Sutisa Hot Yoga in Phuket Thailand is hands down the best Hot Yoga Studio on the Soi, and in Chalong area of Phuket. In fact I would place this studio in the top 10 experiences of the world. If you are looking for the traditional strict yoga, this may not be your spot. However, if you are a fighter, cross fitter, athlete dealing with injury in the body, it is a perfect location working with those brand new to the highest levels of yoga experience. Personally, I've been training over 16 years, I love the instruction by all the instructors, they pay attention to your injuries, ask in every class, even apply a sport balm before you start your session to help with muscle relief. ALL of the top Muay Thai Gyms recommend their students to come to this class. The Studio itself is top notch, they supply the mats for each class, blocks, and straps should you need them. They even have free lockers for your gear and plenty of parking. The inside of the studio is cleaned by the staff each and every class. They have water bottles, fresh coconuts, and towels available for purchase, all super cheap... less than 1.00 usd, you can't beat that. They offer UNLIMITED classes way cheaper than anything in the US, so it is a great bargain as you can take 3-4 or more classes a day, and I have done upwards of 2 a day. Trained here each time I come back, months at a time I integrate this Yoga School into my Muay Thai / Muay Boran training. I've seen people come here and loose massive weight, completely transform their bodies, learn a better diet, find peace of mind, integrate meditation, and even have complete healing in their mind when working with the instructors. You can buy per class, or go for the UNLIMITED, it's too cheap not to take advantage of it when traveling to this area of Thailand. If you are local and looking for a great studio, this would be the place to go. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and they even have a Private Pool, ICE Baths, Steam Room, and Hotel Rooms on this property. Located next to some of the best restaurants on the SOI, Think Ali's BBQ, The BBQ Club, Mangiafuoco, Koko Hut, The Latte House, and next to the greatest of Muay Thai and BJJ Clubs in Phuket namely, Tiger Muay Thai, Dragon Muay Thai, Chockchai, and Top Team. The classes offered serve all levels as I said, but they have Arial Yoga, Partnered Yoga, Therapy Yoga, Stretching Meditation Yoga Classes, Bikram, and of course Hot Yoga through all of them. Hot to make you sweat to the point of releasing toxins from the body, but not overdoing it. Reach out to Panchita, she is the owner, and truly, enjoy your visit here when coming to Chalong. You will love meeting the amazing endless energy she has for her students, friends, and family!

Been to many yoga classes, this is my favorite place. The environment is amazing and the teachers are all about encouraging the students and helping the individual grow and find their stregnth. Would leave 6 stars if possible!

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience here. Basically the steam room was not working properly for several days (it was 42c usually 47c) and I informed the owner. The owner got defensive, told me how new it is and that I was wrong. Thankfully, the nice staff at the front desk refunded the money back although the owner ordered to pay me less than my remaining days prorated balance. She told me that I better not write a bad review because she will chase me down if she sees me, not 5 star behavior to me. There are other reviews that read very similarly to my experience, be careful.

I absolutely love this place. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, advanced, fit, or at the beginning of your fitness journey this is the place to go. Panchita is knowledgeable beyond belief and will support you matter what your goals are. All the instructors make each class their own which makes you feel welcomed and enjoy the variety. The accommodation is clean and tidy and bonus there is a pool and ice baths. Highly recommend.

Amazing yoga retreat in Phuket. Have been practising some basic yoga stretches for a while now but this was just on another level. Instructors and staff all round are lovely people that help you push your limits but also reassure you constantly that we are all different and never to compare yourself to anyone else - just to keep trying and improve each time. The energy at this place was extraordinary, it is a community in itself. So much positivity around that place. Also, the ice bath and steam room go so well with the yoga retreat, especially if you are in the area looking to do any fitness programs/martial arts training. I'll be going back in a few months for sure - highly recommend checking it out!

Been doing the morning yoga class almost every day in the 3 weeks I've been staying on Soi Taied and absolutely loved it. Panchita is an awesome teacher, incredibly enthusiastic and passionate. I'm pretty much a complete beginner and I've noticed myself improving even after a few weeks. 100% recommend ☺️

Nothing but amazing things to say about 5 elements hot yoga! Panchita is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had, she makes it fun and engaging and not boring. I’ve tried multiple style yoga classes here and enjoyed them all. Staff are the best, facilities are great, great location & the main reason I come back to fitness street!

