I love this salon. The staff and owner are super friendly and personable. They always do a good job and have decent prices based on the stylist you choose. I really love Jules! I have long, thick and dry hair and she did an amazing job! She's also super fun to talk to and genuine.

Stephanie at Hair Reflection is amazing! I had my hair done with her a couple of weeks back, and most recently for my daughter. For my own experience, Stephanie was able to understand my requirements and provided a great cut and style exactly as I had wanted. For the second appointment, she listened to what my daughter wanted, and provided an amazing consult for what cut and style would suit her best. The end result is truly outstanding, exceeding all expectations! My daughter was excited but nervous as this was her first long appointment at the salon for styling with color. She was made super comfortable soon after we got there as Stephanie is very friendly, and kept my daughter engaged throughout the appointment. I would definitely visit the same salon for my future hair needs.

Steph is a hair goddess! She listened to my hair concerns and helped me work through them by providing options for hairstyles, products to use, and more. The balayage came out exactly how I wanted it, and Steph made sure I was in love with the final product before leaving. She took her time and kept me involved in the entire process. I will definitely be going back!

We recently moved to the neighborhood and I was desperate to rebook appointments for my bridal party from Toronto. They completely got the 1950s vibe with a modern twist we were going for and went above and beyond and did my niece's hair as well. Very much followed my vision and answered all my questions about long term care for the healthiest hair. I was under time constraints and she was so wonderful to squeeze me in, even as a brand new customer. I would highly recommend Jules at Hair Reflections. She did a balayage for me and it transformed my hair. I was very particular about my hair because it's quite fine and prone to breakage but she really took care during the service to be gentle and used gentle products. I've received lots of compliments on my hair!
