you
are
looking
for
a
Fitness
Boot
Camp
look
no
more!
This
is
the
best
fitness
camp
in
Asia!
The
training
camp
has
everything
you
need.
Great
facilities,
professional
Trainers,
great
variety
of
classes,
healthy
food
(loved
the
huge
variety
at
the
breakfast
buffet),
the
environment,
weather
and
the
community
was
awesome.
As
a
solo
traveller
I
was
worried
that
I
would
end
up
lonely.
But
most
of
the
people
here
were
in
the
same
situation.
I
felt
welcomed
by
everyone,
my
trainer
Marie
listened
to
my
goals,
she
supportive
and
made
sure
that
I
worked
hard,
but
at
the
same
time
had
fun.
She
taught
me
so
much
during
my
4
weeks
stay.
Pros:
1- Classes:
Great
variety
of
classes,
make
sure
to
try
all
of
them.
Several
coaches
teaching
in
each
class
making
sure
that
you
have
the
proper
technique.
2- Food:
Great
Variety
of
healthy
choices.
3- Social
Camp:
Met
so
many
amazing
people
from
all
over
the
world
and
also
fellow
Irish

the

Cons:
1- Time
–
Unfortunately
change
doesn’t
happened
over
night,
I
stayed
4
weeks
wish
I
could
have
stayed
even
longer

15
min
drive
to
beach

took
a
few
days
to
get
used
to
the
heat.
Tips:
I
highly
recommend
everyone
to
get
a
Personal
Trainer,
you
learn
so
much
&
it
takes
your
experience
to
a
completely
different
level.
You’ll
learn
a
lot
and
you’ll
understand
how
to
train
most
importantly
a
PT
will
keep
you
motivated.
All
the
coaches
here
were
supportive.
Prices:
Some
people
might
consider
it
expensive
but
you’re
investing
in
your
health
and
you
are
getting
a
complete
package
with
training,
accommodation
&
food
at
in
my
opinion
the
best
training
camp
in
Asia.
You
won’t
have
so
much
expenses
just
some
extra
pocket
money
for
the
weekends
and
for
doing
some
shopping
and
excursions.
