Went there for 3D dental exray. Professional, friendly staff

My son had 4 fillings done; after a while, pain appeared in one of the teeth that were made. The clinic did not respond for three days to messages asking us to make an appointment. on the fourth day we came to redo one tooth because it was done poorly. An incompetent doctor did a bad anesthesia, my son screamed for 40 minutes for me to save him, cried as if he was being cut with a saw (((on the third attempt, the doctor seemed to have managed to perform the operation. My son could not even take a sip of water for a long time due to... because his hands were shaking with fear and pain... later, I showed a picture of his teeth to other doctors, and they told me that there was no need to clean the canal at all and torment the child with such pain, but they just needed to remove the young tooth without any problems ... I wish the doctors themselves experienced the same experience on themselves or their children... the worst experience in life…. I will never trust these people with my children again and I do not advise it to anybody else …

Great clinic for both kids and parents! My son was treated so well, that I decided to heal my teeth here too! At first therapist (unfortunately her name escaped my mind) prescribed me super effective treatment that helped me to relief the pain and afterwards khun J healed my issue in an Uber professional way! I literally fell asleep during the treatment! Can you imagine? Highly recommend place for the whole family! The rest of the staff are also super friendly, professional and polite!!! Great dentist. She is extremely good with my son. He is just 5 years old and went for his first a sealant treatment today and it went very smoothly indeed. I'll explain in detail below: Throughout the appointment, and even before we went into the room she was tuned into him. We were playing with toys outside and the dentist came to get my son, but could see that he was really into his play, so gave him another minute to play, which was very kind, so rather than rushing away from his toys he had a 1 minute warning and I could help the transition. In the room she showed a video of the procedure and explained to my son, then every step of the procedure she explained, encouraged and praised him for being brave. She explained that depending on how comfortable he was with the procedure they could either do 2 or 4 teeth, and we'd see how he coped (he was fine to do 4). My son's comfort was paramount to the Dentist. He had a panic button if he needed to use it. I sat on the lower portion of the foot of the dental chair with his legs on my lap, and holding his hands so I could really connect with him to check he was ok. Most of the time though he was distracted by the huge TV playing Paw Patrol, which he was very happy with 🤣. At the end the Dentist asked for consent to bring another child in to look at my son as he was being really brave and the other child was nervous (which I wouldn't have minded), but my son declined and his choice was respected, which was very respectful and appreciated. At the end he got a gift of a toy from the dentist for being brave 🎁. He still stayed another 5 minutes after we'd finished playing with the toys 😊. We had a great appointment. I'm extremely happy with the focus on the child's comfort and respect for the children throughout the treatment. Thank you 🙏

I went in to get one of my wires put back in on the 28th December 2023 which they did and they also put something to hold it but a few days later the wire popped back out. The first time I went I paid 500 bhat to put it back in and then when I went back for them to fix it on the 2nd Jan 2024 they told me I had to pay 580 bhat again. I explained to them that I was here a few days ago and clearly it was not done well enough but they wanted me to pay again saying because it’s an emergency. I got myself up and left.

After beeing a patient with them for many years, their service is now not up to standard anymore and even you have an appointment and they still let you wait for a long time they will inform you that they have no time for you anymore as it overlaps with other appointments. Sad... used to be a great dentist for me and my daughter.... but now its not good anymore as i experienced.

Dr. Mint treated my daughter today , we came at 19:00 ,the end of the day ...all team was tired , nevertheless Doctor was very patient as it was my daughter first dental treatment in her life ,she is 6 Y/O,.Dr.Mint waited even though my daughter was crying a lot ,she made her calm down , and professionally clean and fill the cavity . Highly recommend, Doctor was wearing a face mask but I noticed she is also very beautiful:) sweet and kind .She gave us after treatment instructions .My daughter said the pain of injection was 2/10 , Thank you Dr.Mind and the clinic team , especially at the day end .
