Awesome gym, the staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s everything you need for strength based and cardio workouts, they also have group workouts, if you like this type of activity. The prices are affordable.

It's great, everything you need, upstairs there are different extra activities every day my favorite is muay thai cardio, the first month is behind us but we will stay here longer 🥊🥳

Good staff! Everything good, but no free water and can’t change your membership plan. I had a morning pass for 3 months. Unfortunately, my schedule has changed and now I can't work at gym in the morning. The management of the hall completely refused to change my membership for the whole day, even for an additional fee. It's good that I only took three months and not a year. But the staff is very polite and wants to be helpful.

This is the best place for fit your body in Kathu area, Phuket. They have a good quality equipment than others. They use Hammer Strength and Life fitness that a great quality. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you wanna find some fitness and gym in Kathu area, I strongly recommend “Just Fit Gym”.

This is the best equipped gym we've been to in our 3months stay in Thailand. The gym consists of 4 levels, two with machines for every muscle and a lot of benches and dumbells, one level with a spacious room for kettlebell, trx, stretching, etc... And the top floor with 2 rooms for group classes. Definitely recommend.

Very well equipped and clean gym, they also have some really great membership deals. The girls at the reception are also really welcoming.

Many facilities don’t work at the gym. They had stopped using air conditioners, which makes experience significantly worse. Sauna and steam room do not work for at least half a year. Experience with this gym use to be better but it got worse overtime.

The equipment is new and everything is always clean! I love that they have promotion almost every month. It's never crowded like other places and it feels cosy. There's a coffee shop right at the entrance of the gym and they sell yummy protein shake (u get discount if you hav gym membership) There's a steam room as well, brand new too. Highly recommend! <3

The price does not match the quality. There is no vertical Smith machine (two inclined), no swimming pools, small area of ​​the halls for this price. Inconvenient steep stairs between floors. Saunas are turned off. But there are few people and there is no alternative in this area

This is a workable gym but there is room for improvement. I was there in the morning and there were no problems with parking. All basic exercise equipment is available, there is a small hammam and a sauna (I didn’t use it). On the upper floors there is a martial arts and group training room. The trainers are of good quality, but not all have enough settings. This of course depends on your anthropometry, but if something is uncomfortable, you will have to adapt. You can buy water at the reception(not very big menu). There was no sports belt. Or rather, there is one, but it is unusable, velcro is too worn out. I had to test my stabilizers. The shower towels are very small, in one of the showers there was no hook for things - for me this was not a big problem. The problems and the reason why I only gave 3 stars is that on the treadmill the set speed keeps decreasing. The manager of the gym said that this is the only way it works and she doesn’t know if they will do anything about it. ..it's strange for me. I hope that when someone reads this, choosing a gym, the shortcomings will already be fixed.
