Overall,
not
a
bad
place,
but
far
from
perfect.
Pros:
-
Tough
classes
(CrossFit
&
Grenade
aka,
modified
Tabata),
I
always
felt
like
I
got
a
really
good
workout
in.
-
Good
trainers
that
show
you
the
movements
and
focus
on
form.
-
Options
all
day
for
classes,
morning
or
afternoon,
but
closed
Sunday
which
is
a
bummer
Cons:
-
Very
expensive
for
what
you
get.
12
classes
was
almost
5000
baht
($130
USD).
-
The
website
is
outdated
and
they
don’t
respond
to
comments/questions
submitted
on
it.
-
The
class
booking
system
is
pretty
awful;
you
cannot
cancel
or
change
classes
in
a
12
hour
period
prior,
no
matter
what.
I
understand
1,
2,
even
3
hours
ahead,
but
12?
Huge
overkill.
The
main
issue
I
ran
into
was
booking
a
class
the
night
before,
the
next
morning
it
was
a
crazy
downpour
rainstorm,
so
I
used
their
website
to
message
asking
if
I
could
just
switch
my
booking
to
later
that
afternoon,
not
cancel,
just
switch.
No
response.
When
I
went
in
and
asked
about
it,
I
was
basically
told,
“too
bad,
tough
luck,
that’s
our
policy,”
so
I
was
just
out
one
of
my
12
classes
even
though
I
had
tried
to
reach
out
and
reschedule
hours
before
the
class
I
missed.
These
classes
are
rarely
fully
booked,
and
they
even
acknowledge
that
it’s
probably
best
to
just
not
sign
up
and
walk
in,
or
just
sign
up
like
10min
before.
So
it’s
like
you’re
punished
for
using
their
signup
system
instead
of
just
walking
in.
It
was
my
choice
to
sign
up
knowing
the
cost,
and
the
classes
are
good,
but
there
are
plenty
of
other
gyms
with
equal
or
better
prices/day
pass
options
vs
single
class
bookings.
