The same location of David's Tea which is now the T-Kettle. A great collection of teas and matcha and kettles and many things tea related. the staff are knowledgeable and interested in helping shoppers. The location is great to start with and is close to the mall entrance and the parking lot. Giving 5 stars because the staff are great and the range of the tea collection is fantastic.

Very good first time experience at the store. There were a large variety of loose leaf teas to choose from, and they were organized in a very easy way to choose from (large colourful jars on shelves behind the counter) with bold writing. The store associate named Monique was very pleasant. She greeted me right away and offered me help. She knew the pricing very well and helped me to get the most tea for the best price. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing as I thought it would be too expensive for my taste.

Hannah (at the Pickering location) was AMAZING! She helped me in deciding what matcha to get. She is very knowledgeable and amazing customer service. Highly recommended and will come back!!

I am a big tea lover and am new to Canada. Since my arrival I didn't have an opportunity to find good tea. Finally this happened! The guy in the shop was a real expert. This shop is definitely "My Cup Of Tea"

Visited the store looking for a tea to help me with a specific issue. The Manager (Crystal) was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a tea called Mellow Out. The tea REALLY works and I’ll definitely be purchasing more. Highly recommend buying one of the tea cups/steeping cups sold in store, makes it much easier to steep your own tea at home.

Today I went to t.kettle looking for a tea I really liked, they didint have the exact one I was looking for but Raeann helped me find one that was just like it. Raeann was so kind and so sweet and I ended up leaving with tea and a little tea pot. It was a wonderful experience
