We are a regular to the lebovic location, wanted to take our friends for chai in ajax and suggested this place. Didn’t disappoint. They have a variety of snacks with veg and non veg options. Their chai’s are amazing! I personally love the buffalo tandoori fries and the samosas. The cheese toast is also tasty. Ample seating and parking available. Good customer service.

A place like this for was highly needed in Pickering! The decor is so cute and the food and drinks are so flavourful. I'm a big fan of the poutines - especially the philly cheesesteak poutine. I'd also highly recommend the mango and pistachio faloodas and coffee shake ☺️ will definitely be back!!

Really wanted to love it, but seriously just go to the original location. The decor is nice, Service is decent, wish they invested in cutlery. Only one big issue here, Everything is watered down!! I wish I was kidding. Got samosa chat and pistachio falooda. The chaat all the sauces have excessive water for no reason. The falooda was literally watered down milk with a scoop of ice cream and toppings. 🤮

A cozy hidden gem in Pickering, excellent service, beautiful ambience and super tasty food! Their Gol Gappe is to die for, Butter Chicken Panini on point with the green chutney and spicy mayo and the Chicken Tenders with their special BBQ sauce is a winner. Need to come back and try more dishes.

I had ordered a box of Chachis fries and pink chai from this location. The chachis fries was very good and flavourful. The sauce was layered so you get the flavoured fried from the beginning to the end. The portion was was also reasonably priced. The pink chai was also made well. Alot of nuts and flavour and served hot. Overall its a great spot but the service could be A lot better. The lady at the front did not welcome anyone as they walked in and she was not very informative. The gentleman behind me had a few questions after mentioning to her that this is their first time at a chai place like this and she did not help them at all. Her answers were very short answers and was not an answer to their questions.

We hosted an event here and had a wonderful experience. The owners and staff were so easy to work with to accommodate our party and the service was incredible. Of course everyone loved the chai and and food but the service really took it over the top for us. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to host an event or just grab a delicious meal!

The food and drinks are great! You can ask for half sugar for the Masala Chai, I appreciate that ;) The Chaats are a tasty balance of salty, savoury, sweet and spicy (served as a cold snack just in case you're a curious first-timer) *chef kiss* I used to go all the way to Markham or Brampton for simple treats like this... it's great to have a little South Asian snackette / cafe in Pickering. They aren't taking cash, just card (not sure if this is a permanent feature or temporary). Wifi is readily available. I seriously was thinking to have a meeting/study sesh here. The atmosphere was perfect. The odd thing was using plastic and take-out containers even for dine-in. I think some cute kitchenware for dine-in would complete the experience for me, but a definite try for a twist on a Cafe experience.

Good ambience with nice decor elements and great menu. I have tried their pink Chai topped with nuts it was amazing. Came back again and tried their new pistachio late and chowpatty chaat. Loved it !! The quality and quantity of the food and drink is reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and place looks very clean and well maintained including the washroom. Would definitely recommend trying this place for quick chai/tea & chaat with family or friends.

Descent food for the price ,it may look smaller but right-size for your evening snack ,French fries you may not like it with sauce over it as it had a smell which made it bad , karak chai was very good. Otherwise, clean place and well maintained . You get food in less time and not crowded. You can have a peaceful time.

I like coming here but the street food is very mid. They really need to level up the flavours. Also, the pink tea straight up tasted like falooda milk. There was no tea flavour. Kinda disappointed.

UPDATED REVIEW: It's disheartening to come back to a cafe you once loved only to no longer feel the same sentiment. Some suggestions from a loyal customer: - playing desi/indian music in the speaker instead of only mainstream pop music will enhance the overall vibe of the cafe. Let's be proud and loud of our Indian culture. - please encourage your employees to converse with their customers more than just taking their orders as it will create a more welcoming atmosphere. - the quality of foods served tend to vary depending on who is serving them. Especially please try to make the falooda drinks less watery. Thank you for considering these suggestions and I hope to come back again soon :) ********************************* Old review: I freaking love this place!!! Ambience is cozy and aesthetic. Such good customer service that makes me feel at home. They also have charging ports and washrooms here especially for students who want to come in for a study session on a rainy day. Definitely going to come here again wth my family. I recommend you to get the Monsoon Latte or the Pink chai (hot drinks) and to get the Pistachio falooda (cold drink).

Nice joint with tasty Indian street food as well as unique food options. Got the Buffalo tandoori poutine, which was surprisingly very delicious would get again. The rose and pistachio falooda were also very nice and definitely worth trying. The samosa chaat on the other hand was a let down, the chick peas tasted like they were just rinsed from a can and added in, not much flavour unfortunately.

I recently visited Chachis Chai in Pickering and it was a refreshing change from the usual. The place has a great vibe - it's comfortable and the decor is thoughtfully done, contributing to an inviting atmosphere. But let's talk about what matters most - the chai. Their chai is genuine and flavorful, with a rich depth that you can taste in every sip. It's clear they pay attention to their brew, and it shows. The cup itself, adorned with an eye-catching pattern, complements the experience, making you feel like you're holding something special - not just your average tea. It's a place that understands and delivers on the essence of a good chai experience. Definitely worth the visit for anyone looking for an authentic chai moment.

Nothing good to share. Had chowpatty chaat, masala chai, golgappe and none of them wre worth the money... The taste was way way below average.. I haven't had this bad chaat or golgappe in canada... Would def never go back.. this was definitely the first and last time here... Zero taste and the service wasn't any good either.

Flavor & portion sizes are good. Went on a Sunday eve, it was slightly louder than my liking. I take off one star from the rating as I was confused when food was served in takeout containers for a dine in service? Why? The server asked me if the order was takeout or dine in and I did say dine in, still I was given panini in a brown paper bag and dahi puri in a takeout container, wondering what would have been the takeout packaging.

I saw this restaurant while I was out grocery shopping on a very cold night and I decided to check it out. The customer service was exceptional and the layout of the restaurant itself was very aesthetically pleasing. Initially I opted in for a warm beverage, but I was informed on a promotional combo, so I ended up trying their Pistachio Falooda paired with an Indian street food called Chowpatty Chaat. 10/10 would recommend. It we my first time trying both. I was pleasantly surprised!

If you are looking for an after dinner hangout/chai place, this is the spot to be. They offer a range of chai/snacks and dessert offerings. I love their falooda, kadak chai, dahi puri and cake slices. They have another location in scarborough as well. They are usually open till midnight during weekends.

I finally checked this place out during Ramadan. The food was very delicious at competitive prices. It’s a great spot to hang out and grab a snack with family and friends. Their rose falooda & Philly cheesesteak is very tasty. Overall great customer service, and quality.

👍👍 I loved dining in their patio. Elizabeth was so great, she always checked up on us and she gave our appetizer for free because we waited longer but tbh we didn’t really mind. Overall amazing service.
