Stayed here many times and the WiFi is terrible you cannot video call. The Food is average at best and the Room is small. Definitely not a four star hotel, the state of the hotel is rapidly declining. 2-3 star at best.

Good location. Large size hotel in town. Best for groups seminar and business proposal. Hotel provides full facility and services. Big function rooms, spa, pool, gym, and restaurants.

Very pleasant hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, well maintained, plenty of parking, conveniently located off a main road into town. Located next to a Lotus's store in case you want to do some quick shopping. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with sufficient Thai and western choices. Price/quality ratio is quite good

Was here for quarantine. But the rooms are awesome. Clean and well arranged with all modern amenities.

Great staff, great atmosphere, nice rooms and big breakfast. BUT.. the room on 16th floor smelled like the carpets had just been washed - very damp and unpleasant smell. And no bacon in the breakfast buffet that otherwise had most everything including the best bread I've had in Thailand

The establishment is great, situated in great location next to Lotus supermarket and easy access from all the area. The hotel have a big car park and also for disable people too. The restaurant are great with the taste and value too. The room is clean and tidy with full amenities, also with the great view of the mountains. The staff are very polite and helpful. Overall the property is best so far.

Superb rooms next to Tesco Lotus which is useful. I think the best hotel in Nakhorn Si Thammarat. Great value. Will come again.

We had stay during 11 to 12 Jun 23, disappointed about lost& found service system. My daughter left her glasses in the room 1210, we called the hotel asking for the lost glasses but no fast response until 14 Jun. The hotel found it after 3 days check out! Good then, they sent us the glasses but cost 100 THB ☹️ how can you give stars 👎

Stayed here 10-12 June. Outstanding hotel. Amazing views. Beautiful interior and rooms. Very polite and helpful staff. Amara helped book our room and she was excellent. Spent 2 nights here for our wedding celebrations and had such a lovely time. The food was amazing and the swimming pool was also great. Good price for what you get. Very impressed. Will visit again in future.

Recommend for the solo traveler. This is the first times that have visited this city and I choose to stay at this hotel for 2 nights because they have the airport shuttle van service for both pickup and drop off (you just need to inform them the flight detail 1 day prior). They have a pretty decent room (with desk), gym, and swimming pool. The spa is also pretty good. I love the Thai oil massage there. The location is a bit far from the city center, but overall is very good.

One of the biggest hotels in the area. The room was quite new and very clean. The breakfast was impressive with variety of western food and Southern Thai Food. Definitely come again 👍

If you want a private swimming experience, the pool on the third floor is great. 120b per person and they also have massages for around 750b pp. Rooms are great especially on the top floors. You get a wonderful view of the city. Staff are professional from baggage handler to the FoH. Only thing that's overpriced is the restaurant.

Hotel has great parking facilities with good security. Rooms were really nice. The beds, pillows and sheets were also very comfortable. Conveniently beside Lotus for easy shopping of necessities.

Nice brand new hotel with ample parking space for those who drive. It is also right next to Lotus where one can hop over for meals and groceries. Room is nice and comfortable though it would be nice if a/c can be slightly cooler (not a big issue). Highly recommended for those transiting tru this town.

A nice hotel in the city — quite traditional and old fashioned in terms of decor but has everything that one needs to enjoy a good stay in a great historic city!

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly, rooms were comfy and clean. We were there for isolation before work. Every meal was rice including breakfast (fruit and yoghurt would have been better), and some small portion of meat and a little fruit. Later once leaving the hotel i found out there was a western version of the menu, why they didn't offer that up in the first place is beyond me. Told them im allergic to banana, guess what fruit I got, madness.

Very comfortable hotel with a high level of service. There was a big wedding on when I went down for dinner and the GM was very kind in the way he offered me a quiet place to eat and generally very attentative. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was a necessary trip and fairly planned last minute. We had a wedding and over night stay at the location. The rooms were very clean, super comfy bed and the staff was wonderful. I will be going back for sure!

If staying in Nakohn Si Thammarat then take a look at this hotel. At time of writing (in 2019) the hotel is new, clean and modern. Staff here were friendly and professional. This included the front desk team, catering team and conference staff. The room I stayed in was clean and bright, with a decent number of sockets so you can plug in your devices, well-appointed bathroom and very clean bedding. WiFi was available and the connection was stable throughout my stay. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast offered a variety of dishes. Although not as extensive as some of the more expensive international hotels there were still plenty of hot and cold food options. Large conference rooms with seating for hundreds of guests are available on the ground floor (much better than being on upper floors and struggling with crowded lifts!) and rooms can be opened up or closed to provide different room sizes. Conference tech support staff were friendly and efficient too. Would definitely stay again and as stated before this is one hotel option that visitors to Nakhon Si Thammarat should consider.

Yes it is a new hotel but standard is terrible. The cleaning is bad. Problem solve is poor service is like motel. Since I checked in no body escort me to check in. I gi to the room many dust in room and the bathroom seem someone using before. I asked staff clean and they said they have many room back 2 back so you do not pay attention to do it well.Hello it is not ม่านรูด and it is my problem to know?

Good hotel in the city of Nakhon Sri Thammarat ! Located in a very good area, close to the shopping mall (Tesco). Good services, and the food is good !

Was using this hotel as a quarantine hotel before flying offshore. This hotel used to be top notch as it's one of the newest hotel in NST. After a few years, I can see the room needs to be deep clean in some areas. My room has spiders and spider webs in a few corners of the room. The staff has always been great. Room service is quite expensive but not too bad for this level of hotel.
