I Would highly recommend shopping at Villa. The ambience is great, more like walking through a tranquil spa versus the trolley rage in most supermarkets. We are always able to find our french and English brands and local high quality products. Thanks to Yvonne Symons for always providing the best customer service, a human touch, and bringing warmth to the shopping shopping experience. Due to her, I was able to have my favorite items from Villa Market whilst in quarantine in bangkok. Thank you for making this experience so delightfully welcoming.

One of your more upscale grocers in Phuket. Can get busy on a weekend but they have great local and international selection. There is my favorite pet treats for my pet as well!

Villa market has all daily needs like vegetables grocery milk bread frozen foods yogurts toiletries etc. It's very convenient store if you are staying in Boat Lagoon... As we were tourist there so it was very helpful for us. It was walkable from our villa.

It is one of the best market chain in Phuket,Thailand.It is situated in Boat Lagoon near the PTT station.It is big. It has almost all kinds of things available. Fresh vegetables and all kinds of fruits and sea foods are also available. Most of the package has labels in Thai language.Very few Indian items are available here. Prices are good and affordable with good discounts.Any kind of payment is accepted here.I often visited it during my stay in October 2018. I liked it.

Fantastic store! Great management leads a fantastic team of staff. A pleasure to go shopping here. Large selection of products from western style cereals to wonderful Foie Gras and Wagyu. Wine selection is both extensive and competitively priced. Highly Reccomended!

If we compare with other stores… this one is the worst one. Cashiers trying to cheat all the time. Every time I went here is see that they trying to put more on your check or something like this. So big question to management how they keeping such garbage personnel

After shopping here for so many years while working and living at the Boat Lagoon, now that I moved to a different area in Phuket I realize how special this shop is managed. You won’t get Yvonne Symons’ personalized service, tips and smile at other villa markets around Phuket. Yvonne is always super helpful to accommodate special requests, is always around on site, and is receptive to any suggestions. During Covid, this villa market was front of the line with food care packages for the neighborhood, showing not only good customer service but also care and compassion for others. So from me -and many villa market Boat Lagoon shoppers, I’m sure- thank you Yvonne, you deserve more than 5 stars!

Wonderful shopping lay out. Peaceful environment. I enjoyed the jazz music on the PA system. Prices of Pork and Chicken were good value for my money. Staff are helpful and friendly security guard.

Convenient for tourists. Good selection of local and imported food and drink items. All major credit cards accepted.

I came in for black tea (not a fan of what you'd find at a local market). I perused the other offerings out of curiosity. I've seen better prices in central NYC, Sydney, and Auckland. Dear lord... Local mangoes @ B150/kg are literally triple the going Phuket price (50/kg). I'll come in every week or 10 days for my B210 Earl Grey tea, but everything else will come from elsewhere.

Awesome place

Just popped in briefly to get a few things quickly. Didn't get to check the place out properly. Seems like a bit chic place to me. There weren't many customers. I got the impression that the place caters more to the tourists that stay in the nearby hotels than to the locals.

Good selection of western foods. A bit pricey though
