I
had
a
very
unpleasant
experience
dealing
with
the
Program
Coordinator
named
Brooklynn
at
the
Pickering
location.
I
simply
wanted
to
inquire
about
the
fees
for
the
after-school
program
but
she
hesitated
to
provide
the
information
that
I
need.
I
first
did
my
search
online
and
came
up
with
Energy
Martial
Arts
after-school
program,
filled
up
the
web
form.
I'm
fully
aware
that
the
Pickering
site
is
on
waitlist
as
what's
mentioned
in
the
website.
I
followed
up
with
a
question
with
the
inquiry
as
soon
as
I
received
something
in
the
mail
from
you
guys,
I
asked
specifically
how
much
the
after-school
program
is
and
also
mentioned
that
I
would
like
my
son
to
be
placed
on
the
waitlist,
looking
to
start
in
April
next
year.
Then
this
program
coordinator
replied
and
asked
some
questions,
I
replied
back,
then
instead
of
her
probing
for
more
questions
(which
I
think
the
most
appropriate
thing
to
do
since
I'm
only
inquiring)
she
then
responded
with
trying
to
upsell
their
current
promotion
for
2
trails
of
$29.95.
At
this
point,
I
mentioned
back
to
her
that
I
saw
that
info
on
the
website
but
I
was
only
trying
to
get
a
ballpark
as
to
how
much
the
cost
is.
Then
to
my
dismay,
she
replied
saying,
"Unfortunately,
our
after-school
program
is
currently
full
so
I
would
not
be
able
to
offer
you
that
membership
but
I
could
definitely
add
him
to
the
waitlist
if
you'd
like."
Do
you
guys
think
the
people
who
inquire
at
your
center
are
stupid?
I'm
a
busy
mom
and
got
no
time
to
be
given
the
run-around.
She
wanted
me
to
avail
the
promo
and
when
I
declined
she
didn't
want
to
provide
further
info
about
my
question.
I
replied
back
still
to
say
that
it
seemed
she
was
ignoring
my
question.
Her
next
email
was
just
her
being
defensive
and
"was
simply
having
a
conversation
with
you",
who
has
time
for
this?
Then
at
the
end
of
her
email
she
started
asking
questions
like
how
many
days
I'm
interested
in
looking
for
the
after-school
which
I
think
she
should
have
asked
in
the
beginning
of
the
conversation
if
she
really
wanted
to
provide
an
answer.
My
excitement
turned
into
frustration.
The
center
maybe
great
because
of
the
program
that
you
offer,
but
the
people
behind
it
also
plays
an
important
role
in
making
sure
that
the
people
who
wanted
to
avail
the
service
are
provided
the
information
that
they
need
before
signing
up
for
the
program.
I'm
very
unhappy
and
if
there
is
a
"no
star"
option
in
this
review
I
would
have
chosen
it.
Very
unprofessional!!!