Very deep spiritual and physical experience. This place healed me. I came there with so many pains due to overexercising and accumulated stress and I had never done Hot Yoga before coming there...but I literally had a crush on it. The owner, Panchita is such and amazing yoga teacher. I totally recommend this place: the classes, the people and the spirit of the house...

I’ve just finished a month-long stint here. This place is great, the yoga classes and ice bath really helps with recovery and injury prevention, greatly complementing Muay Thai training. The owner and head yoga instructor, Panchita, is genuine, knowledgeable and energetic. She will go above and beyond to help, and is always a pleasure to be around.

Magnificent! Beautiful combination of fun, challenging, and healing yoga. Hands down the best ice bath in Phuket, a large comfortable sauna, and a pool close by. Wonderful staff and genuine supportive owner who goes out of her way to help everyone, regardless of what level you are. Highly recommended. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us, Panchita! 🙌🙌

Really can not say enough good things about my experience at 5 Elements Hot Yoga. The combination of yoga / steam sauna / Icebath / pool really helped me recover quickly from some chronic joint issues I have been dealing with for the past few years. Panchita and her staff are really outstanding people. Easy parking and a little back from the main road so relatively quiet as well. Rooms and Pool are lovely, There is iced lemon water available and showers next to the pool, so you can come straight from training if you wish. Really good find this place. 👌🙌

I’ve been coming here for the last 2 months and it’s been an incredible — I don’t think my thailand trip would have been as great without it! Whether it be a hard day or I’m just ready to turn it up a notch, this is the spot I return to. Let’s start with the staff: This is a family owned yoga and health facility. Everyone working here is genuinely interested in your well-being. They go out of their way to help you by either providing expertise education, treatments for ailments, or sharing passion and encouragement. Now, the services: The hot yoga is a blast and truly transforming; my flexibility and mobility has increased substantially. The yoga classes are offered three times a day and with different styles. I get the best core/leg stability, stretching, and in the end I’m completely zen. The steam room is pumping some solid heat and you can truly gain neuro health from this heat. The ice bath is cold and rejuvenating; just the right temp to dial in my breathing, mind set, and cellular health. Last thing, the people who come here are awesome and super positive; I’ve made many friends here and great conversation. I’ll be coming here for years to come and consider the staff family — I always feel welcomed, appreciated, and supported.

The owner and staff are super friendly! The hot yoga is great after a long day of training and the hot steam room and ice bath are a must do after training. Love this place and I wish I had something similar back where I live

I loved this place and instructors. It’s relaxed, hot but not extreme! You have plenty of room to move and the teachers make time to correct and help each person. If you are sore from Muay Thai abs training the stretch class is the best for recovery and there is a sauna and ice bath out back. I traveled to Thailand solo and after my first class made new connections and friends as everyone is encouraged to introduce yourselves prior to class. This made my whole stay more pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for this experience. I’ll be sure to come back again.

I arrived to Phuket with a bulging disc injury in my back. I was unable to lift weights, had limited movement and slight sciatica on my right leg. I was not sure what I was going to do for the 40 days I had on the Soi (I booked the trip and was meant to train at unit27 before I picked up the injury). I found 5elements hot yoga and said I would give it a go. I explained to Panchita about my injury and she went through some good basic exercises from the beginning. After week one I started to feel major improvements. The sciatica went away, stopped getting stiff when sitting down. I stuck at it for the 40 days and now feel more mobile and flexible than I ever was! All the staff are super friendly and nice, going above and beyond to help! Classes were always fun and everyday we were pushed to make improvements. Thank you for everything! I look forward to returning in the future :)

Very nice place and very kind staff. The cold ice pool is enough to cure my muscle pain after training. Imagining putting yourself into the ice pool then your whole body relaxes in 5 seconds... I really enjoy this happiest moment of the day

It’s the best ice bath in Phuket!! Water is always super cold (around 5 degrees) so it’s best choice for refreshing and recovering after the hard training 💪🏻 Steam room is perfect for warm up and relax. Staff are super friendly, helpful and professional! I've been visiting this place for 6 months already! And I enjoy it every time! Highly recommend this place for recovery and for a good time with a good people 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I’ve stayed there for 3 months and Panchita (owner/Yoga insturctor) was the nicest host you could ask for! She made sure I was comfortable and even nursed me when I was down with food poisoning! I miss her place and can’t wait for the covid restrictions to be lifted so I can go back there, See you soon!

