One of the worst taco bell experience in the WORLD!! Order took over 25 mins and when I went to check the staff and one of the cook named Tayang (or similar) was rude and arrogant. I would love if taco bell can look into this and train this specific staff on how hospitality industry works. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

We visited last week before it was even on the map.. however we 3 had some tummy bug for 4 days after ruining the rest of the holiday. TB was our suspect. We will be back.. to Phuket, not this TB.

Super clean, brand new, awesome food as always! So excited that there is Taco Bell in Phuket! I would post food photos but I already ate it because it was too good 😀🌮🌯

Horrible service. Super slow workers who seem to hate their lives. We stood in a line for ages and the cashier didn’t acknowledge us until I finally asked and she said we need to get in the other line. Sold us tacos and only told us after the fact that there is no hot sauce (Taco Bell out of hot sauce?!) and they sent us away with ketchup. For the tacos. Save your time. Short but super unpleasant experience that didn’t sit well with me to the point where I felt this review needed to be written.

Years since I had tried TB. Came here with high hopes, but ended disappointed. Ordering queue took around 15 minutes and then 32 minutes to get our food. Only one guy preparing the food.

So exciting to have a taco bell in Phuket!!! Not quite American Taco Bell but ridiculously close
