    I ordered a Boston Crème donut, and when I bit into it, I could immediately taste something was wrong. When I opened up the donut, there was MOLD in the donut. This is one of the most disgusting experiences I ever had when ordering food and is such a food hazard! I honestly felt sick afterwards.

    I go here every day for my morning coffee. There's a sense of familiarity for me they are very friendly clean and consistent with their food. Although there is one guy that works in drive-thru that could use some improvement in speaking clearly and I also find him extremely rude in his communications. In any case this store closed down for about a month or two to renovate. Ive attached the renovation pictures. Welcome Back

    Located just across from Pickering Town Centre. We came here for lunch on a Saturday and it was not too busy inside but the drive thru and parking was a bit hard to manoeuvre around. Lots of seats, outside patio and it has a Playplace for kids but, I would recommend for kids not too young (4+) ... Ordering was easy but, waiting took a bit long probably because the staff was focussing on the drive thru orders. Food quality is same/average as other McDonald's.. Very nice place to come and eat but just remember you might have to wait for your order inside and drive thru...

    I went to this location, while waiting a woman came in because she was waiting for a double cheeseburger for a while and the server was so rude when dropping the order on the shelf as if it were a dog she was serving. She worked along side a manager which was really surprising, customer service is really a thing of the past. I waited for 7 minutes to be served, I asked for 10 nuggets well done a medium fry no salt when my order came the fries were charged twice and the nuggets were cold. I didn't even bother to take it back because I was already disgusted with their customer service at this location. The staff obviously needs to be retrained on proper customer service. I'll never go to this location again.

    Decided to try the Mighty McMuffin. Taste is good, but not worth the extra $ in my opinion. It's just a regular egg and sausage McMuffin with bacon. It appears to be same size as the regular breakfast sandwich....definitely not "Mighty" as the claim...make this as large as a Big Mac and then call me back. The grease from the hashbrowns leaked through the bag and I have grease stains on my pants when I briefly rested it on my leg. The coffee was a fail as there was Splenda instead of sugar. Staff is friendly at this location as well as efficient.

    Totally disgusting and unacceptable for this McDonald's to be in this unclean and unsanitary state. The tables were all dirty and staff didn't seem to care obviously. Never eat here, I can imagine what the kitchen looks like 🤮

    I don't like to leave negative reviews but I feel I must say something if only to raise awareness to how badly this place is mismanaged. I have lost count of the times I have been given the wrong order. Everytime I'm inside someone from the drive through would walk into complain of the same thing. There is general chaos behind the counter with no clear direction of what the staff should be doing. The drive through is ridiculous with 2 lanes converging into 1 pickup window. Due to the design, vehicles spill over and block the main access into the plaza. Even though this place is about 2 kms away I now drive further to the McDonald's by Walmart on Pickering Parkway. Management may want to look at implementing a Six Sigma process to improve.

    This has to be the worst McDonald's ever. I ordered two double cheeseburgers one a combo with honey and mayo. The fries taste like they were sitting for hours, my grilled burgers didn't taste like they were remotely fresh and have been sitting in the pickup been for hours. On top of repeating my order multiple times they still only put honey and some how sweet and sour ended up in the bag instead of mayo. The sad part is this is the third time. Not even worth a 1 star. I'm done with McDonald's.

    Website indicates it's open 24/7. However not all items on the menu are available 24/7. The menu does not indicate which times items are available. For example: if you want a burger at 10am that item does not become available till 11am. So I can't purchase a hamburger (A McDonald's original signature item) 24/7 but I can purchase an Egg Mcmuffin 24/7. Also upon purchasing take out I discovered when back home the pop served was flat. Disappointing and time wasting.

    ordered a double quartre pounder and received a single. this location seems to be 50/50, i’ve ordered 4 different times now and 2 times were correct. it is mcdonalds though staff are usually nice, drive thru lines usually full.

    Amazed that with all the comments about the drive thru they have not improved. My experience below. The is the closest McDonalds to my home. Drive thru is consistent. Told to park for even a small order in a small hard to navigate area. Staff is stressed out from frustrated customers. Even when there are no parking spots left you have to find a spot. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER LOCATION*** unless you are going in the off hours. Amazingly they will ask you to park if there is no one else in line. They remain busy despite this lower service standard.

