantastic hotel with a refined atmosphere, but the greatest asset of the property, I would have to say, is the staff. At the end of the day, hospitality is conveyed through the hotel staff, and everyone I've interacted with has been warm and welcoming. Truly a 5 star hotel through and through. I am staying for 5 nights and I have nothing to say but good things, top to bottom. Mr. Nick Boyd, the GM of the Hilton and the sister property, the Doubletree, is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend shelling out a few more bucks and getting the Executive Lounge access. Totally worth it!

Good Service. Close to Emporium department store. Afternoon tea tastes good. But limit variety of food at evening cocktails. Breakfast tastes good. I also bought chicken steak with sriracha sauce from Grill in the garden restaurant, it tastes delicious. Overall service is great.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfy. All the staff couldn’t help you enough. The breakfast had a massive selection on delicious food and drinks. Would highly recommend. 5 stars isn’t enough.
