If you’re looking for delicious healthy food I would highly recommend life farm. I got a chicken salad and a power bowel which were both delicious. The servers were really lovely.

One of the healthiest shop in Surat Thani, to visit when you are up for a light healthy meals. Locating just outside of Surat Thani downtown. I especially love their Acai smoothies with mixed fruits! The music is calming with a very welcoming ambient. Lifefarm have assorted smoothies, cold-pressed juices and healthy salads with selections of dressings. There are also vegan and vegetarian friendly menus. They have ample space for dine in and offer deliveries through the Grab application.

My second visit to Life Farm. Each time, very impressed with the super foods, options and just the general experience. I ordered the Super Vit C Juice, it was delicious and a really good serving size. My smoothie bowl was fresh too. Fruit and everything within, delicious. I couldn’t even finish my bowl. It’s generally quiet and the staff are very helpful. As I paid my bill, there were many pastries that looked good too (mini cheesecakes, carrot cake, banana bread and so on). I also always grab a to-go juice for later, that they have as part of the restaurant.

We waited 30 minutes for this cafe to open (it says online they open at 9am but this was wrong) to then not really be served by anyone and we eventually figured out they were only serving salad at 9.40am! No coffee/cake/ smoothie bowl etc as advertised online. No apology was given and we left very disappointed in what we thought could be a lovely place. Would not recommend sadly.