    It's a McDonald's like any other, it's clean and the staff are great why it's a one star is because of the drive thru. Food is never ready. It's constantly "please pull into a spot and wait for your food" there's so many people pulled over the drive thru gets blocked. I can't say how often it happens but if I have enough time to write a lengthy review it's happened way too often

    The person taking orders in drive-thru needs to fix his damn attitude. We’re telling our order properly yet you can’t even listen. then it’s our fault as customers to complain about bad customer service. not my fault you hate your job. it’s embarrassing

    I have no complaints about the food. The curbside pickup should be viable alternative to the long drive thru line. It never is. Like, ever! Today, it was 13 minutes for a coffee and hashbrown. I don’t know if it’s a training or staffing issue, but it should be addressed. The staff are friendly, but not efficient.

    My order came to $18.10. I gave $20. Instead of getting my change back automatically… I had to ASK for my money. Once I did I was met with attitude. She said “I have to talk with my co-workers” and closed the window. I then waited for what seemed like a prolonged period of time just to get my money back. It sucks because now I don’t know if something would happen to my food because I asked for my change back. Completely unprofessional. I hope they are not doing this to other customers because it makes you feel uncomfortable and some would just rather pull away then to get their money back.

    White girl with glasses working the night shift at 10 on dec 9th was extremely rude to me and my family when we came into the drive thru. If me and my family were rude to her I would get why she was rude back. But there was no reason for her to be rude other than she didn’t wanna do her job. Or maybe she was mad at another customer and took it out on us. Everyone in my family thought she was rude. She said she couldn’t hear us properly so we spoke up. She continued to talk to us in a bland monotone voice. She also handed us the change on top of the bills and very aggressively. So the change fell all over the floor and we weren’t able to find it. My dad then thanked her 2 times and so did I. She then looked at us and slammed the door shut. The food was stale and it didn’t even taste good. I never write reviews but she was just completely unprofessional and rude when we were being nice. Could’ve been racist. Who knows. Cause we weren’t being rude. My drink was wrong and food was stale. Meh. But I was more annoyed with the customer service. I definitely understand the frustration these workers face with some difficult customers.

    General good service. I've had a few hiccups over the years, but lately they've been pretty good. Maybe the've read my previous reviews. And, for that reason, I've raised the star rating. The self order kiosks are commonly either out of paper or the printer is jammed, but I've noticed this at other locations too.

    Im being generous with the 2 stars. 99% of the time I order from here, they get my order wrong. Staff usually has an attitude problem as well. A BIG thing at this location is telling you to go park and wait for your food. Almost every time I come here, I have to sit in the parking lot for about 10/15 minutes and wait for an employee to bring my food... these are not even large orders... Top complaints for takeout/ drive-through - • They always manage to forget to put a straw in the bag. • Missing dip, even after being very specific. • Wrong orders. • BRUTAL wait times. • Mumbling on the order board. A lot of these locations have went down hill like crazy... maybe it's just me, but I always remembered staff being a bit more courteous and hard working. But maybe I'm just getting older.

    -Big Mac combo w Xtra picks lett n bmac sauce n xtras were really extras n not stingy at all like most locations -Biggie fries fresh n hot decently salted -Pump ketchup awkwardly liquid more than usual n no ketchup in the bag. What if I took out to eat n didn't eat at the restaurant??? Server needs to ask. No napkins, salt or pepper near self serve. -Shamrock shake first try. Def recommend. -Place clean as a whistle Do people actually read fast food chain reviews? Me ... Barely. More so for restaurants especially first tries

    The only thing consistent about this location is that you are always waiting an incredibly long time for your food that is normally incorrect. If you order one thing you get something different. If you customize your toppings on the burger they will put the customize sticker on the box but they disregard the customization. Normally inside looks like a bomb has gone off unless you are there first thing in the morning.

    Wow, just brutal. Had to pull over and wait because our food was being prepared. It was stone cold when we finally got it, so why did I have to wait 10 minutes if you were just going to give us food that was clearly sitting there? It wasn't fresh at all. Also, the quarter pounder was noticeably smaller... so either give people the full burger or don't raise the price. Instead you raised the price AND made the portion smaller. This is disgraceful. Joke is clearly on your customers. Avoid at all costs!