The place where you will meet your soul. A paradise for all yoga and fitness lovers. The Instructors specially Ms. Panchita, she is the best teacher of yoga and pilates Training around Phuket or may be in entire Thailand. I'm still taking her personal classes online because of the covid and transforming my body. If you ever visit Phuket and missing your yoga or fitness routine, so this place is for you.

I had a sprained ankle which doctors only gave me medication for and nothing really changed after 10 days. I came in here and Panchita was able to heal my ankle to the point where I could walk in less than 5 days. Panchita is super nice + welcoming and really knows what she's doing especially when it comes to injuries, so if you have any discomfort I would 100% recommend coming here! I'm now able to walk and train again so she definitely saved my trip here. The ice baths were extremely helpful and while I didn't try out the yoga, that is something I would also look into as recovery after training. 1000000% come here!!!

The yoga class was one of the worst I’ve had. Was meant to be a stretching/meditation class, but the instructor played hip-hop and rock music the whole time while yelling different poses to everyone - if you’re new to yoga you may not mind or know the difference but if you have a prior yoga practice you will likely be disappointed

I went several times to this place for the hot steam sauna and the ice bath. The place is not very comfortable as there are just a couple of chairs to seat and relax in between in the middle of construction works (very noisy). Last time the ice bath was at 15 degrees and the hot steam sauna not hot like they prepared everything too late. Then they showed bad attitude pretending 600 bath fee for less than 2 hours… I felt like they wanted to steal my money. I would never go again

I only came here for ice bath and steam room. Overall it’s not bad but I happened to confront a terrible treatment from the owner. The day I went in, I personally felt that the ice bath was not cold enough with no ice in it. I merely asked if it’s possible to add ice in to decrease the temperature turned into the owner got really upset. She started getting defensive and became very rude. However, The lovely staff lady refunded the money back. She then yelled out and cursed at me while chasing me to my car. Then kept verbally harassing me even after I got in the car. The place is a yoga place where the concept behind it is having control over body and mind. What I see is someone who has no control. That is someone who is full of rage, anger, and hatred which is rather contradicting.

I had a wonderful experience at 5elements, I attended a few private classes with Panchita, she is a highly skilled and experienced trainer who is passionate about helping her clients reach their objectives, also the ice bath, the best in Chalong. If you are in Phuket I highly suggest dropping 5 elements hot yoga a visit try the classes and never ever miss your ice bath there it’s worth it.

Fantastic well-equpped hot yoga studio in the centre of the Muay Thai gym district with on-site rooms. Amazing and intense yoga sessions that challenge both the mind and body. Highlights include the arial yoga class and quality steam room which are rare to find. Panchita leads the classes with passion and energy that is assessible to both beginners and experienced yogis. Strongly recommend.

5 Elements Hot Yoga is The ONE of the BEST PLACES to visit when you are in Phuket! It’s an Amazing experience which I would like to share. I found this place while searching for something good what helps me to stretch and relax my sore muscles after CrossFit exercising and Muay Thai lessons. After one lesson, I already knew that I want to come here every day (except Sunday - it’s closed)! The teacher, Panchita, is just wonderful woman! Not only beautiful looking Thai Lady but the way she teaches is no comparable to any other yoga where I traveled in the world. We had also much fun because she played nice modern music while exercising, making jokes, gave us little massage when someone had muscle pain… She is very experienced and knows how to help you relax your mind and stretch your body! I also used steam sauna and icebath after the lessons, which found very beneficial for myself. And it also helps you guys when you have hangover!☺️ The owner also organized boats trips on Sunday for us. Great price, lot’s of yummy food, wonderful people and visit of Phi Phi island on the Top!🙏❤️👍 5 Elemets yoga place touched my heart and body so much that it will be first place I’ll visit ä, when I’m back in Phuket!

5 elements is a truly amazing place, it has a lot of things all in one location. All Inclusive rooms with ice bath, steam room, swimming pool, yoga and meditation classes. The owner is genuinely caring and makes you feel at home from day 1- always going the extra mile to help guests with any injuries, issues, etc. . I am so happy I found this place and will definitely be back here again & again! 😊 🙏♥️

Overall, I had a great stay over the 5 weeks I was here! My stay included accommodation, yoga, ice baths and the steam room. Accommodation - this was a good standard for what you are paying, the rooms include an ensuite and the Smart TV is perfect for watching Netflix on to relax. Yoga - Panchita is a great instructor who makes yoga fun and motivates you to be a 'warrior'. The dance music is energising and it is a different experience to more traditional or spiritual yoga. Ice baths - these were such a treat... The only place on the street that had a proper ice bath. Also it usually became a social affair where you'd meet new people and encourage each other on Steam room - these were nice, met the standard of what you expect and paired nicely with the ice baths.

