Not a great experience. Got the room with spa bath on the balcony. Water is !not! warm. View is only okish. Everything is a bit rundown. Breakfast choice is very poor, some eggs and toast and a small portion of a spread.

If you are looking for a good hotel in the south of the island this is the place, very good price if you compare with other hotels like this in the area. The room is just too big (Executive Deluxe Suite) haha but it’s not bad off course, good decoration, the view ... best sunrise of the trip, 10/10 They have a good breakfast, staffs are all friendly. The hotel area is huge, 2 pools and 1 big hidro, a lot of green area, it’s a very good place to spend a day just relaxing. The food menu is not very expensive, we ordered the pizza, good too!

Very old and rundown, has potential but rooms outdated. Couldn’t sleep at all the first night due to extremely loud aircon, changed rooms was little bit better. Old and dusty needs a desperate re vamp. Staff friendly

Being treated very rude by the staff for carrying our belongings with buggy from the room we stay to lobby. He doesn't even need to carry by himself. Just need to put it on the buggy and drive. Very disappointed.

The place is away from beach, service is also not up to the mark In all not so promising place to stay. Staff specially support staff is quite annoying sometimes, which ruins your mood.

Found this resort for a good price on Agoda. It's located close to a road, so for those with their own vehicles this is an ease to get where you need to be. An open area reception and cart driving to your room. Can be called at any time. Room was in a duplex and looked nice. Could see the slight wear and tear but they're hard at work to improve all the houses. The shower area is really big. Enough space for a couple 😉 Quiet place. Didn't use the facilities but these are present like pool and restaurant.

It’s in a good area and great views from my room. I paid 350USD for 5 nights and a poolside view with balcony. Breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only concern is the aging structure. The resort is getting a bit dated and old. Ants were a bit of a pest. Despite my omelet usually being undercooked and runny, breakfast was still fine. Just get scrambled eggs instead.

It’s a hardly a resort. Mostly for long stay. Hardly any breakfast. A small 10x10 shop on road has more options to eat. Like I said. Good for long term stay only.

Lovely place if you have large groups. The villas and rooms are spread over the entire mountain side. Great swimming pools (we even had a pool party). Close to the city. The views of the city and the sea from the higher rooms is fabulous.

Privacy and ocean view is a plus! morning Buffet is limited options but good!!

We stayed for 1 week at the Resort. You can’t really do a lot because it takes up to 40 min to Phuket town and there are no restaurants close by. You can’t walk anywhere because of the heat and the hotel is loced right next to a big road. You will have breakfast outside in the heat! No airconditioning and with the sound of the cars. The room wasn’t cold either. You only get one key and the air conditioner only works when the key is plugged in. Therefore the room/villa can’t stay cold when you leave the house. We rented a Villa it was about 5 min away from the reception. Breakfast starts at 8:30 very late and is super simple. The breakfast isn’t really good. The villa wasn’t close to any swimmingpool and the area looks different than on the pictures! Many people are working on things and they make noises. There is also trash and things laying on the side of the area. The pool doesn’t have a good view also. Futhermore the wifi didn’t work at all at our villa! It was horrible! You can’t really close the door of the outside bathroom fully because there are many holes, air gets in as well as many ants. Furthermore the people were very friendly to us but I wish i knew all this before staying at the resort.

Best service I have received in any hotel, good breakfast and fresh rooms, the view is probably one of the best in chalong and balcony was really big. The only thing that I found negative is that I didn’t find any good paths to walk into town, the only road to town was the highway just outside, so you should be prepared to either get a vehicle or take taxi when going into town.

It's a great resort. I got the room with the poolside. It was amazing, see the incredible view from the pool. They have more than just one pool. Perfect for taking a dip during the day or night.

Room service is not there

Chose this resort cos I wanna be near to the pier. Was told only 6 rooms were occupied. Biz is bad. Staff are scarce though rooms were tidied up everyday. Its super quite with many rooms dark and unoccupied. Hope biz pick up soon for them.

They had 2 dogs that keeping our company whenever we arrived at the villa. The room was a little bit old but the service was good. As the resort is on a mountain you'd better include breakfast when booking here.

Very nice stay was here - 17 nights. 10/10. Big area, friendly staff, good rooms and swimming pools, nice breakfast and good price. Really, highly recommend. Full review on booking.

Lovely place. Very clean and pretty plus an amazing view. Nothing was open though when I was there and you had to walk like 500 metres to closest restaurant. I wentvthere for the peace and quiet though and that I got 😊