    I need to make sure the employees are recognized for their strong work ethics. At 9:11pm, Thursday, June 1st, I made my order inside at self service. The waiting area was full, the service number screen was down, and all staff were working hard putting orders together. This meant no cashiers. There was a teenage girl, indian decent, who hammered through the orders. The 30 minutes I waited for my milkshake, I watched her go through incoming reciepts, and handing out bags, without a minute break. This girl can definitely handle pressure. Another hard working teenager working the front, caucasian, who was going through the same chaos, and dealing with disgruntled customers, bumped up the size of my milkshake due to my long wait. She took the initiative to make that kind gesture on her own. Both girls need to know they are a strong assets to this restaurant.

    Ordered a coffee.. my number came up and then went away did not even reach serving now. Waited about 5 mins. Finally spoke to the cashier and she went over to get it. It was just sitting there for several minutes. A lot of other people's foods were just sitting there and they were also standing and waiting for it. Clearly understaffed.

    This is absolutely ridiculous. We placed an order on the app and everything was perfect just to find out that the entrance and curbside are closed. We show up to drive through and we're waiting at the window for more than 15 minutes for them to just tell us they can't punch our order in for absolutely no reason and refused to with zero other people in line or around even though we had paid! Very upset

    As far as a McDonald's establishment goes I enjoyed my short experience there. The manager was very polite and professional. She greeted and directed me when I walked in. I also found the restaurant very clean.

    McDonald's at Kennedy & 401 is staffed by well trained, enthusiastic, cheerful and helpful people save 1 or 2 surly girls. They should not be wearing their name badge wrong side up with such bad attitude. McDonald's at Midland/Danforth (2 Greystone Walk Dr) is the worst. They are always getting orders wrong, does not follow request instructions and staff are argumentative with major attitude problems. I have to go out of my way to another location because of it.

    My favourite McDonalds stop, sadly it so far from Mississauga. This location knows how to make a proper Breakfast Burrito, nicely filled and tasty. Coffee is excellent as well. Keep it up. Other McDonald’s don’t seem to take pride in making their burritos, usually salsa packet is bigger than the filling lol.

    Mcdonald’s charged me $1 for RHMC donation without asking me. I can’t believe they can do that with their customers. Most of times i don’t check the bill, but i am sure they must be doing everytime. So i request all of you please check your bill before leaving.

    I ordered a Big Mac meal and when I got home there was no bun on the bottom of the Big Mac. The French fries were also only half full. I called numerous times and no one answered. I am very disappointed with their service. I will calling back tomorrow and demanding a refund for the entire meal. That is not acceptable getting a Big Mac without a bottom bun and half of a large fries. If I could put zero stars I would.

    Always have to wait for food even after you have ordered it on mobile app. Up to now it hasn't fail me being pulled up to a waiting parking spot. The Sundays are not full cups or not to the serving line. Last time they told me that it how it is to be served. If that is the case then it is sad to say the this Macdonald doesn't deserve my business.

    Called at 1 AM to ask if they could do 12 gift cards from drive-thru. They said sure. Went over and when I asked again at drive-thru they said “oh yeah we were told about this, they’re ready for you drive up.” I didn’t even say when I was coming and they couldn’t be sure I was going to come at all but they got them counted up in advance just in case. There wasn’t even a line at this hour but that was genuine courtesy. Drove up, gentleman James individually swiped and loaded all 12 cards for me at the window and laughed along with me about it. I felt bad about the extra work but the whole team made me feel cool about it. I help with work events often and you rarely get this kind of cooperation when trying to get tons of cards at once. From the internal communication to the patience and cool attitude from James himself, you guys are all great. Thank you.

    This McDonald's food is disgusting. And the customer service is disgusting. The food was warm. I will not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. My first job was at a McDonald's, which was very long time ago. But the customer service amazing and food was delivered hot to each customer. We never eat in front of customers while working. This one girl was licking whipping from the spoon, knowing people were looking at her.

    It seems like evrytime I go to any McDonald's in Ajax, they do not either do egg whites which I know is an option just with a little wait which I am aware of. Aslo, for a company who has one of the best coffees out there supposedly they seem to have cold coffee every single location in durham region from Ajax, Pickering to Oshawa. I ask for a fresher batch and the customer service rep basically microwaved my coffee and brought it to me. So upsetting.
