Very expensive battery replacement and scratched my watch... not to mention the owners were very unfriendly :(

The light and right button was working just fine until they changed the battery. For starters, they charged over $20 to change it and neither buttons worked after that and they refused to fix it. The woman was rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend that anyone give them their business.

$30+tax for a watch battery replacement?! didn't bargain with them since they are seniors. the old gentle man who did the job even doesn't have a proper tool to open the back cover, instead, used a small knife. the watch doesn't work after replacing the battery. then found the cover was not properly closed (one side has gap and washer was not properly aligned). redone it and it works but the wife is trying everything to excuse themselves. not impressed. 1st and last time visit.

Anyway possible to comment without any star...? Took my watch for battery change and they screwed the watch. Back cover scratched, glass scratched, while taking the back cover out messed up the screws. Now no one can open it. Everyone says they had to cut the screws and while cutting the screws it can further get scratched.

Way too pushy and rude. Will not be returning.
