Have no idea how this clinic can have so many “good” reviews. I came here for general teeth cleaning and doctor took only 10-15 min to finished.. no attention to detail, no flossing after cleaning. Seems like she was in a rush. I have never had this terrible experience. Not recommend at all.

AVOID at all costs!! I paid for a wisdom tooth removal at Dent Central Clinic (apparently they are the same company also with a large number of forced 5 star google reviews) Im they said the specialist would be able to remove the tooth. I get there and the dentist tells me she’s not a specialist but she can do it. The quote on the walls say: Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail better. Not the most reassuring thing to read when someone is gonna give it a crack at taking out your wisdom tooth! I asked for a full refund yet they kept on about the 3% they needed to charge me when it was them who balled the whole process up. Awful place. Just save yourself the hassle and book somewhere with more legitimacy.

The doctor is awesome. Really explains everything in detail! The receptionist is a disaster. Even though I wanted to have my crowns changed in this clinic, I changed my mind due to the service. Totally not client-oriented. First I came to check if the doctor works with Dentium implants (just in case - they do!). The lady denied asking this simple information from the doctor, but demanded that I come at a very inconvenient time. All right. I'm there again. The doctor is amazing, he promises to check with the Bangkok lab if they can create angle abatement and he promises to know the price for that. The clinic is about to call back and to provide that info. Then I receive this long-awaited call and I'm asked to come to start my treatment. When I asked about the price, they told me 25-35k baht. What the hell? They cannot tell the exact price as they promised? They had all the info (even the exact size of my implant). No idea why I should be running to their appointments simply learn that it's gonna cost 35k for example, when it costs cheaper in another place? Especially when they promised to clarify the price. So the receptionist is stubborn. And poorly speaks English. The clinic might be fine, but you have to come to learn every tiny detail. I hate "price surprises". Do your business openly plz.

Worst experience at a dentist I’ve ever had and maybe any service. I went to having bonding done between my two front teeth to close a gap. When I was getting the dental work done it didn’t look how I requested it to look, then the dentist started rushing me and bringing more people into the room. She brought 5 people into the room at once to look at my teeth which made me feel very uncomfortable, especially seeing as I have anxiety, I really hated this and was having a panic attack. Then when I still wasn’t happy with how it looked i asked to have to just leave it a certain way and she refused, saying I either keep it the way it is or she would put it back to the way it was before she did any work on it (they were my only two options according to her). So I left the clinic feeling very upset and unhappy with the work I had done. On top of this she left bonding at the back of my front teeth which left me unable to bite down properly, and within 24 hours the bonding she had put to cover my gap had gone and my gap had re appeared. The clinic offered to give me a refund but only if I could come to the clinic (I live in the uk so this isn’t really possible, not sure if they offered this as they knew I was a tourist?). They left me with my teeth looking worse than when I went in. If this specific dentist is still working here I’m not sure how as she was horrible. Sorry to people at the clinic who may not be as nasty or bad at their job but I would have to recommend to avoid here at all costs

We had the best dentist experience ever !!! Literally hype from the moment we walked in. Super professional and clean office, staff was great and cleanings and fillings were quick, comfortable and affordable ! Definitely recommend 👍🦷😁

Omg! My filling fell out so I went to get that replaced and got teeth cleaning whilst I was there. The dentist told me I had 8 cavities! I have never had that many in my life so I thought it was suspicious so I waited until I went back to Japan. The japanese dentist told me I only had 3 cavities saving me from drilling 5 holes into perfectly good teeth so that they can make money. On top of that, the japanese dentist told me I should come in for teeth cleaning soon?!?! The. On top of that things keep getting stuck in the gap in the teeth I got repaired there so now I have to redo it! What a terrible place! Now I know why Thai people are suspicious of dentists 😵

Only went for basic basic teeth cleaning. The female dentist totally cut my lip open and was not friendly at all. Lived in Thailand for 10+ years and this is the worst dentist ive ever come across. The service was super rushed and aggressive with the tools. All my teeth felt sensitive from her cleaning when usually i dont experience this. Only positive thing was the receptionist who was friendly. My lip is totally swollen, cut open and left a huge red mark. My teeth are not even clean, i will need to again soon certainly to a different clinic.
