Food is reason price. Breakfast is well prepared but slow Cake and croissant are good. Macha tea is not warm.

Use thai coffee bean pure arabica. Serve some one dish menu. coffee is average. There is some odor of food in the coffee shop. Using deodorant spray is getting worse. Some Music from usb /hdd have broken. If the manager or owner can take care at this point it will be better. Clean and good light in the shop. sofa is comfortable. 2 hr. Free parking lot. Staff is polite and diligent.

Good place to zip coffee, have a breakfast or some iced latte and start your weekend. The place is quite in the morning and you can park outside (no parking lot )

My escape place has gone. New renovation look so childish.

I like the sepacatti. The spicy source is very good. But mind you, it is very hot🔥. The coffee latte standard always up to my expectation.

This restaurant was very nice!The staff was friendly in a polite manner and they can provide you with cheap good quailty breakfast with just 120-130 bath!
