The room is cozy. Very clean and good location. Yet in small road but connect with old town. The owner he is the most nicest owner who run the hotel with heart. Definitely come back for next trip.

A hidden gem in Old Town, close to everything you want to do, run by a lovely family, with reasonable rates. Great desk space and internet speed, if you need to get some work done while on vacation too.

Alleyhill has the kindest, sweetest, and most attentive owners I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay, such as showing me nearby stores and restaurants and letting me borrow a reading lamp so that I could read in my room. The rooms have everything you could need and are very clean and comfortable. The location is also great— it’s about a 15 minute walk from Old Phuket Town so you can easily access the town but also have peace and quiet at the hotel. The hotel itself is very peaceful and bright. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable, secure, and cared for and I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very cozy, clean and hospital place. Lovely staff and interesting design with Chinese culture. Loved the quietness. It's located in a real alley with locals and schools which gives you the real local feeling. So neat and organized.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff really take care of you. Great location. Beautiful building with lots of light. Excellent Aircon. The facilities are very clean and new. Free water in your room. Cold drink on arrival. They carried my bag up to my room. Organised airport transfer. Fridge in reception with cold drinks including beer you can charge to your room. The locks were very strong and I/my stuff felt very safe. I wish I was staying more than one night.

Visited here during Vegetarian festival. I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. Oh, and the location is great too. Highly recommend this place if you are looking place to stay in Phuket city.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Phuket Old Town. The owner is most gracious and hospitable. The rooms are as advertised. Would stay again.
