Absolutely charming! We had booked for one night, ended up staying for 3! It's full of old world charm and little nooks everywhere. When you visit old town phuket you don't want to stay at a big hotel so this one fits the bill completely. They are so helpful at the hotel, the owner Georgie is an absolute delight! It's walking distance from Everything! Literally everything google tells you to do in old town is walking distance from here. We will definitely be returning and recommending.

Would like to give 5 stars but just little things take it away. Location great except opposite a bar which has music at night to probably 11pm. Didn't bother me too much as I wasn't an early sleeper but if you are ask for earplugs from reception. Little scuff marks on some of the bedroom furniture and curtain fittings needed refined. Not something that will spoil your stay though. Staff really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent a really healthy choice. Had a look at the swimming pool but didn't use it. Its up a spiral staircase from the breakfast lounge. Books available to read which are dotted around the corridor. Small cafe in the foyer. The decor is really nice and has been well thought out which gives the hotel that colonial feeling. Would return if in Phuket.

Such a cute boutique hotel! Loved the decorations and overall feel as you walk into your room. Location was a huge plus, it’s so close to many shops and restaurants in Old Phuket Town. Rooms felt very clean and updated. Only downside is the shower didn’t drain well (one of my pet peeves), but other than that, everything was very nice and service was exceptional.

The hotel is situated in the middle of Phuket Town. The staff were friendly, polite & super helpful. Their breakfast was okay but we still went out as we wanted to try local cuisine. Would I come here again, YES 100%. However, it's definitely quite a distance from main areas like Patong/Karun/Kata/Rawai beaches. To get to these places, it's best for you to go buy local bus/rent a car/motor to go around. Each trip would take you apprx 30mins travel time.

Comfortable place to rest. Don't use to the main road side if you are a side sleeper as the opposite is a night side that has live music. A lot of good food around the hotel area.

The AC leaked water. Noise from the AC was hard to sleep with. The door lock did not work. Setting the safe was overly complicated. There were signs of the room being flooded in the room. The only saving grace was the helpful staff. Coffee shop at the lobby was nice too.

Boutique hotel near to Phuket old town. We got nice and clean room with balcony to the street. The breakfast is nice but only a few options. We like the service. It is a good location to explore the city.

Absolutely perfect location. Sparkling clean room. Just be aware that unless you want to use the luggage elevator that you will be climbing stairs to your room.

The room was clean and pretty and location is perfect to visit Phuket old town, however the shower wasn’t draining well and breakfast was very disappointing: eggs with a piece of toast and hot water with coffee powder and a few pieces of fresh fruit. The staff was nice but communication was a problem as only the receptionist understood English.

This lovely style hotel is located very central in Old Phuket Town, just around the corner from Thalang Road, where the Sunday night market is held. The deluxe room is nice and good size. Overall it's a great spot. But two things to be aware of. There is no elevator for guests and opposite, the pub has live music most nights. Even with double glazing noise comes through. But with ear plugs I didn't hear a thing.

We stayed there for 4 nights and had an excellent few days. Location is excellent with nice sized clean rooms. We had a room at front of hotel which was probably a wrong choice as could be quite noisy. Breakfast was a bit limited but was a nice addition. Sarah who I believe was assistant manager was simply superb at her job, went above and beyond to help us with onward travel plans.

Can't beat the location of this hotel for exploring Phuket Old Town. Hotel clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Courtyard room was lovely with no road noise or noise from the bars on the busy road just outside the front of the hotel. Lovely old colonial building. Breakfast was adequate. Pool accessed via a spiral staircase off the courtyard is more of a splash pool for cooling off following a day of sightseeing. Not for swimming as such. Would recommend for a few nights in the old town.

The hotel is located in Phuket Town and accessible to many restaurants and cafes around. The streets around the hotel is very serene and beautiful :) We had been during Christmas time - well decorated and got surprise gifts as well. The staff is very helpful and caring right from the check-in to check-out… Rooms were clean with a decent breakfast spread. Overall we loved the hospitality ❤️

Great location in central Phuket town. 1/2 block off the weekend market, right in the middle of the picture perfect old town. Staff are out their way friendly and helpful. Old style hotel, well maintained and classic. Only word of working the rooms on the front side of the hotel will hear some (not bad I'm a light sleeper and had no issues) music from the bar across the street.

I wouldn’t stay here ever again. Ruined my trip, be careful. We stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great, right in the heart of Old Town, however, on the 2nd day, I had woken up and pulled out 500€ from the safe and kept it in the backpack I was going to take around the town after my massage. However, a hour later, once I come back from my massage, I search my bag for the money but it was not there and the room had been cleaned by house keeping and the staff had left from work. My wife and I frantically search through the entire room, both of our bags, wallets, suitcases but were not able locate the money. I went downstairs and told the front desk of the situation and I said to please help me locate it and contact the housekeeping staff who had cleaned my room. They tried calling her but she was not picking up their call. The front desk tried to assure me that the staff had not taken the money as they search their bags before they leave the hotel but there are multiple areas someone can hide a single 500€ note. I hey were of no help and said their staff wouldn’t do something of the sort. I held off on writing this review until I was able to unpack my suitcase and check every single pocket from my clothes, to my bag pack, to my carry-on to my suitcase and completely see if I may have misplaced the money and kept it somewhere else but I didn’t. It was very clear that my bag had been opened and someone had ruffled through my stuff. 500€ is a lot of money and warrants me writing this negative review. Ruined my entire trip.

