Worth price , peace place to stay , big balcony to chill with cup of coffee 👍, spacious room , cleaning service 👍, gym and swimming pool 👌. Overall best place 👍

I have stayed here for twice. At the first time I was so impressed with staffs. They were kind and friendly. I came back again and everything was great as it was. Locations is the best. Community mall nearby. Starbucks, KFC and supermarket. Affordable price. Clean and practical. You can’t go wrong with this. I will come back again in next 4 months. Thank you so much.

* Soft uncomfortable cheap bed. * I only stayed one night and had a HUGE cockroach inside the room crawling over our bag. * You will hear everything in the hallway. No sound isolation at all * The door to the room has a big space at the bottom so it's easy for any insects to come in. * Noisy refrigerator * The curtains is thin so they will let through a lot of light in the morning. * Can hear some road noisez though not that much. * The light-switch is so close to the power socket so you can not charge your phone * You have a small window of opportunity to shower because the temperature will change all the time. Never be stable. Few moments it will normal before it gets super hot or cold. * The water in the sink will go down extremely slow and don't expect that you can get your hands under the flow because it's so close to the sink itself. Cannot bend your head to brush your teeth in the sink. you have to brush in the shower. * Have like 50 ants or more in the room. mostly in the bathroom. * The bathroom door will not close property. * Hairdryer is super loud and extremely hot. Would rate this hotel a 1/10

I'm so happy I stayed here. Staff are very nice helpful the airline lost my bag twice and the manager managed to track it down for me and the property is super clean with facilities open to relax and exercise. The room is just great realy comfy and clean. Only thumbs up..

Amazing staff. Extremely helpful, very fast response time. Helped with ThailandPass booking and paperwork. Answered alot of questions, very friendly. I can't say enough about them. Helped to rent a motorbike at a good price. Clean, comfortable rooms. Clean, modern and week laid-out hotel. In a very convenient area. Good covid protocol. Great price for what you get. Definitely recommend.

That is one very lovely hotel, extremly clean rooms, amazing staff and all of them are so friendly and ready to help with all confusing parts of Sandbox program. 3 family members used it during the Sandbox and couldn't find a better option. Khun Eak and his team are the best.I highly recommend it to anyone and is 100%great value for your money.

clean room. staffs are very nice and friendly and ready to help. a man receptionist is local born. he is well known all local and popular restaurant in phuket. room is wide enough for 2-3 people. have fitness and swimming pool. A local black dog is friendly and welcome you and doubt if you have skme snack for him. he is nice and lovely. Very convenience with convenient store and The Villa market, small community mall and restaurant.

Perfect place to book if you are planning to go for some island hopping from Chalong Pier (we went to Coral Island and Racha Island). To Chalong Pier is around 1km, the Residence has lots of stores close by, rooms are really nice and its got amazing pool! 😀

Good location for this part of Phuket, ok beds, great staff, great pool, clean and nice!

The room was clean and quiet. And the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect apart from one issue, which is the dog in front of the entrance. I think it belongs to the security guard and he was looking after it. It makes defensive growl whenever people walk into the hotel or just walk pass the entrance. Most of the time the guard would pet it to calm it down and keep it in place. But there was a time that he wasn’t there and we got really scared. I love animals but I think they should move it to somewhere else if it threatens people’s safety. That’s why I gave it only two stars. It really affected our experience with the hotel. I don’t think I’ll easily go for a second stay.