Life changing! You’ve never done yoga like this before, trust me. Loud, light hearted, irreverent, calming, healing, laughter, sweating, strength building, non-traditional music, flexibility, FUN…..….yoga like you never knew before. Panchita’s class will make you sweat, laugh, smile, wince and leave feeling physically and emotionally balanced like you’ve never felt before after yoga. Sure, the poses are traditional but her energy, enthusiasm, sense of humor, the music, etc. are pure magic and will take you to the next level. You will become stronger and want to return again and again. It’s not just hot yoga on offer. She has a sauna, the best ice bath in Thailand, beautiful guest suites, a massage studio, pool, etc. and has developed a community of people from all over the world who return annually. On occasion she’ll arrange activities such as an island and beach boat tour one day where she personally cooked both a lunch and dinner of traditional Thai foods and chartered a lovely, comfortable, spacious boat. Pure heaven! Many people come to the soi to train. Her yoga classes provide the foundation for recovery, flexibility and balance necessary to take your training to the next level. Ironically, most don’t realize how essential stretching and opening up the body is for this. Plus, you’ll start having the best night’s sleep of your life and recover from jet lag quickly. In short, her classes will make your time here more efficient and accelerate your results. To say what Panchita and her staff have created is magic is an understatement. Go. Take a drop in class to sample it. You’ll find yourself wanting to sign up for one of her extremely reasonably priced unlimited yoga packages for the duration of your stay. It’s an incredible value and will support all other training such as boxing and CrossFit. And, don’t forget the ice bath/sauna/pool and massage studio. Be sure to arrive a few minutes early to enjoy another traditional aspect of Thailand….her four resident friendly cats. :)

I have stayed here several times and I would highly recommend it to anyone, they have several bungalow room, which are amazing value for money. They also have a small villa over looking the pool, I liked my stay in the villa it’s very spacious and has a high quality facilities. 5 elements is in a great location near everything you need food massage and training. It’s owned by Panchita and her daughter Charlie it was my first doing Yoga 🧘‍♀️ and they were very fantastic help and always having a laugh, they are the reason I return to Thailand every year to train This is my first choice every time I come to Phuket

5 elements has been such a critical part of my training program during my fitness journey to the Soi. Panchita (the owner) has a maternal instinct she applies to all her clients where she genuinely cares about their wellbeing and their improvement. A community driven facility where I ended up meeting alot of my closest friends through. Her classes are high energy with a great vibe and act as a foundational pillar for all the other training I do such as Muay Thai. In the month I visited it I saw my hip mobility increase tremendously. Highly suggest adding 5 elements into your programming while here.

I have been coming to this studio for the past few months and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the Soi. The evening class works perfect for a good stretch session after a day of training. The instructor cares so much about her students and ive seen her help so many people with their injuries. I will be a student here every time I'm on the Soi x

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Standard accommodation with a 5 STAR feeling. The owner is an amazing friendly woman and her yoga classes are absolutely epic. She also has magic hands and has fixed alot of my on going injuries. Coming and going here 9 year's now. This place by far the most comfortable welcoming warmest feel. The ice bath and steam room the best on the strip also. This place has it all. 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vibes all the way. The staff can't do enough for you also. You feel part of a big family here. My sleep has also improved since staying here because of the magic vibe of the place. If you're into your health and fitness and want to be around genuine real people. This is the place to be. Reasonably priced also. You will leave here mind/body and soul feeling recharged and 100% ready for the real world again. 5 STAR vibes is an understatement You need to experience it to understand it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've stayed at 5 element for 2 years now and both times having been amazing. The icebath is as low as 3 degrees, now I have seen people leave reviews complaining that it's 15 degrees this is due to them turning up as the ice is been delivered and been put In the ice bath.i recommended going in 1hour after the ice has been delivered then the temperature will be around 3 degrees.the steamroom room gets up to mybe 45 degrees and is adequate for getting a real sweat on. They have free water on tap with lemons in the tank at the side of the steamroom which you don't get anywhere else on the soi. Now there is some building work on going due to the owner expanding on the property which I'm looking forward to seeing when completed. The builders are very respectful and don't make that much noise at all considering the work been carried out. The owner has a good sense of humour and will help you if you need. I've seen some people be a little disrespectful, blunt demanding and rude so I'm not surprised if they did get the response they was looking for, manners cost nothing.
