I will tell you guys the truth. This is a very good travel agent in Surat Thani. The most important thing to understand is that you get what you explain that you need. You are in Thailand and the command of English is not at the highest level, co bare in mind that communication is KEY. We arrived in town and were looking for a trip to Khao Sok. The lady owner explained to us the different options of transport and activity in the National Park. We choose a one day trip with a private driver. The driver did not speak English, but hey - Google speaks Thai. This lovely man picked up on time in a clean car, took to the park and then gave us tour of local secret places on the way back. Bang for the buck and highly recommended.

seems services and amenities have improved since the previous to mine review. Very accommodating staff, and driver. We were transported from central Surat Thani to the Train Station approximately 35 minutes away, departing at 3pm when traffic was light. It was a large , comfortable passenger van with AC. The price was certainly a cut below the best taxi or grab price we could obtain. 100 baht per person.

Most dangerous van ride I have ever had from Donsack ferry terminal to surat thani train station. The driver was all over the rode passing everything, driving while on the phone and excessive speed, and sudden braking.He managed to hit every pot hole and bump and had no concern for passengers comfort let alone safety. I don’t know what substance he was on but it was on oxygen. I will never use this company again, if I could remove the 1 star I would

Good price & all..but pls don’t expect things to be on time. Almost made me miss my nonrefundable 1 st class train ticket to Bangkok. Driver made no sense. Passed the train station & instead went 20 min past to the airport just to come back on a long detour. 1h30-40 min ride took over 3h

Really bad experience. We were told that we would travel by bus but they shifted us to mini van when 3.5 hours journey was left. Company trying to get more money from you if they can. They wanted 300 bath extra for each of our luggage because they said it was too big. If a person is travelling from another country they would at least one small trolley. Plus the lady was SOOOOO RUDE with totally unexplained behaviour. Every 30 seconds she is shouting li either pay as or we are leaving you here. This Company is a SCAM!!!!! And staff is very unfriendly.

Easy to book your buses through this company. You can also book online, and the system when you arrive at the office works really well and seems quite organised. I’d recommend this company for your travels around Thailand, just make sure if you’re booking through a third party, check the price on the Phantip website beforehand as they can increase their prices to whatever they want.

Took a trip from Koh Samui to Ao Nang. After getting down from the ferry and reaching Surat Thani town, the person in charge started yelling at passengers who were carrying any hard luggage bags. She threatened that our trip will be delayed and that the next bus is only at 3 PM (it was 12PM then). Even though ticket mentioned that a big and a small bag per passenger is allowed, the person didn't let any passengers (3 of us) board unless we pay an extra amount. More than the money it was the unprofessional and rude behaviour that irked everyone. Definitely not connecting happiness.

A delay of more than 3 hours due to the stupidity of the staff! When you are traveling with two small children, it is critical… The worst company in all of Thailand! All processes are very poorly organized. The staff is stupid, they are forced to change seats along the way, take out and re-fold luggage. I do not recommend using their services to anyone!!! Earlier I went with Lompraya company - everything was great with them!

We arrived, which is why I give two stars out of 5. We booked via 12GO Asia a combined ferry and bus ride from Koh Phangan to Krabi. I don’t want to talk about the ferry ride operated by Seatrain which was a very scary experience as the ferry swayed from left to right and vice versa for most of the tour. 2 times it was so bad, many passengers on board thought we would tip over (including me). The bus tour by Phantip Travel, then began with waiting at the Donsak Pier for over 30 minutes before we even started. Moreover, the bus driver gave us no information why we had to wait that long. Finally, we thought we would stop somewhere halfway, instead, the bus driver stopped right outside of Krabi for a 15 min. break which seemed totally unnecessary as we were almost there.

Everything was on time, had to walk from the office to the pier but they said it before so it was ok, caught the bus to Surat Thani. They are very pushy once you arrive at surat thani office "where you go? Where you go?" trying to sell you more tickets or taxi. Our Grab Taxi driver refused to pick us up in front of Phantip office (mafia? Dangerous?) So we walked a block. It served the purpose and that's ok. Make sure you know how to continue your journey once you arrive in surat thani. Safe travels guys!

Reliable and affordable service, first took us from URT to Suratthani Town for 100 THB per person in a minivan, a few days later we travelled from Suratthani Town to Koh Samui with them no problem. Bus and ferry to Koh Samui was 310 THB per person. No baggage surcharge when you travel with a backpack!

We were travelling from Koh Samui to Surat Thani Airport. First, the lady at Donsak pier was unbelievably rude, she was shouting to the tourists and then she slammed bus door. Second, the driver who drove us from Donsak pier to the airport was driving like in the movie "fast and furios", we were jumping in the bus. We were really not sure if we arrive alive to the airport. We used many transfers during our trip in Thailand, but this was the worst transfer from all, we couldnt believe it!

Punctual with their transport. Very smooth. The bus was slightly old but wasn't a major issue. We took the 3.5hrs Krabi to Koh Samui total trip (bus + speed boat). So the bus did not stop on the way

walk in at 830am for phuket 9am bus/van, my fault for not booking online earlier, bus 9,10,11am all sold out, had to wait 3h for 12noon bus, comfortable waiting area with toilet, family mart & 7e around 5-7min walking, at the back of panthip is thr local bus station for surat thani town to surat thani train station....

Have used their services now 3 times and everything has went ok. Minivans and staff has been excellent. One thing should mention that, departure times may vary sometimes because they take their job seriously, anyway when you're in holiday it doesn't matter, one hour here or there. I highly recommend Phantip Travel.

Booked and payed for a boat and bus from Koh Phangan to Phuket, only to be dropped at their office in Mueang Surat Thani. Then told us they have no busses left and we would either wait 5 hours until they have a bus available or organise our own transport for the remaining 4 hours of the trip with no refund offered. Myself and 8 others had this happen.

Initially, we were told our bus would be 18:00 but arrived nearly two hours later. People were then piled up like cows in an abattoir. People angry, shouting and tensions high, the bus suddenly comes to a stop 5 minutes after setting off. There was no communication as to why the bus had come to a sudden stop. We did eventually find out they had ran out of diesel (5 minutes to the journey). Who sets off without checking petrol?????? Passengers waited in the heat, whilst mosquitoes were having a field day with absolutely no communication, apology or reimbursement. Absolutely do not book if you really, really have to. I still don’t know if I will make it on my flight as i am still waiting!!!!!!!

Used them a few times from the airport to the town and islands. Never had a problem. Fine service, as long as you remember you're in Thailand and do not expect things to run 100% as they might do elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Phantip. Our train was delayed and we thought we were going to miss our bus from Phantip. We got some great help over the phone while we rushed to Phantip. We literally arrived with 20 seconds to spare and the woman who had assisted us on the phone was waiting. From there, we took a comfortable coach to the ferry station where we took the ferry to Koh Samui. I would definitely book through them again.

Honestly really like these guys! The staff in the Surat Thani store are absolutely lovely and always accommodating. It can be super stressful when backpacking trying to book all your connecting travel but this company has great options around the south of Thailand and are very well priced. Highly recommend