Great place at old Puket. We travelled with a infant. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We where offered a baby crib free of cost. There is a lot of restaurants / cafes near by to try out local cuisine. Casa Blanca has a beautiful pool, we couldn’t try it as we had a really short stay of 1 night. Rooms are super clean with really comfy bed. We got the pool view room and it was really good. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near old Phuket.

At first, the hotel looks charming. We stayed 3 nights. The AC was turned off by the staff even though we asked multiple times to leave it on during the day. It’s impossible to sleep with the AC on as it blows directly in the bed, so we wanted to cool off the room. The rooms are small and loud. As a compensation for two sleepless nights l, we asked to check out 2 hours later than usual check out time. They pretended that it’s impossible, we had to ask 3 times. The staff is highly unhelpful. Worst service ever in Thailand! We accidentally left an item in the room. Called the next day and they threw it away pretending they never found it. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. But there are plenty others.

Phuket is many things and is certainly more than just Patong. The Old Town will not apply to all but if you want this side of Asia - Peranakan charm, leisurely walks, delightful food, every kind of Thai beauty - this place is for you. And, of course, there are the hotels. I am lodging at the Casa Blanca and a most satisfying place it is. Next to the Clock Tower - and what is a town without a Clock Tower? Comfortable room, balcony overlooking a street, most lovely young ladies at the desk and in the kitchen, a splendid breakfast cooked specially for you, served in a courtyard, a hotel within walking distance of wherever you want to go - small temples, shops selling incense, fruit stalls, street side restaurants. Come to Phuket Old Town, stay at the Casa Banca; tarry a while and appreciate just how gracious life can be if you are lucky and blessed. Thank you Casa Blanca for a happy and peaceful week at a time when there is strife in the Ukraine.

Beautiful, elegant, dreamy hotel in the heart of Phuket Town. You can walk everywhere from here. Inside you will find your private little slice of heaven, by the pool or the interior garden. Our room was spacious, full of light, huge bed and stilish fornitures. The staff is super friendly and welcoming!

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in your beautiful property. We loved the beautiful and tasteful interiors and the most comfortable bed for a good night's rest. The central location was an added advantage as was the tasty and freshly made breakfast every morning. We had a great time staying with you and a special mention to Miss Sarah and Miss Jessica for taking care of us. Highly recommended cosy and beautiful hotel in the heart of Phuket Town

It was fine but overall wouldn’t recommend it. It’s overpriced for what you get and I would have been better off to either select a private room at a hostel or splurge for a nicer place. The building architecture and tiles design are nice but the rooms really are not. The pillows are uncomfortable, the shower is shotty and slow draining. Basically inside the rooms it feels like a hostel quality anyway except double the price. Service was also fine but not great. Not worth the money.

OK hotel. House keeping left my balcony door open when I was out on a day trip. There English was not great. Was overall close to everything and clean

Lovely vintage boutique hotel that fits perfectly into the charming, brightly painted heritage street. It’s budget friendly and suitable for tourist exploring the Old Town area. It is also great if you have a full day island hopping tour in your itinerary as they are very close to the boat pier. They are centrally located at the main street surrounded by plenty of great local eateries, lovely cafes and bars. There is also a happening Sunday night market right across the next street. For light sleepers, do expect some noise disturbance from the opposite bar and vehicle. Ear plug is also available from the main counter. Would recommend anyone to spend a day or two here in town before moving to other regions.

Lovely hotel in old Phuket Town. Clean and comfortable, with a swimming pool to relax after a hot day of visits. The owner and the staff were very kind and helped us decide on what to visit, book all tickets and transportation and even get discounts. It was a perfect stay and we 100% recommend it

We were booked in at Casa Blanca for 4 nights but unfortunately only stayed for two as Old Phuket flooded. We were devastated as we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, walking distance to so many great restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms were lovely, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We couldn’t fault the service we received. Despite dealing with their hotel flooding they ensured that we were cared for and helped us carry our bags out through waist deep water along the streets. We were sad to leave and our hearts go out to the staff and owner whilst they get through this difficult time of flooding. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Great and lovely place to stay. The only issue is that most staff members don’t speak any English. Rather than that, the hotel is excellent.

We loved this hotel! Excellent location! Gorgeous building! Decor is a mix between traditional, boutique and modern. Rooms are clean. Staff are super friendly! Shout out to Benz, who managed our check in and out. We extended our stay and experienced staying in both the standard twin and deluxe. Both very lovely. Comfortable beds as well!

We are just back from another wonderful stay at Casa Blanca. It is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds & lots of lovely little touches, such as fresh fruit & iced tea on arrival. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and do a fantastic job of making you feel right at home. Huge thank you to Jessica & Sarah at reception for all of your help during our stay.
