I don’t live in Pickering but I was looking for a pair of timberland boots for my 9 year old son. I ended up getting service from Mayo. He was polite, assertive and had a positive attitude. He was great with my son and even talked with him about basketball. He suggested protective waterproof protector because of the winter salt and slush. I don’t go to malls but I appreciate the effort and the pleasant smile. He made our day and most certainly will come back to say hello again.

This review is for the JD sports store located inside Pickering Town Center. My friend and I were here to buy white air forces and we asked an associate to get the size desired. He brought back white air forces with a stain on it. Pretty obvious to the human eye. I’m sure they wanted to sell it as is and hoped we didn’t notice. Make sure you use your phone flash-light to inspect the shoes and any other merchandise you are planning to buy. Very unprofessional. I definitely won’t be returning.

I drove 30 minutes to hear from them "we can't take online orders return because our shop is new". You should open your door when your shop is ready

I had the most lovely experience at this location and will definitely be returning. Alina was so sweet and is really knowledgeable on the items being sold at this JD Sports. As it was my first time coming here, Alina was very welcoming and provided amazing service. It was worth the visit and the purchases ;) Don’t just take my word for it !
